Magistro darbe atlikta gamybos logistikos sistemos valdymo analizė UAB „Jornas“ pavydžiu. Teorinėje dalyje aptariama logistikos samprata ir išskiriamos logistikos veiklos rūšys. Gamybos logistikos sistemos analizei atlikti panaudoti gamybos masto bei įrengimų darbo imlumo rodikliai. Atliktas realaus gamybos pajėgumo vertinimas, nustatytas reikiamas įrengimų, žaliavų ir darbuotojų kiekis, tikslinei gamybos veiklai įvykdyti. Numatyti reikiami veiklos kaštai bei informacinio srauto analizė. Patvirtinama autoriaus suformuluota hipotezė, kad gamybinėje veikloje labai svarbu efektyviai valdyti materialius ir informacinius srautus. / This work analyses the management of manufacturing logistics systems by example of UAB „Jornas“. Theoretical part discusses the concept of logistics and the classification of logistics activities. The scale of production and its capacity is estimated in order to analyse the management of logistics systems at a company. This work also includes a real assessment of production capacity and the study of the need of the necessary equipment, raw materials and the quantity of employees in order to meet the target activities. The necessary operating costs and information flow analysis are discussed as well. Hypothesis is affirmed that manufacturing activity is very important to manage material and information flows effectively.
