In the beginning of the project there are given the introduction in which the development of the creation of coveralls is presented. Technical assignment is given and then requirements of the product are indicated. The description of the product and its technical proposition is presented.In the analysis of fashion the overall is analyzed not only as a coverall, but also there is the development of the uniform delivered. Suitable fabric and findings are selected for the designed product. For the purpose of longer usage of the product appropriate keeping signs are given.The projections technique of the chosen basic design is described, modelling is done and moulds are drawn. With the help of computer programme COMTENSE product’s moulds multiplication by size are made. One and two tile’s sets are framed and costs of intermoulds are calculated.The characteristic of the threads and technological line are made. Suitable machinery is chosen. The place of work and course are planned, similarly as the partition of the work. The process schemes, technological process schemes of designed product are drawn and the plan of the sewing flow is made.

Funkcionalumo kokybė interaktyviame interneto žemėlapio naudojimo procese yra kritiškai svarbi, nes būtent nuo funkcionalumo priklauso ir per jį išreiškiamos naudotojo galimybės: peržiūros, analizės ar visapusiško žemėlapio elementų valdymo. Darbe pristatoma sukurta originali metodologija, kuri leidžia kompleksiškai kiekybiškai įvertinti įvairių tipų bei sudėtingumo interaktyvių interneto žemėlapių funkcionalumo kokybę atsižvelgiant į naudotojų poreikius. Metodologija sudaryta apjungiant naudotojų patirčių, ekspertų nuomonių bei šiuo metu žinomų pavyzdinių interneto žemėlapių funkcijų tyrimų rezultatus į kompleksinę, plečiamą, kaupiamąją funkcionalumo vertinimo kriterijų ir rodiklių sistemą. Sukurta originali interneto programa CartoUI (www.cartoui.com) realizuojanti šią metodologiją praktikoje ir teikianti priemones tyrimų rezultatams analizuoti. All these aspects are combined into one complex, cumulative and flexible system of criteria and indices for qualimetric assessment of quality of implemented map functions. Original Internet based CartoUI software (www.cartoui.com) has been developed for practical implementation and verification of this methodology. The software also provides tools for analysis of information collected during particular research or for selected time span. CartoUI is available for everyone to use it for investigation into functionality of interactive Internet maps and for analysis of users‘ needs. The dissertation also provides detailed practical recommendations for development of diverse interactive internet maps tailored for different user groups. The recommendations are based on research on particular users‘ needs clarified by means of CartoUI.

Nors yra nemažai straipsnių, tyrimų, skirtų viešojo administravimo etikai, visgi, viešojo administravimo etikos tyrinėjimų kontekste nėra įtraukiamas vienas svarbus elementas- etikos infrastruktūra. Įtakos tam turėjo keletas priežasčių. Pirmiausiai reikia pasakyti, jog tai ganėtinai naujas darinys, atsiradęs XXa. paskutiniame dešimtmetyje. Antra, tyrimus apsunkindavo ir sistemos kompleksiškumas, kuomet skirtingų sistemos elementų analizė galėjo būti atlikta tik platesnėse studijose. Dėl šių priežasčių tyrimų, nagrinėjančių Lietuvos viešojo administravimo etikos infrastruktūrą nėra daug, o ir pastarieji labiau bendro pobūdžio, tik bendrais bruožais paliečiantys Lietuvos viešojo administravimo etikos infrastruktūrą ir jos pagrindinius elementus. Dėl to tiriamuoju objektu pasirikta Lietuvos viešojo administravimo etikos infrastruktūra, pagrindiniai jos makrolygmens elementai. Daroma prielaida, jog minėtosios etikos problemos ir etikos pažeidimai taip pat apspręsti ir šalies makrolygmens etikos infrastruktūros. Darbe siekiama nustatyti elementų atitikimą idealiam modeliui, idealaus modelio ir realios Lietuvos padėties santykį, pateikiant Lietuvos viešojo administravimo etikos infrastruktūros vaizdą. There are no many investigations into the ethics infrastructure of public administration in Lithuania and if there are any, they are of general character and touch upon the ethics infrastructure of public administration in Lithuania and its basic elements only in general outline. This is the reason why the ethics infrastructure of public administration in Lithuania and the basic elements of its macro level have been chosen as a subject of research. It is presumed that the aforesaid ethical problems and ethical violations are also determined by the ethics infrastructure of the country’s macro level.
