Na contemporaneidade, diversos fatores têm contribuído para seu fortalecimento, destacando-se entre eles o advento da Internet e da cibercultura. O objeto de nossa pesquisa são campanhas virtuais em prol dos direitos humanos e nosso estudo focaliza um tipo específico de campanha formado por um novo fenômeno discursivo engendrado no espaço virtual da Internet, ao qual denominamos “retrato ativista”. Em nossa leitura, esse fenômeno se configura a partir do momento em que ações de protesto e denúncia migram dos espaços públicos físicos para os virtuais, tornando necessário o estabelecimento de uma nova forma de ativistas demonstrarem seu engajamento em causas sociais, o que se dá por sua inscrição imagético-performativa em retratos que servem a uma reivindicação ou denúncia. Nosso corpus é formado por três campanhas virtuais que circularam na rede social Facebook em 2015: #partocomrespeito (2015), Ah, branco, dá um tempo (2015) e Sexualidade e ignorância (2015). A abordagem desse objeto se dá por meio dos Estudos do Discurso, representados especialmente pela obra do linguista francês Dominique Maingueneau. Elegemos o conceito de “cenas de enunciação” para compreendermos como essas campanhas emergem no espaço virtual, denunciando violações de direitos e reivindicando direitos humanos e, ao mesmo tempo, legitimando esses atos de fala por meio de sua própria enunciação. Em nossas análises, observamos que as campanhas emergem na cena englobante política via “retratos ativistas”, um novo gênero discursivo que é uma hibridização entre o retrato fotográfico e o cartaz de ativismo. Observamos também que a cenografia instituída por esse gênero revivifica situações de violência promovendo a identificação entre locutores e interlocutores. O entendimento das estratégias que vêm sendo utilizadas por militantes e ativistas para atuar no espaço virtual pode contribuir para a construção de formas de ação mais efetivas neste “novo” espaço político, tendo em vista os diversos desafios relativos aos direitos humanos na contemporaneidade. Nosso trabalho abre caminho para estudos posteriores sobre os enunciadores que emergem nestas campanhas e a “imagem de si” discursiva (ethos) que eles formulam com o objetivo de sensibilizar seus interlocutores. / Human rights are a social and historical construction from the eighteenth century that was consolidated by the proclamation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by the UN in 1948. In contemporary times, several factors have contributed to its strengthening, and among them the creation of the Internet and of the cyberculture stand out. The object of our research are virtual human rights campaigns and our study focuses on a specific type of campaign formed by a new discursive phenomenon engendered in the virtual space of the Internet, which we call "activist portrait" It is our understanding that this phenomenon takes shape from the moment protest and complaint actions switch from physical to virtual public spaces, making it necessary to establish a new way activists can demonstrate their commitment to social causes, which happens by their imagery-performative inscription into portraits that serve to a claim or complaint. Our corpus is formed by three virtual campaigns that circulated in the social network Facebook in 2015: #partocomrespeito [#BirthWithRespect] (2015), Ah, branco, dá um tempo [C ome on, white guy, give me a break!] (2015) and Sexualidade e ignorância [Sexuality and ignorance] (2015). Our approach to this object is based on Discourse Studies, namely by the work of the French linguist Dominique Maingueneau. We chose the concept of "scenes of enunciation" to understand how these campaigns emerge in the virtual space, how they denounce human rights violations and claim human rights and, at the same time, how they legitimize these speech acts through their own enunciation. In our analysis, we observed that these campaigns emerge in the political enclosing scene via "activist portraits" a new discursive genre that is a hybridization between the photographic portrait and the activism poster. We also observed that the scenography established by this genre revivifies situations of violence by promoting identification between speakers and interlocutors. The understanding of the strategies that are being used by activists to act in the virtual space can contribute to the construction of more effective forms of action in this “new” political space, considering the various challenges related to human rights in the contemporary world. Our work opens the way to further studies on the enunciators that emerge in these campaigns and the discursive “image of self” (ethos) they formulate in order to sensitize their interlocutors.

This study is based on a Foucauldian approach to discourse, inscribing itself in a philosophical position, much more than in a theory or method. At first, we try to think of transgression within the Foucauldian approach, from the crossings that the notions of event, truth, power, apparatus (dispositif) and certain practice of analysis of statements promote within the limits of an academic practice based on positivist procedures which upholds the notions of tradition, progress, exclusion from the heterogeneous, the ultimate truth, and finally, the homogenization of knowledge and practices. Simultaneously, I tried to highlight the points in which the Foucauldian notions contribute to illuminate conceptual and operational formulations of the idea of transgression. This research assumes an epistemological posture, because it aims to think the construction of a system of conceptual formation, however, because it is inscribed in the field of discursive studies, it sought to illustrate this construction from specific analysis of dictionary entries, journalistic news, the practice of pixação and two literary works by the Portuguese author José Saramago: The Gospel According to Jesus Christ and Cain. The analysis of these works sought to mark the singularity of the operation of transgression in literary discourse, considering the procedure of literary re-reading of history as a mechanism of transgression. Therefore, starting with Foucault's point of view on transgression in a text of 1963, we identify, based on the discursive analysis carried out, seven conceptual points for the idea of transgression, namely: (1) "transgression is a gesture concerning the limit "(FOUCAULT, 2006a); (2) transgression is of the order of the event; (3) transgression is a discussion about truth; (4) transgression is a discursive investment; (5) transgression is a discursive machine that moves the relevance of tradition; (6) transgression is a strategy of resistance; (7) transgression is one of constituents of an apparatus (dispositif). Finally, this research sought to cover some different fields of knowledge, discourse, and practices to reflect on transgression and viability, even the need for its operationalization to analyze discourses. / A hipótese geral desta pesquisa centra-se nas reflexões em torno da possibilidade de operacionalizar a ideia de transgressão como um conceito funcional para os estudos do discurso. Este estudo fundamenta-se em uma abordagem foucaultiana dos discursos, inscrevendo-se em uma postura filosófica, muito mais do que em uma teoria ou método. Procura-se, inicialmente, pensar a transgressão atuante no interior da abordagem foucaultiana, a partir dos atravessamentos que as noções de acontecimento, verdade,poder, dispositivo e de determinada prática de análise de enunciados promovem nos limites de um fazer acadêmico pautado nos procedimentos positivistas que sustentam a tradição, o progresso, a exclusão do heterogêneo, a verdade definitiva, enfim, a homogeneização dos saberes e das práticas. Simultaneamente, buscou-se evidenciar os pontos em que as noções foucaultianas contribuem para iluminar formulações conceituais e operacionais da ideia de transgressão. Esta pesquisa assume um caráter epistemológico, pois objetiva pensar a construção de um sistema de formação conceitual, entretanto, porque inscrita no campo dos estudos discursivos, procurou ilustrar essa construção a partir de análises pontuais de verbetes dicionarizados, de notícias jornalísticas, da prática de pixação e de duas obras literárias do autor português José Saramago: O evangelho segundo Jesus Cristo e Caim. A análise dessas obras procurou marcar a singularidade do funcionamento da transgressão no discurso literário, considerando o procedimento de releitura literária da história como um mecanismo transgressor. Portanto, partindo do apontamento de Foucault sobre a transgressão em um texto de 1963, identificamos, neste estudo a partir das análises discursivas realizadas, sete apontamentos conceituais para a ideia de transgressão, quais sejam: (1) “a transgressão é um gesto relativo ao limite” (FOUCAULT, 2006a); (2) a transgressão é da ordem do acontecimento; (3) a transgressão é uma discussão em torno da verdade; (4) a transgressão é um investimento discursivo; (5) a transgressão é uma máquina discursiva que move a pertinência da tradição; (6) a transgressão é estratégia de resistência; (7) a transgressão é uma das linhas de força constitutivas de um dispositivo. Enfim, essa pesquisa buscou percorrer alguns diferentes campos de saber, de discurso, de práticas para refletir em torno da transgressão, a viabilidade, e mesmo a necessidade de sua operacionalização para analisar discursos.
