The overall company´s situation is evaluated thanks to the chosen analytical methods which investigate inner and outer company´s surroundings. The suggestions and recommendations leading to the improvement of the observed situation are formulated on the basis of the analyses

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of a selected corporation and proposals for its solution. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical basis of individual analyses and this part serves as a theoretical basis for their processing. In the second part of the work, the characteristic of the selected subject is given and according to the knowledge from the theoretical part, several analyses examining the current state are performed. Based on the results of the analyses, there are developed proposals which lead to improving the financial situation of the company.

The company New Yorker CZ is being compared with its five competitors within czech market in the analytical part. Master´s thesis is the proposal of real business plan for the re-opening of a music club Beseda in Hodonín city. Business plan was set in as reactions for proposal of city Hodonín, which is offering zero rental of area associated with operation of a club to potencional client. As a main information source for procesing of this work i used output of consultation with previous user of this club with assumption, that progress of situation of this club is perfectly reflecting current situation on this market.
