Způsob a úroveň vyučování fundamentální teologie na slovenských teologických fakultách: pokus o zhodnocení / Method and level of teaching fundamental theology at the Slovakian theological faculties: an attempt to evaluatePúčková, Mária January 2015 (has links)
The thesis deals with methods and quality of Fundamental theology teaching at theological faculties in Slovakia. Fundamental theology as a discipline on christian fundaments deepens knowledge of christology, ecclesiology, and revelation theology. The Holy script, tradition, pontifical and council documents and documents of papal counsels play an important role in this discipline too. In the history of fundamental theology the significant post is occupied also by the Second vatican council and its contribution to the Church. The aim of the thesis is collecting subject syllabi, structured lists of each theological program, all existing study materials, textbooks and distance learning materials of theological faculties in Slovakia. All information and materials obtained were appraised and considering other theological subjects and disciplines, the position of fundamental theology was defined. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Market entry mode of higher education internationalization : a case study of a post-1992 universityJiang, Nan January 2011 (has links)
Purpose - The aim of this research is to examine higher education (HE) internationalization in terms of international recruitment and academic collaboration with the focus on a single institution case study. The research investigates how the case study university conducts HE internationalization, identifies key implementation issues of HE internationalization, and develops an education-specific market entry dynamic framework. The discussion of the difference in the process of internationalization across faculties is also included. Design/methodology/approach - This research adopts the interpretivist philosophy and inductive approach, with focus of a single institution. Based on the positions and job responsibilities, the total of 20 interviewees from three key departments (Corporate, Department 2 and Faculty) were selected and 22 semi-structured interviews were conducted. The total of 329 pages of interview transcripts were analyzed. Other types of data collection include observation and secondary documentary data. The answers from each group were used in a comparative analysis, resulting in an overlap pattern structure that indicates the level of the university's internal integration. Data analysis strategies include content analysis, critical discourse analysis (CDA), colour coding, and categorization of meaning. Findings and contributions - The market entry dynamic framework is the main outcome of this research. This framework provides a number of education-specific modes of entry and programme delivery methods to guide institutions' internationalization. The implementation issues raised in this research indicate that the university's internal integration has a major impact on HE internationalization. These issues highlight the areas where the university needs to improve. Faculty-specific factors explain the difference in the process of internationalization across the four faculties at the case study university, and explain the reasons why the levels of internationalization are different among these faculties.

Nutnost změny profesní přípravy učitelů / Necessity of change in professional preparation of teachersMleziva, Jan-Michal January 2014 (has links)
1 ABSTRACT: The present thesis argues for the necessity of a fundamental change in the professional preparation of primary and secondary school teachers; additionally, it discusses the way the education of future teachers should take. From the perspective of educational management, it proposes concrete measures that should be taken in order to implement the change. The author points out the seriousness of the issue in a broader context on the basis of an analysis of the curricula of faculties of education. The main reason for the change in the professional preparation of teachers is seen in the insufficient reflection of the current needs of the contemporary society, both in the content and form of teacher education. The thesis is divided into four chapters: Contemporary context as a major imperative, The present state of the professional preparation of teachers, The objectives of the professional preparation of teachers in the contemporary context, and The main steps towards the realization of the new goals.

O cultivo das faculdades humanas nas Preleções de Kant sobre antropologia / The cultivation of human faculties within Kant\'s Lectures on AnthropologySantos, Leonardo Rennó Ribeiro 07 March 2016 (has links)
The present thesis starts from the diagnosis that Pragmatic Anthropology (1798) is traditionally considered by Kantian commentators to be peripheral regarding Kants critical corpus, resulting in a certain detachment of the anthropological investigations from the central concerns of his critical philosophy. Against this line of argumentation, it is proposed here a broad interpretation of Vorlesungen über Anthropologie and Pragmatic Anthropology. The aim of this thesis is to argue that Kant gradually developed a coherent conception of human nature in relation to the set of basic principles underpinning his philosophical project. The first chapter, by examining the rise of anthropology as a discipline in the winter semester of 1772-1773 as it splits from the lectures on physical geography, will investigate the place of Weltkenntnis in Kantian philosophy. Then, the distinctiveness of this new discipline compared to physical geography and natural history as well as its reciprocity concerning Kants critical project will be delimitated through an analysis of the methodology proposed by Kant. The second chapter is devoted to the exploration of the link between anthropological research and Criticism in view of the Kantian conception of Enlightenment. It will be shown how Kants reflections on human nature helped to shape his own definition of progress of mankind, thereby allowing him to redefine the discipline of History as Geschichte, on the one hand, and to examine the process of Enlightment in relation to the cultivation of sensibility, on the other. Finally, since the former discussion mobilizes two key notions of the Kantian aesthetics, the third chapter intends to discuss the judgment of taste and the faculty of imagination as these notions were considered within Kants lectures on anthropology with a special emphasis on their emancipatory potential in light of Kants own conception of Culture.
