We do not find much information in Czech literature about the influence of social media on a person with a intellectual disability. At the same time, the media can greatly influence the integration of people with disabilities, especially in countries where they have been excluded from public life for long time. This diploma thesis focuses on people with mental disabilities, who live in social care facilities. So my main goal is to describe the aims and motivations which lead them to social media. Research of the diploma thesis aims to clarify several questions about the extent and manner of social media use by people with intellectual disabilities. It could be assumed that the environment will greatly influence habits related to the consumption of social media, therefor is research focused exclusively only on those, whose home is a social care institution or sheltered housing. Introduction of this work is devoted to literature's research on a related topic. The main tasks of this diploma thesis are: typology of motivations that bring people with mental disabilities to social media, to describe how they think about this motivation and finally to describe their habits and experiences associated with the use of social media. Cílem této práce je analyzovat současný stav marketingové komunikace na sociálních sítích dané společnosti a navrhnout nové řešení pro využití vhodnějších médií. První část je věnována problematice marketingu, marketingové komunikaci a sociálním sítím. Analytická část poté studuje vnější prostředí společnosti spolu s konkurencí a situací uvnitř společnosti. Poslední část představuje možné návrhy řešení, jak vylepšit marketingovou komunikaci společnosti na sociálních sítí, spolu s analýzou jejich efektivity, návrhu kampaně na tuzemském trhu spolu s dosahem zahraničních trhů a přihlédnutím na konkrétní produkt.

Moreover, the portfolio of the qualitative and quantitative indicators was defined in order to evaluate the ways of communication of the selected political parties in detail. The news are consumed with rising frequency through the social network sites. This activity is going to be grasped with the use of two concepts: opinion leadership and framing because in the social network sites environment the active and influential users (opinion leaders) are attempting to pass certain viewpoints (frames) to other users. It is going to be evaluated to what extent can such framing be effective. An experiment was therefore conducted - it presents the subjects with an artificial news article and a Facebook "introductory" post. The experiment also lays emphasis on moderators that influence the effectiveness of passing the frames. For a realistic setting of the entire study, determining the opinion leaders and an analysis of their language means is going to be conducted. The goal of this study is thus grasping the way in which people are being informed about the public issues and the way they are forming opinions about them in the environment of social network sites. The diploma thesis Algorithmization of social networks and its perception by adolescents deals with the issue of algorithms which lead to personalization of social networks. Their perception by children and adolescents is currently not sufficiently explored. In the theoretical part, I demonstrate how the current studies examine the perception of algorithms on a sample of the entire population, in the context of adolescents how they focus on social networks as a whole. Therefore, the ambition of this thesis is to research the intersection of these three spheres and its impact on adolescent's perception of algorithmisation of social networks. Through qualitative research using the method of semi-structured interviews, this thesis outlines trends that may prevail in this area. An analytical synthesis of knowledge also answers the questions of how adolescents are informed about the possibilities of influencing the selection and sorting of the content and whether they show interest in these possibilities. In the theoretical part, I introduce readers of this work to the issue of new media, how social media developed, including their convergence.
