Another aim of this work is an evaluation of whether such a project has a chance to survive in the competitive environment. The work includes theoretical background of the company establishment and development of a business plan. The following is a description of the company, situational analysis and analysis of competitors and customers. The next part deals with marketing and production plan. The last part contains financial plan with prediction of future development, risk analysis and final assessment.

The Master's Thesis deals with the valuation and the enterprise value determination. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical-methodological part presents the basic principles for the valuation and defines the notion of value; indicates the particular groups of method used in compliance with the valuation objective. Special attention is devoted to the yields methods, FCFF, FCFE, and DCF models. The aim of the application part is to appoint the value of the Company ITEST plus, s.r.o to the date 30 April 2014. The application part includes company profile, strategic analysis, and financial analysis, prognosis of value drivers, financial plan, and final valuation. The discounted cash flow method - free cash flow to the equity is used for appointing the value of the enterprise. The lower limit value of the Company is determined on the accounting property of the Company.

This diploma thesis is concerned to the valuation of the firm. The result of the valuation process should be the investment value. The thesis is divided into the 4 parts. The first 2 parts are concerning to the analyses of the firm -- financial and strategic. Their aim is to set the financial health and growth potential. In the next part of the thesis are described and predicted the value generators, the main economic characteristics creating the value of the firm. Based on their prediction is determined the financial plan as the base for the valuation. The last part of the thesis consists from the setting of discount rate, which will be on the level of the opportunity costs of the shareholders, and valuation of the firm through the discounted cash flow to the equity model. Additionally will be determined the book value and the value by market comparison.

The aim of this thesis is to determine the market value of the company Budějovický Budvar as of 31. 12. 2014. The thesis is divided in two parts, theoretical and practical. Each part is composed of 7 chapters. In the theoretical part is specified theoretical principle of valuation, which is applied in the practical part on the company Budějovický Budvar. Before the valuation itself, short company analysis, strategic and financial analysis are carried out. The results from the analyses are used in the prediction of the company sales. Thereof the value creators and financial plan are determined. Finally, last chapter is focused on the company valuation. The main method of the valuation is DCF Entity method and the supporting methods are Value/EBITDA multiple and book value.

The aim of this thesis is an establishment of the objectified value of the stock company OLMA for the use of the company management and owner to the date 31. 12. 2014. The valuation is compiled from the point of view of an external subject, using accessible public resources. The theoretical and methodological part includes an explanation of terms and concepts connected with the cited problems and description of the recommended procedures used in company evaluations, including relevant methods. The practical part deals with the presentation of the evaluated company and following application of procedures and methods cited in the previous part, including strategic and financial analysis, SWOT analysis, division of assets into necessary and unnecessary for the operation, analysis and prognosis of value generators, compilation of a complete financial plan and the appropriate valuation. Yield method of discounted cash flows was used for the resulting valuation of the company, using the variant of free cash flows to the firm (FCFF). For comparison, this valuation is supplemented with the property method in the form of company book value.

The theoretical part deals with general principles of creating a business plan, presents potential users and characterizes its structure. The applied part introduces a specific business plan. Strong emphasis is given on description of competitive advantage, on marketing strategy and on financial plan. Financial plan includes evaluation of effectiveness of the project as well as evaluation of viability of the project.

The aim of this thesis is to determine the market value of the company Vinselekt Michlovský a.s. to date of 1st May, 2011 for the purpose of the purchase by an unknown investor. The first part of the valuation process is focused on the strategic analysis of wine market in the Czech Republic including the identification of all the factors affecting the above mentioned market. The financial stability and business performance were assessed through the financial analysis and its outcome led to confirmation of the principle of going concern resulting in choice of some of income aproaches for the company evaluation. In order to estimate the weighted average cost of capital, that is required to discount the future returns, an iterative process optimizing the capital structure was used. In the conclusion of the thesis the market value of the company was determined using DCF Entity method.

The main goal of this thesis is to determine the market value of the company, which operates in the field of advertising services. The thesis is divided into 9 parts. In the first two chapters, there is a brief profile of the company. The third part is devoted to strategic analysis, which aims to forecast sales. Evaluation of the financial health of the company is analyzed in chapter four. Other parts include division of the assets to necessary and unnecessary, value creators and financial plan of the first phase. The eighth chapter describes two methods of evaluation. First is the DCF equity, which is also a main evaluation method. Second method is the method based on market comparison - the method of sector multipliers. The final ninth chapter states resulting evaluation of the company.

The theoretical part includes the basic concepts of business valuation theory, basic calculations, methods and procedures for determining the value of the company. The second part deals with the application of theoretical methods to the conditions of society. Contains acclaimed performance company, strategic analysis, expressing the position in the market and evaluate its competitiveness and financial analysis to appraise the current financial situation of the company. The results of these analyzes are used to forecast value generators, which are the main determinants for business valuation. After the financial plan, the company awarded the chosen method.
