The subject of this thesis is to research market opportunities of a future company renovating, recycling and selling second-hand furniture and to decide whether the establishment is feasible. The thesis is looking for an answer to question how to define the subject of business, what to offer, to whom, how and for how much.

The goal of the thesis is concentrated on a proposal of creating a small business – namely by-the-hour kindergarten. The aim of this master´s thesis is to design a business plan for creating wine producing company on the basis of critical analysis. It consists of three main parts: the theoretical approach to solution, the analysis of the current situation and the proposal of the business plan for creating wine producing company. The work is based on the real situation, the results can serve as a support for the implementation of the plan or as a foundation for obtaining external sources of finance. All the thesis elements are processed in accordance with the acquired knowledge from the masters´s degree study programme and the attached literature.

The theoretical part describes the basic concepts, definitions and methods that will be used in the business plan. In the practical part is an analysis of the current state, including a proposal to develop the business.

On this basis was proposed business plan from which have developed proposals for solutions in the form of the introduction of PCO as a sheltered workshop, within which the project was funded 88% of input costs Labour Office in Brno.

The theoretical part explains all the important concepts and analyses, which are subsequently used in the analytical part. The empirical part also contains an analysis of the current state of the business entity and the situation on the Croatian market. Financial plan and potential risks are defined at the end of the thesis.

This diploma thesis deals with determining the value of a specific agricultural cooperative. The theoretical part focuses on standard terminology and explains methods which are used for assessing the company value. The practical part of the thesis contains strategic and financial analysis including the financial plan for the next several years. Finally, the value of the agricultural cooperative is calculated using three different methods. At the end, one of these methods is chosen as appropriate for the given company.

The diploma thesis deals with company developement through improvement of product promotion, together with streamlining of the incentive pay system for employees and building of a new manufacturing facility. The theoretical part defines the main concepts that form the structure of the business plan. The following section includes a comprehensive analysis of the current status of the organization. The subject of the final part is to suggest measures based on the results of the previous analysis, aiming at overall development of the company.
