This research aims to analyse the feminine and feminist writing process in Maria Teresa Horta's works, a Contemporary Portuguese writer and poet. Starting from her first production in the sixties up her last publications in the nineties (20th century), our project will be presented in two parts: the presence of the 'loving eroticism' and the political and social engagement considering them as traces that are engaged in the evolution of the writing process. Some texts about Feminist Literary Criticism as well as other texts that present theoretical support will be taken as theoretical basis for this thesis.
