Cílem této diplomové práce je být objektivním informačním zdrojem, který umožní zahraničním podnikatelům lépe se na ukrajinském trhu orientovat a vytvořit ucelený obraz o současných možnostech investování a podnikání na Ukrajině. Autorka pochází z Ukrajiny a proto má praktické znalosti a zkušenosti z tohoto teritoria. Informace uvedené v této publikaci jsou z dubna 2007, což má zásadní význam pro dynamicky měnící se ekonomické a právní prostředí Ukrajiny.

Stojimo į euro zoną ekonominis pagrindas būtų išnaudoti vienos valiutos naudojimo teikiamus privalumus, leidžiančius pasiekti aukštesnį ekonominės integracijos ir konvergencijos lygį. Euro įvedimas turės ženklų poveikį Lietuvos ekonomikai, todėl yra būtina atlikti Lietuvos narystės euro zonoje pasekmių analizę, įverti pagrindinius šio žingsnio privalumus ir trūkumus, lyginant su egzistuojančia sistema. Tyrimo tikslas – atlikti Lietuvos narystės euro zonoje įtakos ekonomikai analizę, apžvelgti galimus integracijos privalumus ir trūkumus, bei įverinti pasekmes Lietuvos ekonomikos plėtrai. This paper presents the analysis of pros and cons of Lithuanian membership in European Monetary Union, taking into account the ongoing discussions during the transitional period to euro zone and the current situation of Lithuania. The object of research is the economic benefit of European Monetary Union. The hypothesis of research is that the membership of Lithuania in euro zone will have more positive than negative consequences. The purpose of the paper is to make the analysis of the influence of membership of Lithuania in euro zone to economy, to review possible pros and cons and to evaluate consequences to the development of economy of Lithuania. Pasaulyje vykstantys globalizacijos procesai sąlygoja ekonominius, socialinius ir kultūrinius pokyčius, kurie veikia nacionalines darbo rinkas bei darbo jėgos judėjimą. Šiuolaikinė migracija nuo ankstesnių skiriasi tuo, kad nuolat didėja aukštos kvalifikacijos darbo jėgos migracijos mastai ir atsiranda „protų nutekėjimo“ problema, dėl to verslo sektoriui tampa sudėtinga patenkinti žmogiškųjų išteklių poreikį. Šio darbo tikslas yra išanalizuoti daro jėgos migracijos poveikį verslui per tam tikrus ekonominius rodiklius. Pirmoje dalyje yra aptariamos migracijos teorijos, ją sukeliančios priežastys, išskiriami pagrindiniai teigiami ir neigiami padariniai. Antroje dalyje pateikta statistinė Lietuvos migracijos ir ekonominės situacijos rodiklių analizė parodė, kad emigracijos mastai iš Lietuvos didėja, kartu neigiamai paveikdami ekonominę šalies situaciją. Trečioje dalyje atliktas migracijos ir ekonominių rodiklių tarpusavio priklausomybės tyrimas. / Despite the recent economic recession, global labour migration flows continue to increase and the issue remains important to government and business. The goal of this paper is to analyze how migration processes affect economical indicators of business. Migrations theories and migration factors are analyzed in the first part of this paper. These factors are different to everyone but the main is economical. The most negative influence of migration is the loss of qualified workers, decreasing growing of economics. Migration flows and economical situation of Lithuania is analyzed in the second part of the paper. Analysis of scientific literature and statistics of migration shows that emigration flows from Lithuania are increasing and economical situation is getting more complicated. The results of analysis in the third part shows that emigration flows from Lithuania and some economical factors of business depend on each other.

This thesis deals with the economics of oilseed crops. Characterizes and analyzes the development of the production, use, importance and last but not least the economic aspects of oilseed crops mainly in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part was made a survey of the development and production of selected major oilseeds acreage in the world, in the EU and the Czech Republic, as well as the importance and use of oil for food and technical (non-food). Was processed by with the issue of growing the most widely used oil in the Czech Republic - oilseed rape and sunflower. Own work is focused on comparing silvicultural technologies and economies growing oilseed rape and sunflower in two agricultural holdings (AGRO Brno - Tuřany, a. s a AGRIA, a. s. Nížkovice) farming in maize and sugar beet growing region.

In this graduate work studied problems of human capital and investing in it. Currently, the concept of human capital is widely used. From all enterprise resources, especially in human capital contains the greatest scope for increasing the efficiency of the functioning of modern enterprise. Human capital is becoming the object of investing together with technical equipment, buildings, technologies. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of human capital, basic viewpoints on human capital theory. The goal of this graduate work is the comparison points of view on the human capital theory and forecasts of market development of human capital in the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. In the practical part analyzed investing behavior of the Russian group of companies Master in human capital. The task of the practical part is to find out how the company trying to develop its human capital.
