Previous issue date: 2016-09-19 / This study investigates the significant elements of an institutional strengthening program, developed by a civil society organization based in São Paulo with national presence, from the look of the participants, ie those who have gone through training, experienced the developed methodology and contributed to the realization of the Motirõ Institutional Strengthening Program. To achieve this purpose, we have deepened the analysis of the strategic role in social change played by organizations participating in the program, and verify the contribution to the culture of lifelong learning in the organization, the contribution to the strengthening of the participants as multipliers within the organization, the effects and impacts in the participating organization of training and of the importance of coordinated actions and networking. The theoretical approach that supports the reflections converges for studies on training of formators and the different elements that sustain it, such as popular education, learning and public policy from the Freirian view corroborated by authors like Dermeval Saviani, Laurence Bardin, Anísio Teixeira among others. Qualitative research was conducted in the city of Recife in Pernambuco, with members and managers of organizations participating in the program, which took place in the Brazilian Northeast from 2012 to 2015 in four editions. Because there are few reports of studies like this in the Northeast and lack of formal evaluation able to translate impressions and learning of the participants, there were significant issues relating to the Motirõ Program operation that need addressing. Among the findings, there were positive results in the development of networking job directly related to the strength of the articulation of interpersonal relationships, demonstrating the care of the affective bonds and mutual support / O presente trabalho investiga os elementos significativos de um programa de fortalecimento institucional, desenvolvido por uma organização da sociedade civil com sede em São Paulo de atuação nacional, a partir do olhar dos participantes, ou seja, daqueles que passaram pela formação, experimentaram a metodologia desenvolvida e contribuíram para a efetivação do Programa de Fortalecimento Institucional Motirõ. Para alcançar tal propósito, foram aprofundadas as análises do papel estratégico nas transformações sociais desempenhado pelas organizações participantes do programa, além de verificar a contribuição para a cultura de formação permanente na organização e para o fortalecimento dos participantes enquanto multiplicadores dentro da organização, os efeitos e impactos do programa de formação na organização participante da formação e a importância da atuação articulada e em rede. A abordagem teórica que ampara as reflexões converge para estudos sobre formação de formadores e os diferentes elementos que a sustentam, tais como educação popular, aprendizagem e políticas públicas, a partir da visão de Paulo Freire, Dermeval Saviani, Laurence Bardin, Anísio Teixeira entre outros. Pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa foi realizada na cidade do Recife, em Pernambuco, com membros e gestores de organizações que participaram do programa, que aconteceu no Nordeste de 2012 a 2015 em quatro edições. Em razão de haver poucos relatos de estudos semelhantes no Nordeste e falta de avaliação formal capaz de traduzir as impressões e aprendizagens dos participantes, observaram-se questões significativas referentes a seu funcionamento que necessitaram equacionamento. Entre os achados, verificaram-se resultados positivos no desenvolvimento do trabalho em rede diretamente relacionado à força da articulação das relações interpessoais, evidenciando-se o cuidado com os vínculos afetivos e o apoio mútuo

La formation du clergé du Dahomey/Bénin de 1914 à nos jours / The formation of the Dahomey/Benin clergy from 1914 till dateZossou, Julien 15 March 2011 (has links)
Pour la mission au Dahomey, il a été demandé à Mgr de Marion-Brésillac de fonder la Société des Missions Africaines. Aussi n’a-t-il pas été aisé pour les missionnaires de la SMA arrivés au Dahomey de préparer la relève en fondant le clergé local, même si cela était contraire à la doctrine de leur fondateur sur le clergé indigène. C’est finalement par l’insistance du Saint-Siège et par la détermination de Mgr Steinmetz, deuxième Vicaire apostolique du Dahomey que le clergé local a été institué. Mais contrairement à leurs aînés, les jeunes générations réclament l’amélioration de la qualité de leur formation. Les Supérieurs finissent par réagir favorablement aux requêtes des séminaristes. La Compagnie de Saint-Sulpice sollicitée pour la cause, passe la direction du Séminaire au clergé diocésain conformément aux termes du contrat avec les évêques tout en continuant à collaborer à la formation des séminaristes. La hiérarchie ecclésiastique étant totalement revenue au clergé local, elle est responsable de l’orientation de la formation des futurs prêtres en accord avec la Congrégation pour l’Évangélisation des Peuples. Les professeurs de Séminaires désormais pourvus des grades académiques canoniques, travaillent à l’harmonie et à la qualité de la formation des séminaristes béninois conformément à la Ratio fundamentalis de l’Église, dans un esprit d’inculturation. L’évangélisation s’étend et imprègne progressivement la culture béninoise de valeurs évangéliques. Des prêtres béninois ont marqué l’histoire nationale. Et le dynamisme tant des fidèles que du clergé du Bénin se remarque aussi au niveau de l’Église universelle. / For the mission in Dahomey, it was asked of Bishop Marion-Brésillac to found the Society of African Missions.
