The thesis discusses the business plan to open a new company, which will offer bookkeeping services, tax consulting and payroll. The business plan takes account of the theoretical bases and issues of the proposed solution. The thesis includes also financial plan of business with financial prediction of revenues and expenses. This prediction is processed in pessimistic, realistic and optimistic scenarios.

The subject of the thesis "The impact of construction investment on the company" is to evaluate the economic results of selected companies through financial indicators and showing its impact on the company financial plan. The first part focuses on theoretical background in construction investment. The second part is devoted to financial analysis of the 2010-2015 periods and commenting on the results of the methods used. The company financially supports Farní charita in Roudnice nad Labem and 10 % of profits goes for children's and youth's trips from low-threshold facilities. The company is in the market for the third year and intends to be transformed into a social enterprise to make a greater contribution to the society. The aim of the thesis is to contribute to the development and transformation of the already functioning company into a social enterprise by creating a business plan that will be used in the grant application and will also serve as an inspiration for other students whom are social businesses closer than ordinary business. The business plan will be compiled including an analysis of the external and internal environment, analysis of company statistics, mapping of the business environment, identification of strengths and weaknesses, elaboration of marketing, financial plan and risk management plan. The plan contains description of conditions under which a social enterprise could operate. Part of the thesis is to put together sales and costs prediction model in a pertinent subbranch. It also contains internal and external environment analysis, financial and business continuity plan.

This thesis with title „A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan consist of three parts. The first part deals with theoretical basis of financial planning, strategic analysis and financial analysis. The second part deals analysis of situation the company. The last part the financial plan for the years 2017-2020 is designed. Finally, the proposed financial plan is evaluated.
