This dissertation deals with the topic business logistics. The object of this dissertation is a proposal of a logistic model. Among the supporting goals belongs the improvement, acceleration, expense-to-revenue ratio reduction and the total increase in efficiency of the business and logistic processes in a chosen company. The chosen company is Pražská energetika, a. s. that occupies with the electricity and gas distribution in Prague and in the town Roztoky. It belongs to the main electricity supplier in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of this dissertation explains and classifies concepts, e.g.: logistic development, supply, transport, storing, business logistics, distribution and logical information systems. The second part of the dissertation focuses on the trade logistic issues in the company Pražská energetika, PLC. On the basis of established information and executed surveys are drafted the solutions that can minimize the expenses and increase the efficiency of the logical and commercial model.

The name of the thesis: Specifics of consumer protection in the field of energy industry The thesis deals with the specific consumer protection in the field of energy industry - in the market with electricity, gas, and thermal energy. The goal of the thesis is a detailed analysis of the legal regulation of the most important consumers' rights and related obligations of the license holders and eventual problems of consumers occurring in the market with energy commodities, followed by an analysis of relevant jurisdiction. The first part is focused on the definition of primary participants entering the energetic market where the attention is focused on the customer - consumer and energy supplier. The second part defines relevant customers' rights, besides the right to connection to the power system it also closely analyses especially the so-called some measures to protect a customer, as regulated in Section 11a of the Energy Act, including the right of withdrawal, termination of contract, right of withdrawal when the price is increased or other contract conditions are changed. Práce zkoumá pozici jaderné energetiky ve světě a její význam pro národní ekonomiky vybraných zemí a regionů. Cílem práce je zmapovat dnešní situaci v oblasti využití jaderné energie ve světě a vymezit místo a roli jaderné energetiky v celkové energetické struktuře spotřeby a výroby energie. Význam rozvoje jaderné energetiky pro ekonomiku Ruska. Jaderná energetika versus ropa, plyn, uhlí. Hrozby a přínosy jaderné energetiky.

Práce hodnotí finanční situaci společnosti Pražská energetika, a.s. z pohledu stávajích i potencionálních věřitelů. Toto hledisko bylo určujícím i pro volbu ukazatelů.

Práce se zabývá problematikou využití biomasy pro výrobu tepelné energie v podmínkách České republiky. Vzhledem k potenciálu jednotlivých obnovitelných zdrojů v ČR je biomasa vymezena jako nejperspektivnější z nich. Vzhledem k aktuálnímu stavu technologií určených pro výrobu energie z biomasy je jako nejperspektivnější vyhodnoceno používání biomasy pouze pro výrobu tepla, a to zvláště v lokálních technologiích o jmenovitém výkonu do 50 kW. V rámci jednotlivých typů biomasy je za ekonomicky nejzajímavější vyhodnoceno energetické obilí, jehož potenciál pro energetickou situaci ČR je v této práci detailněji analyzován.

Práce se zabývá vývojem energetické politiky EU. Obsahem práce je popis jednotlivých energetických zdrojů, dále popis energetických společenství 50. let (ESUO, EURATOM) ve vývoji. Velká část práce je věnována současnému stavu energetické politiky EU a možnostem budoucího vývoje, včetně potenciálních dodavatelů energie.

It is an undeniable fact that energy plays a powerful role in economy. In this way, a country that is rich in energy resources, as a rule, is also a state with a strong economy and broad international cooperation with other powerful states. Fifteen years have passed since the establishment of a “strategic cooperative and partnership” in 1996; and the year 2011 marked the tenthanniversary of the “Treaty of Good Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation” between the People’s Republic of China and Russian Federation. During this period, a variety of significant changes have taken place in both countries, especially in the field of energy. The goal of this study is to provide a comprehensive analysis of historical development of China and Russia relationship in the energy sphere, specifically China’s energy potential, its role in the economy and relationship with Russia. Moreover, the thesis aims at analyzing the forthcoming perspectives of the China-Russia relationship with the regard to other Western countries (such as US). China and Russia are interested in enlarging bilateral cooperation in a variety of areas; the states share a number of mutual interests concerning regional and international security and stability. Todėl šalis turtinga savo energetiniais ištekliais yra, kaip taisyklė, taip pat šalis su stipria ekonomika, plačiu tarptautiniu bendradarbiavimu su kitomis galingomis valstybėmis. 15 metų praėjo nuo tada, kai buvo įkurta “strateginio bendradarbiavimo ir partnerystės” sutartis 1996; ir 2011 metai pažymėjo “Sutarties dėl geros kaiminystės ir draugiško bendradarbiavimo” dešimties metų sukaktį tarp Kinijos Liaudies Respublikos ir Rusijos Federacijos. Per šį laikotarpį įvyko įvairūs reikšmingi pokyčiai abejose šalyse, ypač energetikos srityje. Šio tyrimo tikslas – pateikti išsamią analizę apie istorinį Kinijos ir Rusijos santykių energetikos srityje vystymąsi, ypač Kinijos energijos potencialą, jos vaidmenį ekonomikoje ir santykiuose su Rusija. Baigiamojo darbo disertacija siekiama analizuoti būsimas Kinijos ir Rusijos santykių perspektyvas atsižvelgiant į kitas Vakarų valstybes (pavyzdžiui JAV). Kinija ir Rusija yra suinteresuotos plėsti dvišalį bendradarbiavimą įvairiose srityse; valstybės dalijasi bendrais interesais, susijusiais su regioniniu ir tarptautiniu saugumu ir stabilumu. Kinijos apžvalgininkai apibūdina Kinijos-Rusijos santykius kaip šiltus valstybiniame lygyje, šaltus istoriniame lygyje ir silpnus ekonominiame lygyje.
