The aim is to compare the preparation for the profession Principal before taking office in each country, focusing on practice, education, legal grounding.. The theoretical part deals with the historical perspective of the OECD in terms of education, access to education in different historical periods since the inception of the organization. It also deals with the initial preparation of Principals prior to becoming director in terms of personality and school manager. The practical part describes the situation of education with a focus on Principal in selected countries. the conclusion are set out common elements of education directors.

The theme of the diploma thesis Competencies of Nurses in Traumatology Outpatient Departments deals with a view of nurses of the existing competencies and the opinion on the increase. It is also mentioned the opinion of nurses about university-educated nurses, who work just for the traumatology outpatient departments, their importance and necessity. The aim of this diploma thesis is (besides the focusing on the competence growth) to analyse the actual interest of nurses in the personal competence growth and map the range of medical acts which are performed by the nurses. The theme of the competencies of the nurses nowadays is the current problem that must be solved. There are two aims of this thesis aim one: to determine the interest of nurses to increase competencies; aim two to map the opinions of nurses on increasing competencies. On the basis of the aims two hypotheses are introduced. Hypothesis one: the interest in increasing competencies is affected by the length of the practice; hypothesis two: the interest in increasing competencies is affected by education. To achieve the aims and hypotheses verification it was carried out a quantitative research using questionnaires. The questionnaires were addressed to nurses working at the traumatology outpatient departments in different hospitals. A total of 103 questionnaires were processed; it is represented by a different spectrum of the length of practice as well as the age range. In this thesis two research questions are set. Question one: what is the opinion of the nurses on increasing competence; question two: what is the range of medical acts that the nurses perform. To determine the results of the qualitative research it was used an in-depth interview with selected nurses who work at the traumatology outpatient department. A total of 10 interviews were carried out to supplement more accurate information. The survey results show that the nurses are interested in increasing their competencies, particularly in the area of decision-making and minor injuries treatment. However, a statistical evaluation of hypotheses shows that interest in the competencies is affected neither by the length of education nor the length of practice. It follows that neither hypothesis is confirmed. Statistically, the values are without mutual influence. The answer to the first question of the research also confirms that the nurses would welcome the possibility of increasing competencies, but to a limited extent. The nurses report that they most often treat bruises and minor injuries. Furthermore, limb/extremity fractures and koncové části těla fractures often occur. Among the most common injuries are also lacerations on the head. On the basis of my thesis, it is found that nurses know their competencies, are interested in their increasing and are able to manage them. My proposal is to raise a professional discussion on the topic increasing competencies of the nurses in Traumatology.

O presente estudo teve como objetivos: compreender como o estágio extracurricular em uma instituição hospitalar privada pode contribuir no processo de formação de competências dos enfermeiros tomando como parâmetro às competências previstas na Lei de Diretrizes e Bases (LDB) e as requeridas pelo Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz (HAOC); identificar o perfil de enfermeiro requerido pelo HAOC, em relação ao conjunto de conhecimentos, habilidades e atitudes profissionais; avaliar o estágio extracurricular remunerado segundo a percepção dos alunos que vivenciaram esta experiência nesta instituição campo da pesquisa e problematizar as expectativas da diretora assistencial, dos enfermeiros gerentes e da enfermeira do Serviço de Educação Continuada do HAOC quanto ao perfil do enfermeiro para a instituição, frente à vivência do aluno estagiário visando subsidiar o redirecionamento dessa experiência para a consecução do perfil requerido. Utilizando metodologia qualitativa e referencial teórico sobre os conceitos e diferentes abordagens sobre competência, a formação profissional do enfermeiro no Brasil, os Rumos da Educação Mundial para o Século XXI (Relatório Delors,1998), o Estágio Extracurricular em Enfermagem e no HAOC, desenvolvemos a pesquisa entrevistando 8 estagiários extracurriculares (cursando o 4º ano de graduação) e 8 enfermeiros gestores do HAOC. Nos dados obtidos, analisados através da análise de conteúdo, aflora, de forma completa e total por parte de todos os entrevistados, as competências relacionais e atitudinais como prioritárias e fundamentais no perfil do enfermeiro para a instituição em que foi realizada a pesquisa. Comparando-se as competências gerais apontadas para o enfermeiro pela LDB e as expectativas dos gerentes e dos estagiários extracurriculares requeridas para o enfermeiro que atua no HAOC notou-se uma divergência: maior ênfase em competências técnicas requeridas pelas Diretrizes Curriculares contra uma maior ênfase em competências relacionais e atitudinais para o enfermeiro do HAOC. Os estagiários ingressam no programa de estágio extracurricular buscando aquisição de competências nos pilares do aprender a conhecer e aprender a fazer, e não só adquirem estas, mas atribuem maiores ganhos nas competências nos pilares do aprender a viver juntos e aprender a ser. In the gotten data, analyzed through the content analysis, it arises, of complete and total form on the part of all the interviewed ones, relationary and atitudinais the abilities as with priority and basic in the profile of the nurse for the institution where the research was carried through. Comparing the general jurisdictions pointed with respect to the nurse for the LDB and the expectations of the controlling and the required extracurricular trainees for the nurse who acts in the HAOC a divergence was noticed: bigger emphasis in abilities techniques required for the Curricular Lines of direction against a bigger emphasis in relationary and atitudinais abilities for the nurse of the HAOC. The trainees enter the program of extracurricular period of training searching acquisition of abilities in them pillars of learning to know and to learn to make, and they not only acquire these, but pillars of learning attribute to greaters profits in the abilities in them to live together and to learn to be. The systemize evaluation of the extracurricular period of training revealed important, therefore it disclosed essential points of the profile of the nurse required for the institution and allowed in such a way to problematizar the expectations of the nurses how much of the trainees, fulfilling with the considered objectives

Bakalauro darbe analizuojamas paauglių sveikos gyvensenos ugdymas kaip specialiojo pedagogo kompetencija. Iškelta hipoteze, jog kad specialiesiems pedagogams trūksta netradicinių sveikos gyvensenos sudedamųjų dalių ugdymo kompetencijos.
Tyrime dalyvavo 95 specialieji pedagogai, dirbantys specialiojo ugdymo įstaigose.
Anketinės apklausos metodu tirta, koks yra specialiųjų pedagogų požiūris į sveiką gyvenseną ir jos ugdymą specialiosiose mokyklose, kurioms sveikos gyvensenos sritims jie skiria daugiausia dėmesio, kokiais principais remiantis yra organizuojamas sveikos gyvensenos ugdymas, kokie ugdymo būdai ir metodai yra taikomi bei su kuo bendradarbiaujama siekiant optimizuoti sveikos gyvensenos ugdymą.
Tyrimu nustatyta, kad daugelis pedagogų nėra susipažinę su sveikatos, o tuo pačiu ir sveikos gyvensenos ugdymo politika, o kai kurie jų net nemano, kad specialusis pedagogas, kalbėdamas apie sveikos gyvensenos principus, pats turi jais vadovautis. Išsiaiškinta, jog sveikatos ugdymo turinys dažniausiai susijęs su tradicinėmis sveikatos ugdymo kryptimis, tokiomis kaip sveika mityba ir fizinis aktyvumas. Dažniausiai sveikos gyvensenos pagrindai diegiami klasės valandėlių bei atskirų projektų metu, o pagrindiniai iniciatoriai ir atsakingi asmenys yra patys pedagogai kartu su mokyklos bendruomenės slaugytoja. Dažniausiai sveikos gyvensenos ugdymo turinys yra perteikiamas kūno kultūros ir gamtos mokslų pamokų metu, o pagrindiniai metodai yra pokalbiai, diskusijos, vaizdinių... The hypothesis says that special educators are lacking of non-traditional healthy lifestyle education components.
In this research took part 95 special education teachers who work in special education institutions. Questionnaire survey method analyzed special education teachers attitude towards healthy life style and passing it in special education schools, in which healthy lifestyle areas were put the most attention, what principles are used to organize the basis of a healthy lifestyle education, what education methods and techniques are applied and who are the co-operation partners in order to optimize a healthy lifestyle education in special education schools.
The study found that many teachers are not familiar with health education and at healthy
lifestyle education policy, and some of them even do not consider that special teacher, talking about the principles of healthy living, has to be part of it. Also found that the medical curriculum is usually associated with traditional health education areas, such as healthy eating and physical activity. The most common grounds for a healthy lifestyle are introduced lessons after main classes and in individual projects too. The main initiators and the responsible people are school teachers and a community nurse.
