Šio darbo tikslas – darbe išnagrinėta valdymo samprata, funkcijos ir struktūra. Taip pat analizuotos organizacinės valdymo struktūros, valdymo metodai bei vadovavimo stiliai. Sukurtas teorinis valdymo efektyvumo didinimo modelis. Kad ištirti, kokie aspektai turi įtakos valdymo efektyvumui, buvo atliktas tyrimas. Tyrime dalyvavo dvi skirtingo dydžio įmonės: X ir Y. tyrimas truko du mėnesius. Tiriamieji apklausiami buvo anketų pagalba. Vadovams ir darbuotojams buvo sudarytos skirtingos anketos. Tyrimo tikslas: išsiaiškinti skirtingų įmonių valdymo problemas bei pasiūlyti jų sprendimo būdus. Tyrimo objektas: Valdymo efektyvumas bei jo didinimo principai pasirinktose įmonėse. Tyrimo uždaviniai: § Nustatyti dominuojančias valdymo efektyvumo problemas pasirinktose įmonėse; § Ištirti, ar priklauso įmonės valdymo problemos nuo jos dydžio; § Nustatyti įmonės vadovų požiūrį į valdymo efektyvumą ir išsiaiškinti, ar jie įžvelgia valdymo problemas; · Išanalizuoti, kaip valdymo efektyvumas veikia darbuotojų pasitenkinimą darbu. Atlikus tyrimą buvo sumuojami ir analizuojami rezultatai, pateikiamos išvados, bei siūlymai, kaip būtų galima spręsti pastebėtas įmonių valdymo problemas. Darbą sudaro teorinė, analitinė ir rezultatų dalys. Teorinėje dalyje analizuojami teoriniai valdymo efektyvumo aspektai, analitinėje – nagrinėjami valdymo efektyvumo ir jo didinimo tema atlikti tyrimai Lietuvoje bei kitose šalyse. Rezultatų dalį sudaro atliko tyrimo analizė, išvados bei siūlymai. / This Work Explores Management Conception, Functions and Structure. There is also an Analysis of Organizational Management Structures, Management methods and styles of leadership. A Model of Management effectiveness increase was Developed. There was a research accomplished to explore the aspects having an impact on Management effectiveness. The research included two companies different in size: X and Y. The research took two months. People were surveyed using questionnaires. There were two types of questionnaires different for managers and employees. The object of investigation: the management and efficiency improvement of the principles of the selected enterprises. The object of the research – to clarify the different corporate governance problems and propose solutions Tasks of the research: · Set the prevailing problems in the efficiency of management in selected enterprises; · Investigate whether the company belongs to the management problems of its size; · Set the heads of the company approach to managing performance, and find out if they see the management problems; · Analyze the effectiveness of the management staff does the work. After the research was completed the results were summarized and analysed, conclusions and proposals introduced on possible ways to solve noticed problems of companies‘ management. The objectives of the work – to determine the efficiency extending trends of Local Municipality administration’s activity. The tasks: 1. To analyze conception of efficiency and modern public administration’s elements of extending efficiency. 2. To investigate state employees’ working in municipalities point of view to the efficiency of activity. 3. To formulate recommendations to the activity’s extending efficiency for local municipalities administrations. Methods of investigation: analysis of scientific literature, induction and deduction, logical analysis and synthesis, comparing analysis, logical and graphic modeling methods, documents’ analysis and questionnaire. While studying Lithuanian and other countries authors’ scientific works, periodical literature about Local Municipality activity’s efficiency extending elements, there are analyzed and discussed possible elements about the extending of efficiency and determined the possibilities to extend Local Municipality activity’s efficiency trends.
