Master thesis is focused on determination of differences in ways valuation in city Ostrava. 16 garages were used to price estimate. The first part of the thesis include basic terms and definition methods of valuation. The methods were choosen: comparisong according to law and comparison based on databases. The second part od the thesis describes location and chosen garages and there is undertaken evaluation. Finally, the data are evaluated and their differences.

This thesis compares the selected type of property valuation methods in the garage area of the Prostějov. Due to instructions of the work, the methods of valuation were chosen: cost method, comparison according to law and comparison based on databases. The thesis consists of a theoretical part, where is the introduction of basic concepts, market analysis and valuation of real estate. This is followed by a practical part, where is the description of the site and the actual value of selected garages with their descriptions and photographs. Differences of ways of valuation and their causes, which are based on obtained data, are discussed at the end of work.

This thesis focuses on assessing the differences in prices of garages in various areas of the town of Olomouc. To state the differences two methods were used: the cost-based appraising method and the comparative method. In addition, market price were stated and compared to the administrative one. There were fifteen garages selected for the purpose of this text. In the first part of this work basic concepts are defined. The following part is descriptive and brings the town of Olomouc into focus. Further on, particular ways of appraising are explained. Next, the selected garages are introduced and appraised. In conclusion, based on given facts, the factors influencing prices of garages are assessed as well as the causes of discrepancies between prices stated with the use of different methods.

The subject of my diploma thesis is elaborating the project documentation for making a new building of a separately standing apartment house. The building is situated on the outskirts of town Bystřice nad Pernštejnem, on a slightly slanting land which goes up to the northeast. The building is without cellar, four-storeyed with a flat roof. On the first floor above ground level there are an indoor garages, cellar units, a staircase and an elevator. On the second, third and fourth floor above ground level there are separate housing units, a staircase and an elevator. There are other parking areas on the exterior of the building. The vertical constructions are designed within the system HELUZ, the horizontal constructions are made of ferroconcrete. The perimeter structures are designed with the contact insulation system. The building will be based on foundations.

It is situated in a suburb of Polička. The apartment house has been designed as a detached house with four floors, without basement and a with flat roof. The first floor consisted of two parts a technical and aktive one. In the technical part is a garage for a four cars, technical room, stores and cleaning room. In aktive part is first apartment . This master’s thesis focuses on the preparation of project documentation for construction part of a multifunction building. This buildig has a five floors, the first one is a underground and four of them are above grand. The building is located in part of Prague – Dolní Chabry. Building has a rectangle shape which isin the midle shifted and makes two similar section. Each sectin has own main entry, stairs and lifts. Orientation the longer facades of the multipurpose house are facing to south and north in the longer asis. Garage for resident is located in the lowest floor. In the first floor above ground is commercial part of the house, six commercial spaces. In the rest of the floors are located 26 apartments. Vertical structure are made of the Porother systém and Best systém, celings are meda from prefaricated reinforced concrete panels. Structure of the roof is solid by single skin flat roof.

Project of a tiered apartment building. It is a four-storey above ground object.On the ground floor there are garages, storages and technical equipment of the building. The second to fourth storey are designated for dwelling, there are twelve housing units 1+1, three-bedroom flats with kitchenette and four-bedroom flats witch kitchenette. Some of the flats have cascade terraces. The load-bearing structure is made of cast-in-place concrete frame filled with concrete and clay masonry. The frame is founded on two-phased reinforced foundation blocks. The building is roofed with a main flat roof and walkable flat terraces adjacent to the flats. The building is thermally insulated with contact thermal insulation system.

The subject of this thesis is to design a building with apartments in a high standard of living. The building will be located on sloping land currently accessible from the street Hybnerová in cadastral area of Silesian Ostrava. Construction, surrounding land and fence form a unified aesthetic and functional whole, reflecting the sloping nature of the site. White matter of structure grows continuously from the lowest point and produces fencing which spirals around the property and rise harmoniously into the building itself. Adjusted terrain of land creates platforms for individual gardens for each apartments and produces space for underground garage. The house is designed as a three-storey building with underground garage. The building will accommodate 5 residential units with terraces and technical and storage spaces within the basement. The building is oriented southwest and its location allows splitting the land to the eastern and western gardens. Southwest orientation uses the only unblocked view from the property. Continuously rising fence separates the building from surrounding buildings and offers plenty of privacy for the residents. Concrete fence has also security function.
