This diploma thesis deals with issues of marketing communication in a construction company. Theroretical basis is then applied to a certain construction company which is UniPi.technology. The thesis includes strenhths and weaknesses of the company and a specific marketing communication plan for the following year.

The master thesis is focused on customer satisfaction of the selected facility. Proposals of customer satisfaction are based on partial analysis. The first part of the thesis is focused on a theoretical basis. The second part is analytical and is focused on current state of the company and its evaluation through external and internal environment analysis. Last part of the thesis contents proposals to increase customer satisfaction.

The diploma thesis focuses on evaluation of the financial situation in the selected company in the period 2014-2016 and proposals to its improvement. It contains a theoretical framework, a characteristic of a specific company, a strategic analysis of its current situation including an analysis of its financial condition and the resulting proposal for improvement of current situation.

The master thesis deals with performance evaluation of business corporation PBS POWER EQUIPMENT, s.r.o. This performance evaluation is done through START Model, based on the EFQM Model Excellence. The theoretical part is focused on the description of selected methods of performance evaluation of the company with an emphasis on EFQM Model Excellence. In the practical part PBS POWER EQUIPMENT, s.r.o. is introduced, it's economic activity is presented and on the basis of Model START performance evaluation is made. At the end, series of recommendations to improve the performance of the analyzed company is presented.

Author of this diploma thesis deals with application methods and risk analysis for financing of the sport club. The goal is to analyse and describe the present situation of financing the sport club. Output of this thesis is the proposal leading to improvement of the financial situation of the club.

The diploma thesis analyzes the company according to selected economic methods. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the individual methods are explained. Especially the PESTEL method, Porter's Five Forces Analysis, McKinsey 7S model and Kralicek Quick Test. In the practical part, these methods are applied for the analysis of company status. The results were used to compile the SWOT analysis. Based on the resulting strategy, suggestions are made to improve the company's current situation.

The master´s thesis discusses economical situation of the Agricultural Cooperative Kunžak using selected internal and external analyses, considering specifics of the discipline. The theoretical part explains terms and there are listed formulas which are necessary for next parts of the thesis. In the analytical part the company is presented and then particular analyses are made. Based on the analyses, proposals and recommendations for improvement of economical situation of the company are formulated.

Diplomová práce je rozdělena do třech části. První část se zaobírá teoretickými východisky vztahujícími se k marketingu a marketingové strategii. Poznatky z teoretických východisek jsou pak aplikovány k analýze současného stavu a prostředí hotelu. Na základě výsledků jednotlivých analýz je pak navrhnuta samotná marketingová strategie.

The master‘s thesis is focused on the establishment of a small company, namely CrossFit gym, for which a business plan has been created. CrossFit gym will offer CrossFit lessons, individual trainings or only entrances with the possibility of using gym equipment. The solution is using Porter's five forces model, SLEPT analysis, SWOT analysis, market research using a questionnaire survey, 4P marketing mix and risk analysis. The main chapter of the thesis are Custom Proposals Solutions, where a detailed business plan is developed. The aim of this work is to create a proposal for establishing a small business.

The master´s thesis deals with the evaluation of the economic situation of the company Textilní zkušební ústav, s.p. in between 2014-2018, proposals and recommendations for its improvement. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic concepts and methods used in the practical part. In the analytical part, the company is introduced and individual analyzes are performed. In the last part, measures are proposed to improve the identified condition.
