Lietuvos Respublikos eksporto analizė ir perspektyvos / The analysis and prospects of export in LithuaniaKirjanova, Juliana 03 July 2012 (has links)
Baigiamojo darbo objektas - Lietuvos Respublikos (LR) užsienio prekyba. Baigiamojo darbo tikslas - atlikti LR eksporto statistinę analizę, bei numatyti ateities perspektyvas, o siekiant keliamo tikslo buvo sprendžiami šie pagrindiniai darbo uždaviniai - pateikti eksporto teoriją, nustatyti veiksnius, įtakojančius LR eksporto apimtis, išanalizuoti turimus 2004-2010 m statistinius eksporto duomenis, nustatyti eksporto įtaką šalies ekonomikai ir numatyti perspektyvas. Tyrimo metodai: mokslinės literatūros analizė, teisinių dokumentų analizė, statistinių duomenų analizė, apklausa.
Baigiamajame darbe trumpai supažindinama su eksporto samprata bei Lietuvos Respublikos eksporto struktūra... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Public Sector Economics master's thesis topic is relevant, because every country in the world and its economy entities are interested their economy to be more balanced and more developed. In today's world the international trade plays an important role in the economy of every country. Antecedents of firm export performance: the role of export promotion programsShamsuddoha, A. K. January 2005 (has links)
This study empirically investigates the direct and indirect effects of export promotion programs (EPPs) on firm export performance. Government export promotion programs normally define the premise for successful exporting activities of the corporate sector and play a key role in stimulating international business activities of firms (Cavusgil and Michael, 1990; Marandu, 1995; Seringhaus and Rosson, 1990). While the extant literature on export performance mostly neglected EPPs as an antecedent of export performance, the literature on export promotion fails to relate it to export performance. A very few researchers in this area have focused on a direct relationship between EPPs and firm export performance, however, no study has investigated the effect of EPPs on other determinants of export performance toward establishing any indirect relation between EPPs and export performance. This study attempts to develop and test a comprehensive model of firm export performance that investigates how EPPs directly and indirectly influence firm export performance. Theoretical foundations are drawn from internationalization process and resource-based theories as frameworks for the analysis of the study. The model integrates the use of EPPs, management perception of export market environment, export knowledge, export commitment, and export strategy that influence firm export performance and develops a number of hypotheses. Export promotion programs are classified into two categories according to their similarity of purpose- "market development", and "finance and guarantee" related programs. All other variables in the model are latent and are measured by a set of observed items. The model is tested on primary data obtained from a sample survey of exporting firms drawn from three major export oriented industries in Bangladesh. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques (in AMOS 5) are used to test the validity of the overall model and the relationship between variables hypothesized in the model. A two stage process is employed whereby the construct measurements are first evaluated, followed by an evaluation of the structural relationships. Analysis of the structural relationships supports most of the hypothesized relationships. The dimensions of export promotion programs are found to positively impact overall export performance. The research findings demonstrate that the use of market development-related export promotion programs influence firm export performance directly as well as indirectly through management perception of the export market environment, export knowledge and commitment. However, finance and guarantee-related export promotion programs indirectly influence export performance through export commitment. The study provides a guideline for managers of firms suggesting how they can benefit from EPPs in improving their positive attitude towards the export market environment, building their knowledge and enhancing commitment to exporting for better success in their international operations. This study provides guidelines to policymakers in designing and targeting export promotion programs effectively. The study also contributes to the literature by examining the indirect impact of EPPs on firm export performance. Finally, the limitations of the study are considered and possible directions for further research outlined.

Vývoj proexportní politiky v ČR od r. 1993 / The development of the export support policy in the Czech republic since 1993Strakošová, Lada January 2008 (has links)
This thesis is focused on the development of the support of exports in the Czech republic. The Czech republic is a relatively small country which means it needs international trade to be able to satisfy domestic demand because of the lack of resources. In the early 90's the Czech republic was a transforming economy with no measures of export support. Because the czech exporters needed the public support to succeed on foreign markets, all the financial and non-financial measures of the export support had to be implemented from the beginning. To support the export, the country concluded contracts about trade liberalisation, provided information and assistance services for exporters and provided also financial and insurance services with the state assistance. The thesis is divided into several parts according to the periods of implementation of the export support. In the first two periods till 2002 there was not a unified system of providing the export support, the state institutions did not cooperate enough and the whole support system has been developing till the present. Since 2003 the Czech republic has had a conception of the export support that stipulates conditions of functioning of the export support system and it includes the ways how to improve this system.

Role transportu tubulinu mezi jádrem a cytoplazmou / The role of tubulin transport between the nucleus and the cytoplasmBokvaj, Pavel January 2012 (has links)
Tubulin is the basic building block of microtubules which ensure intracellular transport, morphological changes, the connection of proteins of metabolic pathways, the segregation of chromosomes during mitosis and many other essential processes in plant cells. The localization of tubulin regarding nucleus is strictly controlled and during the interphase, tubulin is usually not present in the nucleus. As we previously showed, one of the exceptions of the presence of tubulin in the nucleus is the cold stress condition. Also, we discovered several plant-specific nuclear export sequences (NES) in tubulin molecules: one in α-tubulin and two in β-tubulin. In this work I found that double mutation of both functional β-tubulin NESes cause slight accumulation of the protein in the nuclei. However, the phenotype of the transgenic plants expressing β-tubulin with mutations is probably not affected by the presence of the mutated protein. The effect of the expression of the mutated β-tubulins was observed in Nicotiana tabacum BY-2 cells as well. The expression of β-tubulin carrying a single NES3 mutation or double mutation of both NESes bring changes of the division activity of the cells, while the NES2 mutation does not have any effect. Furthermore, it was discovered that the 0řC cold tr eatment does not cause...

Entrepreneurial decision-making: An overlooked determinate of China´s export growth?Zhang, Yi 07 March 2024 (has links)
My research attempted to provide the scientific community a more comprehensive understanding in terms of the determinants of China´s export growth. In order to reach this goal, I have divided my research mainly into two major phases. In phase one, I have concentrated on systematically review the Chinese literature, so that an overview of the determinants of China´s export growth from the Chinese academia can be generated. The purpose of phase one is to add valuable Chinese insights regarding China´s export considering the huge number of existing studies in the Chinese academia in the field of export determinants. Since the scarcity of individual level of factor which have influenced China´s export growth has been identified, I have conducted an in-depth qualitative case study in the second phase of my research to shed light on the micro-level mechanism of export decision process. In this way, the individual level determinants of China´s export growth has been explored and presented.
