This diploma thesis deals with a reduction of unemployment in the district of Jihlava. Based on the theoretical pieces of knowledge and discovered facts, it contains a proposal of its reductions and gives some recommendations.

The target of this thesis is design two-floor kindergarten (nursery school) on specific building plot in Moravany near Brno. The target is to create operational dispositive solution which takes account of everyday operations. The new building is comprised of two sections for forty children. There is also place for leisure time activities. There is also emphasis to general visual impression and desing resolution. The building is designed from construction system KM BETA with outdoors cement –bonded particleboards CETRIS on fragment of facade.

The subject matter of my Diploma thesis is the project of a new golf club. The building has one floor and is covered by a flat mono-coated roof. Spacious terraces accessible from first floor are the integral parts. Vertical load bearing and non-load bearing walls are designed from Porotherm walling system. Horizontal load bearing ceiling constructions are designed from an prestressed ceiling panels Spiroll. Foundations are designed reinforced concrete. The building is divided into two separate operating units. The project emphasizes the layout plan, thermal technical properties and safety in use.

The thesis is focused on the preparation of documentation project of new residential building with twenty flats. The building is located in Valašské Meziříčí. The building has four floors, which are used for housing and one underground technical floor with garage and cellar booths. The building is brick ceramic blocks Porotherm and it is covered with a flat roof. The drawings were processed in a computer program AutoCAD.

The project is working on a documentation of the boarding house with restaurant at the project specification for a building permit. It issituated in the cadastral area of the town of Prachatice. The building has three floors. On the first floor there is restaurant with kitchen with facilities. On the second and third floor there are living premises. Proposal places emphasis on building layout with a link to the site to ensure construction of static, fire safety, protection against noise, energy saving and safety in use. Drawings have been processed in software for design – Archicad 18.

In a family house not far from Brno, there is an entryway hole for getting into the space under the floor. The hole is covered by a high weight concrete hatch. For easier manipulation with the hatch an opening mechanism was designed and manufactured. This mechanism had been installed under the hatch and nowadays it works well. This master’s thesis deals with description of main components of the mechanism and their function. Load analysis and stress-strain analysis are the major part of this thesis. At the end of this work the analysis results are commented and some suggestions for further research are proposed.

This master thesis deals with the engineering design of a headstock floor type boring/milling machine. At first, background research of boring machines and accessories is performed. The type and parameters of the floor type boring machine are chosen according to the background research. In the next part the thesis deals with the individual structural units of the headstock. The thesis also contains a 3D model of the headstock and fine drawing documentation. The 3D model of the horizontal floor type boring machine has been converted into a virtual reality environment.

Price is one of the most important factor which influences people in making decisions in connection with apartment blocks. In the first part I attended to terminology and pricing techniques according to the valid valuation regulations. In the second part I appreciated select apartment block in combnation with load and yield technique of valuation and comparative teqnique of valuation. Sequentially I compared and assessed this prices.

This work deals with description and design of application for generating 3D building models from floor plans and their publication on the Internet. First chapter describes methods used for floor plans creation. Next part describes how are foor plans transformed into three-dimensional model. Following chapters describes implementation details concerning application used for creation of building floor plan and three-dimensional model generation. Work also covers implementation of web based application for viewing models in web browser. Final chapters sums up results and limitations of described solution. There are also discussed possible extensions of current project.

The aim of this thesis is to design a kindergarten in Kromeříž, two floors above ground and one underground floor. The intention is to create a functional layout reflecting the daily operations. Kindergarten is designed primarily for two classes of 24 children, a total of 48 children. In case of insufficient capacity, you can use a multipurpose hall in 2.NP as more fully equipped classrooms for 24 children. The building should their appearance to fit in with the existing buildings.
