Notre recherche porte sur les compétences des managers d’hôtels dans la gestion des Ressources Humaines, et tend à répondre aux questions suivantes : comment les managers d’hôtels de tailles diverses mettent en œuvre les différentes composantes de la fonction RH ? Comment se caractérisent et se développent leurs compétences face aux nouvelles évolutions du tourisme ?Cette thèse intègre une étude empirique auprès de managers d’hôtels indépendants et d’hôtels de chaîne à Genève, en Suisse. / Our research focuses on the competencies of hotel managers in Human Resources management and aims to answer these questions: How do managers of hotels of various sizes implement the different components of Human Resources function? How to characterize and to develop these competencies? and How can theses competencies be characterized and developed?This thesis integrates an empirical study on managers of independent hotels and hotel chains in Geneva of Swiss.
