O Novo Exame Nacional do Ensino MÃdio (ENEM) à orientado segundo uma matriz de referÃncia, que està dividida em competÃncias e habilidades, considerando as quatro Ãreas de conhecimento do ensino mÃdio (CiÃncias Humanas e suas Tecnologias; CiÃncias da Natureza e suas Tecnologias; Linguagens, CÃdigos e suas Tecnologias e MatemÃtica e suas Tecnologias). Atualmente, este exame està sendo utilizado como forma de ingresso em todas as universidades pÃblicas federais. Nessa pesquisa à ressaltada a importÃncia das temÃticas educacionais de competÃncias e habilidades, tendo como principal objetivo desenvolver - por meio da anÃlise dos itens de quÃmica - uma investigaÃÃo sobre as caracterÃsticas presentes nas avaliaÃÃes do Novo ENEM nos anos de 2009, 2010, 2011 e 2012. Inicialmente, foi realizado um levantamento bibliogrÃfico, para a fundamentaÃÃo teÃrico-metodolÃgica, nas documentaÃÃes e textos da ConstituiÃÃo Federal, Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da EducaÃÃo Nacional (LDB), Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais (DCN), ParÃmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCN) e Edital do ENEM. Em seguida, fez-se um estudo teÃrico sobre as competÃncias e habilidades, e, posteriormente, uma anÃlise estatÃstica dos itens de quÃmica, na Ãrea de CiÃncias da Natureza e suas Tecnologias, presentes nas avaliaÃÃes do Novo ENEM. Por fim, aplicou-se um questionÃrio, utilizando a tÃcnica de pesquisa de campo, para verificar o entendimento dos alunos, que estÃo cursando o 3 ano do Ensino MÃdio, a respeito das competÃncias e habilidades definidas pelo Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais AnÃsio Teixeira (INEP). Desta feita, o presente estudo contribuiu para o entendimento e a diferenciaÃÃo entre as competÃncias e as habilidades na Ãrea de conhecimento da quÃmica, tendo como produto um manual contendo todas as questÃes de quÃmica do Novo ENEM, detalhando seus objetos de conhecimento, competÃncias e habilidades. / The new National High School Exam (ENEM) is oriented in an reference matrix, which is divided into skills and abilities and considers the four knowledge areas of high school (Humanities; Natural Sciences; Languages and Codes; and Mathematics). It has currently being used as a means of entry to all federal universities. In this research we show the importance of educational themes of skills and abilities, having as the main objective to develop through an analysis of the chemistry part, an investigation of the characteristics present in the new format of the ENEM (years 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012). Initially, bibliographic survey was conducted for support the theoretical and methodological basis, through texts of the Federal Constitution, Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education (LDB), the National Curriculum Guidelines (DCN), the National Curricular Parameters (PCN) and the ENEMâs bidding. It also shows a theoretical study of the skills and abilities, followed by a statistical analysis of the items of chemistry, in the area of natural sciences and their technologies, present in the new ENEM exams. Finally, we applied a survey, using the methodology of field researching, to verify the studentsâ understanding about the desired competencies and skills defined by the National Institute of Studies and Research AnÃsio Teixeira (INEP). Thus, this study contributes to the understanding and differentiation between competences and skills in the chemistryâs area of knowledge, and results in a manual containing all chemistry questions of the new ENEM, including their objects of knowledge, skills and abilities.

nÃo hà / A EstatÃstica hoje permeia a maioria dos meios de comunicaÃÃo e se mostra tambÃm rigorosamente Ãtil em diversos setores da nossa economia, agricultura, comÃrcio, pesquisas e ciÃncias de modo geral. à a parte da matemÃtica que se preocupa com a coleta e descriÃÃo dos dados geralmente valores que depois de organizados e apresentados, objetivam entre outros, a tomada de futuras decisÃes facilitando e condicionando os estudos a um melhor desempenho e resultado. O estudo da estatÃstica contribui para uma formaÃÃo consciente dos alunos, sua presenÃa indistinta no dia a dia ajuda a formular os problemas e modelar situaÃÃes prÃticas nas mais diferentes Ãreas sociais. O ensino da estatÃstica deve ser trabalhado jà no ensino fundamental e o uso de ferramentas e meios que tornem esse estudo consistente deve ser adotado e abraÃado pelos professores. Este estudo tem como escopo evidenciar a importÃncia da estatÃstica na nossa prÃtica de evoluÃÃo educacional e social, ressaltar meios e ferramentas que podem contribuir para o melhoramento desse ensino e consequentemente da aprendizagem em estatÃstica, chamar um pouco a atenÃÃo do aluno e dos professores sobre a baixa relevÃncia que se tem dado a esse conteÃdo e por fim propomos um material de apoio com as principais definiÃÃes em estatÃstica e sua saturada presenÃa no Exame Nacional do Ensino MÃdio (ENEM). / The Statistics today permeates most of the media and also shows rigorously useful in many sectors of our economy, agriculture, trade, research and general sciences. It is the part of mathematics that is concerned with the collection and description of data values that usually after organized and presented, aim to among others, the future decision-making easier and conditioning studies to better performance and results. The statistical study contributes to a conscious training of students, their indistinct presence in everyday life helps formulate problems and modeling more practical situations in different social areas. The teaching of statistics should be working already in elementary school and the use of tools and resources that make this robust study should be adopted and embraced by teachers. This study has the objective to highlight the importance of statistics in our practice of educational and social development, emphasizing means and tools that can contribute to the improvement of this teaching and learning consequently statisticians call a little attention from students and teachers about the low relevance that has been given to such content and finally we propose a support material with the main definitions in statistics and its saturated presence in the Exame Nacional do Ensino MÃdio (ENEM).
