A pesquisa insere-se no ?mbito te?rico geral da lingu?stica textual e, mais especificamente, na an?lise textual dos discursos (ATD), teoria desenvolvida por Jean-Michel Adam ([2008] 2011). A no??o de representa??o discursiva proposta pela ATD constitui um dos aspectos mais importantes da dimens?o sem?ntica do texto e ? complementada nos trabalhos de Grize (1990, 1996) a partir da no??o de esquematiza??o. Nessa perspectiva, o trabalho ? orientado pelos estudos da lingu?stica do texto, com Koch (2012, 2005, 2004), Marcuschi (2012, 2008, 2005), Rodrigues, Passeggi e Silva Neto (2010, 2012, 2014); do g?nero, com Bazerman (2005), Bakhtin (1992); e do discurso jur?dico, com Capez (2012), Pimenta (2007), Louren?o (2013) e Gomes (2014). Metodologicamente, ? uma pesquisa documental, apresentando um car?ter qualitativo, descritivo e orienta-se pelo m?todo do racioc?nio indutivo-dedutivo. O corpus ? constitu?do por uma senten?a judicial, de natureza penal, coletado eletronicamente do s?tio do Tribunal de Justi?a de S?o Paulo ? Poder Judici?rio, em Consulta de Julgados de 1? Grau, com a tem?tica da viol?ncia contra a mulher. Os procedimentos de an?lise utilizaram as categorias sem?nticas da representa??o discursiva, como a referencia??o, a predica??o, a modifica??o e a localiza??o espacial e temporal. Os resultados focalizaram a constru??o da representa??o discursiva dos sujeitos (v?tima e r?u) a partir de PdV de enunciadores distintos, que podem aproximar-se ou distanciar-se de acordo com a orienta??o argumentativa do texto. Assim, diante da import?ncia social do texto forense e, em especial, da senten?a judicial na vida dos cidad?os, foi poss?vel perceber a relev?ncia em desenvolver pesquisas que abordem o estudo da dimens?o sem?ntica do texto, principalmente na constru??o das representa??es dos objetos de discurso / This dissertation aims to identify and describe the phenomenon of discursive representation of victim and defendant in court judgment genre. Researchis part of general theoretical framework of text linguistics and more specifically in textual discourse analysis (ATD) theory developed by Jean-Michel Adam ([2008] 2011). Discursive representation notion proposed by ATD is one of the most important aspects of semantic dimension of the text, being complemented in the work of Grize (1990, 1996) from schematization notion. In this perspective, this work is guided by studies of text linguistics with Koch (2012, 2005, 2004), Marcuschi (2012, 2008, 2005), Rodrigues, Passeggi and Silva Neto (2010, 2012, 2014), with genre Bazerman (2005), Bakhtin (1992) and the juridical discourse with Capez (2012), Pimenta (2007), Louren?o (2013) and Gomes (2013) . Methodologically, is a documentary research, presenting qualitative and descriptive characters and is guided by the inductivedeductive method. Corpus consists of a judicial sentence, criminal, collected electronically from Court of Justice of S?o Paulo - Judiciary website in consultation Judged1st Degree, with the theme of violence against women. Analysis procedures use semantic categories of discursive representation, such as referencing, predication, modification and the spatial and temporal location. Results are focused on the construction of discursive representation of (victim and defendant) from PdV distinct enunciators, which may approach or distance themselves according to argumentative text orientation. Thus, considering social importance of forensic text and, in particular, court judgment in the lives of citizens, it was possible to realize the importance of developing research that addresses the study of text semantic dimension, especially in construction of representations of discourse objects

A An?lise Textual dos Discursos (ATD) insere-se no ?mbito te?rico geral da lingu?stica textual e tem como objetivo estudar a produ??o co(n)textual de sentido, fundamentada na an?lise de textos concretos atrav?s da esquematiza??o de determinados planos ou n?veis de an?lise lingu?stica. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de natureza documental sob uma perspectiva indutivo-dedutiva, de car?ter qualitativo e descritivo. Investigamos um corpus de quatro senten?as judiciais de natureza criminal, coletadas do s?tio do Tribunal de Justi?a do Rio Grande do Norte - Poder Judici?rio, em consulta de Julgados de 1?. Grau. Em nossas an?lises evidenciamos que a senten?a judicial possui v?rias potencialidades gen?ricas que a atravessam em seus n?veis textuais e transtextuais, estabelecendo um di?logo intergen?rico (ADAM; HEIDMANN, 2011b), sendo uma pr?tica normatizada, cognitivamente e socialmente institu?da, podendo conter varia??es, mas tendo elementos cristalizados e com uma tradicionalidade funcional que n?o foi eliminada com o tempo. Diante da relev?ncia social do texto forense e, em especial, da senten?a judicial na vida dos cidad?os, esperamos contribuir para as pesquisas que abordem o estudo do texto jur?dico, principalmente, nos elementos de genericidade das senten?as judiciais. / This dissertation aims to study genericity in judicial decisions phenomenon, text/discourse genre confined to juridical field from its compositional structure and its text plan. The notion of gender in ATD addressing is located at transition between speech and text and we use as one of the levels/dimensions of analysis that permeates text plan notion, based on their compositional structure. Our theoretical anchorage is located in Linguistics Textual general framework, and, more specifically, in addressing Textual Analysis of Discourses (ATD) approach developed by Adam (2011a), the notions of genre/discourse of Marcuschi (2002, 2008), Bazerman (2005) and the proposals to establish genericidde of Adam and Heidmann (2006), Rodrigues, Passeggi e Silva Neto (2010, 2012, 2014), among others. Textual Analysis of Discourses (ATD) is part of the general theoretical framework of text linguistics and aims to study sense co(n)text production, based on analysis of concrete texts through the drafting of certain plans or levels of linguistic analysis. It is a nature documentary research under an inductive-deductive perspective, qualitative and descriptive. We investigated a corpus of four court rulings criminal, collected from the site of Rio Grande do Norte Court of Justice - Judiciary, in First Degree Judged. We noted in our analysis that court ruling has several generic capabilities that cross in their textual and transtextual levels, establishing a dialogue intergeneric (ADAM; HEIDMANN, 2011b), being a standardized practice and cognitively socially instituted and may contain variations, but with crystallized elements and a functional traditionalism that has not been eliminated through time. Facing social relevance of forensic text and, especially, court judgment on people's life, we hope to contribute to research that addresses the study of legal text, especially in genericity elements of judicial sentence.

Nossa fundamenta??o te?rica parte dos pressupostos gerais da Lingu?stica Textual atrav?s de autores como Koch (1997; 1999; 2002; 2008; 2009), Koch e Elias (2012; 2013) e Marcuschi (2008; 2012), e mais precisamente da An?lise Textual dos Discursos com Adam (2011) no que se refere ao estudo do plano de texto e da sequ?ncia textual narrativa. Em rela??o ao discurso jur?dico, respaldamo-nos em Pel?gio (2002), Gomes (2011), Nucci (2014) e Fran?a (2015). Metodologicamente, ? uma pesquisa documental, que apresenta um car?ter qualitativo, descritivo e que se orienta pelos m?todos do racioc?nio indutivo e dedutivo. O corpus ? constitu?do por tr?s termos de depoimento oriundos de uma Delegacia Especializada em Atendimento ? Mulher (DEAM), localizada em Natal, Rio Grande do Norte. Os resultados mostram que o depoimento prestado pela testemunha ? composto predominantemente pela sequ?ncia narrativa, a qual constitui uma narrativa maior, global, que por sua vez ? composta por diversas narrativas menores ? as chamadas narrativas encaixadas, as quais atuam no texto em fun??o dessa narrativa de n?vel global. Os resultados mostram tamb?m que as sequ?ncias narrativas desempenham um importante papel no g?nero termo de depoimento, pois funcionam como principal mecanismo de organiza??o do depoimento da testemunha. / In the present work, we aim to investigate how the narrative sequences occur within the genre testimony record, procedural component that integrates the police investigation whilst being intended for the witness testimony. Our theoretical groundings are based on the general propositions of the Text Linguistics with authors as Koch (1997; 1999; 2002; 2008; 2009), Koch e Elias (2012; 2013) and Marcuschi (2008; 2012), and, more specifically, on the Discourse Textual Analysis with Adam (2011) regarding the text plan and narrative sequence studies. In relation to the legal discourse, we use Pel?gio (2002), Gomes (2011), Nucci (2014) and Fran?a (2015).The methodology consists of a documental research, of qualitative and descriptive nature, as well as guided by the inductive and deductive reasoning. The corpus is represented by three testimonial records obtained from a Women?s Police Station (Delegacia Especializada em Atendimento ? Mulher ? DEAM), located at Natal, Rio Grande do Norte. Results indicate that the testimony provided by the witness is predominantly composed by several minor narratives ? the so-called embedded narratives, which act upon the text due to a global-level narrative. The results also indicate that the narrative sequences play an important role in the testimonial record genre, because they function as the main mechanism for the organization and arrangement of the witness testimony.
