The diploma thesis deals with project documentation of an office building with an insurance company branch in Brno - Bystrc. The building is designed as a detached building with five floors and one underground floor. The ground plan of the building is rectangular, set in a slightly sloping terrain. The underground floor is located underground garage and technical facilities. On the first floor there is a café and counters. On the second and third floors there are counter halls and on the fourth floor there are office spaces of a private company. The last fifth floor serves as a flat roof exit. The construction system is two-way wall. The building is insulated with thermal insulation and covered with a flat roof.

The subject of this thesis is elaboration of design documentation in the stage of documentation for the construction of mixed-use building in Karviná. It is a new building which is functionally and despositionally divided into commercial part, residential part and garage part. This mixed-use building disposes with four above-ground floors and one basement. On the first floor there is a commercial part, and the next three floors are intended for living. The basement is reserved for parking. The building is designed as a combination of frame and wall system and it is based on foundation pads and strips. The roof is designed flat and green.

By entering the diploma thesis is to create an architectural study of the sacral object and the Salesian community center in Brno - Líšeň. The first mention of the creating church appeared in 1987 and because of this reason Salesians came to this city, they focus on working with children and youth, according to Don Bosca. Their method od education was reflected in the overall project concept. The building will be linked to the existing object of the Salesian Youth Center, but it will also serve for a wider circle of believers. The consecration of the church will be a third divine person - the Holy Spirit. The object will be on the Horníková ulica, on the parcels no. 5037/30,32. On the plot with parc. No.5037/32 is currently a building, that is the property of the Nadácia pre radosť, and it will by removed during construction. The proposal is based on urban analyzes performed and responds to the surrounding buildings. It also affects the conditions of the building plot and uses terrain sloping. The proposal consists of one object that includes a church with a capacity for 400 seat and 100-standing persons with chorus, sacristy, adoration chapel and technical and hygienic backgrounds. Furthermore, there is a educational/multifunction room, workshop and store of religious products, farther the parish part with the apartments, office for priests and underground garage. In addition to the building, there was created paved areas for pedestrian which responding to existing communications. Due to the removal of the parking lot in the northern part of the solved territory, the existing parking lot was extended on the south side and there was also created a new communication for cars, which connects the Northern Street Horníková with Western. In this communication, it is necessary to create a suitable road signage to prevent the supply of vehicles and it must not be used as an abbreviation in the traffic jam at the 2nd grade road communication.

Proposal for concert hall in the position of the Moravian Square, where in 1945 found called. The German House with a concert hall. Design a simple, rectangular mass with celoprsklenuo, perforated facade. Inside the hall layout, as a cornerstone of the entire draft, in ideal acoustic proportions, visibility, access to the hall, both with regard to the audience and the performers. The construction includes all the facilities and plants for the Philharmonic commensurate with the contemporary world architecture. It is offering a location opposite the street Veselá.

This thesis covers brand new detached showroom with one basement and two floors. The building is divided into 2 parts, the major part of the first floor sample room (showroom) for a maximum of 13 vehicles, offices and staff facilities salon. On the second floor is located the finance department and exemplary service area. In the basement of this building are public parking garage for 16 vehicles and car accessories stores. The second part of the new building is just overhead. It consists of a private car service for 5 vehicles, stock tires, utility room, car wash and storage of spare parts for cars. Flat roof supporting structure is made of pre-stressed girders reinforced with cross reinforced concrete slab with insulation. Cladding are ventilated insulated facade, supporting part is reinforced. The showroom form the majority of the building envelope glass facade. Finish of floors in office and showroom premises are ceramic tiles. The thesis is draft a multi-storey parking garage in the area of University Hospital in Brno Bohunice to insufficient capacity of the parking spaces. The aim of thesis is to create a sufficient number of parking spaces, which would solve the deficit of parking spaces and connecting the street Jihlavská. The parking garage is located on the south side of the University Hospital and ensures pedestrian connections to the hospital. The parking garage should serve for patient, visitors and hospital staff. This thesis takes into consideration the solution of terminal of public transport in Bohunice’s hospital and for patients and visitors to the hospital is also designed park.

The subject of this diploma thesis is preparation of design documentation for the execution of the "Polyfunctional building" according to applicable standards and regulations. Roof building is flat single casingroof. This is a "Polyfunctional building" fulfilling the function of a residential and sales. In the underground floor are public garages on the first floor there are shops and accessories for the residential part of the house. The other floors are residential units. All floors are connected by a separate stairs and lift.

Project deals multifunctional building with facilities for the village Moutnice. Located in the center of the village Moutnice. The terrain is slightly sloping to the north. The house has two floors. The 1st floor is a library with all facilities, garage with workshop and social backgrounds, business mail with the necessary facilities. In the 2nd floor is the office of the village, pharmacy, pediatric GP, GP surgeries for adults and massage room. The house is covered with a hipped roof with a slope of 25 °. The house is made of brick technology ceramic blocks. The truss is designed wooden Hip. Tile roofing.

Project documentation of new P3 type firehouse is presented in this master thesis. Firehouse’s design is in accordance with ČSN 73 5710 Požární stanice a požární zbrojnice and includes premises for: administration, teaching, day and night emergency, gymnasium, firehouse’s workshop and garrage. Its structure is made of sand-lime brickwork wall system combined with system of reinforced concrete pillars. Ceilings are designed using prestressed hollow core slabs. Firehouse is completed by external wall insulation and single-coated roof.
