The master´s thesis deals with the creation of the business plan for a recruitment agency establishment. In the first part there is a theoretical basis for the following two parts. The second part of thesis mainly analyses the macroenvironment and microenvironment. Third, the proposal part, contains the business plan with all of its components. The master’s thesis is focused on creation of a business plan for establishing a hotel for dogs in Brno. First part of thesis includes theoretical background of enterpreneurship, business plan and its structure. Also it describes theoretical information about particular analysis of inner and external environment, which are used and processed in second chapter of the thesis, in analytical part. A last chapter contains concrete proposal of a business plan, including financial evaluation.
