Currently, everyone is experiencing a health emergency as a result of Covid-19 and in Peru due to this disease shows a change in habits to move to their work centers, go to the supermarket, go for a walk, etc. For this reason, this business plan analyzes the viability of the HARK'AY business project, which consists of providing an outlet for those people who show a great interest in mobilizing by bicycle. Účinky klinického programu využívajícího všímavosti na stres / Effects of a clinical mindfulness-based intervention on stress

Chýle, Jaroslav January 2021 (has links)
Stress, especially the chronic one, plays an essential role in the quality of human health, work, relationships and life in general. In recent years, scientific research in areas such as medicine, psychology or neuroscience has become increasingly interested in the effects of mindfulness training on the human psyche and health. In this context, clinical mindfulness-based training programs are usually examined. The aim of this work was to map the effect of the clinical program Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), which is widely used abroad, on the level of stress. The theoretical part focuses on the existing knowledge about the effects of the MBSR program on health and personal well-being and the proposed mechanisms of action. The research part, in turn, on the knowledge of the effects of this program on stress and quality of life of participants in this program through quantitative research aimed at measuring changes in stress levels and qualitative research, analyzing interviews with program participants. The main result of the research part is the finding that the effect of the MBSR program on stress is an important part of the effects of this intervention and its completion may lead to a reduction of perceived stress (N = 190, p < .001, d = 0.81). Qualitative research found that the...

Benda, Jan January 2020 (has links)
Self-compassion and its role in emotion regulation, maintaining mental health and well-being PhDr. Jan Benda Supervisor: prof. PhDr. Jiří Šípek, CSc., Ph.D. Abstract Background. Frequent comorbidity of mental disorders together with the latest findings in neurobiology have been drawing attention of health professionals over the past years to so- called transdiagnostic factors, including, but not limited to difficulties in emotion regulation and self-compassion. It seems that these factors play a significant role in the etiology of many mental disorders as well as in the maintenance of mental health and well-being. Objectives. Koncepty "Sense of coherence" a "Sense of national coherence" jako prediktivní faktory duševního zdraví v období pandemie COVID-19 / The concepts of sense of coherence and sense of national coherence as predictive resources of mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic

Miková, Barbora January 2021 (has links)
Given the negative consequences the COVID-19 pandemic has brought to both the physical and mental health, there is a growing need to find the ways how to support and strengthen psychological resilience and mental health of the individuals in such an unprecedent situation. In the theoretical part, the topic of mental health, it's coneptualisation and predictors are presented, with an emphasis on the concepts of SOC and SONC. Additionally, the review of present research on mental health during COVID-19 pandemic is included. The research project analyses the data obtained through an online survey as a part of an international research study investigating the predictive factors of mental health during COVID-19 pandemic. Data collection in Czech sample was conducted in December 2020 and January 2021, using the Mental Health Continuum, SOC-13 and SONC scales. The sample included 476 participants. Multiple regression analysis confirmed the SOC as a significant predictor of mental health during COVID-19 pandemic among Czech sample. However, the predictive value...

Iontové mikroklima budov v architektonickém návrhu / Ionic microclimate of buildings in the architectural design

Holopírková, Lucie January 2019 (has links)
One of the main priorities of our society is to constantly increase the quality of life. Part of the new trends and technology is to optimize all factors affecting each individual in buildings at home, and in the work environment. Modern technology increasingly find inspiration in traditional materials and principles of architectural design. We can greatly affect the microclimate of buildings by suitable selection of material surfaces, ventilation systems and selection of structures that can affect the natural electromagnetic field of the Earth during the architectural design of buildings. And particular choice of the place where the building is located. In this thesis I focus on Ionic microclimate, which may be an indicator of a healthy environment and has a major impact on humans health and psychological well-being. I would like to contribute to the healthy and harmonious living and designing buildings in consideraion of sustainable development by my thesis.
