Vinco Vyčino filosofinis palikimas / Philosophical heritage of Vincas Vyčinas

Svigaris, Žilvinas 30 June 2014 (has links)
[toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Problem Analyzed in Dissertation Relevance of topic comes from the importance of development of heritage of Lithuanian philosophy. Present and future evolution of philosophy cannot be detached from analysis and evaluation of thinkers from the past. Thinking of Vincas Vyčinas is worth our attention because his work is poorly integrated in philosophical discourse. The subject of the dissertation is also important because of problematic questions, which Vyčinas has brought forward. The dissertation investigates his ideas, reveals the conceptual side and originality of his thinking, and evaluates his consistency of following phenomenological philosophy. The dissertation not only highlights specific aspects that we can find both in Vyčinas’ and other Lithuanian diaspora philosophers’ works, but shows exceptional attention to old Lithuanian way of living and their distinctive way of thinking intrinsic to them. The dissertation reveals, that Vyčinas is aware of Edmund Husserl’s phenomenological requirement to get closer to the things themselves, in other words - search for direct encounter with phenomena that brings philosopher closer to primordial thinking. We also emphasize that Vyčinas mostly follows Heidegger, who has made the most significant impact on philosophical thinking on this Lithuanian philosopher. It is important to emphasize that Vyčinas first encountered Heidegger’s ideas during Maceina’s lectures at Vytautas the Great University and after the Second World War he... [to full text]

Reflexe environmentálních problémů v české poválečné próze / Reflection of environmental issues in czech post-war prose

Zachystalová, Linda January 2018 (has links)
The focus of this diploma thesis is the reflection of environmental issues as reflected in post-war Czech prose. I'm doing so through several titles which were chosen on the basis of my resarch. Firstly I introduced their environmental content and character, then I juxtaposed these titles through hermeneutic approach. The comparison brought up several motives and characteristics these titles have in common, I also described which environmental issues are presented, and how they are depicted in these text. I put an emphasis on the context of the observed period (especially the political situation) in which these texts were created. This context is also presented in the chapter about environmental situation on the Czech territory and in the chapter focused on the historical course of Czech post-war prose. I'm introducing an ecocriticism as a part of a literary science and discussing the reception of environmenal issues in Czech prose in general. Key words Czech post-war prose, environmental issue, hermeneutics, ecocriticism

K vybraným koncepcím interpretace v interkulturním dialogu / Selected conceptions of interpretation in intercultural dialogue

Platzner, Alexander January 2014 (has links)
In reference to Hans-Herbert Kögler's critical-hermeneutical approach, presented paper identifies the act of interpretation as an underlying assumption for realization of intercultural dialogue. The paper is divided in two parts. First part is a discussion of key concepts such as dialogue, identity, communication and recognition. It can also be read as an attempt to capture the development of the idea of intercultural dialogue in a historical perspective. The interulturality is defined here as an ethos. Second part presents particular hermeneutically oriented conceptions of intercultural dialogue, namely the conceptions of Raimon Panikkar, Ram Adhar Mall, Vincent Shen, Franz Martin Wimmer and Hans-Herbert Kögler. The recent shift in methodology of intercultural dialogue is characterized by merger of the paradigms of communication and recognition and is identified in Hans-Herbert Kögler's integrative approach.

Jak společnosti rozumět? Hermeneutický pohled na sociologii a její poznávání / How to understand society? Hermeneutical perspective on sociology and its knowledge

Horák, Vít January 2015 (has links)
The thesis strives to introduce and outline a new understanding of sociology based on the philosophical hermeneutics of Hans-Georg Gadamer. The aim of the thesis is to differentiate the hermeneutical approach from the scientific and from the interpretative paradigm in particular. Hermeneutics does see sociology neither as a science nor as a science of specific (interpretative, hermeneutical, understanding or critical) type, which must be cleared out in the context of the sociological metatheory. I explain the key differences between scientific and hermeneutic point of view according to the works of Martin Heidegger and H.-G. Gadamer. Heidegger is instructive for me in the way he reveals the metaphysical roots of modern science. He discloses science as a specific and historical dependent understanding of the world and the man within it. Gadamer's hermeneutics then proclaims understanding as a universal and more fundamental aspect of human being-in-the-world and expounds it with the notion of language, dialogue, the hermeneutical circle, the logic of question and answer, tradition or sensus communis. After differentiating hermeneutics from existing sociological streams of thought I try to use Gadamer's concepts to conceive of society and sociology. I propose to understand society as a historical...

Filosofie výchovy a hermeneutika chórismu / Philosophy of Education and Hermeneutics of Chorismos

Zicha, Zbyněk January 2015 (has links)
Doctoral dissertations: Philosophy of Education and Hermeneutics of the Chorismos Author: Zbyněk Zicha ABSTRACT: The dissertation addresses two areas of philosophical thinking, philosophy of education and an area of thinking of chorismos. The task of this dissertation is to indicate the possibility of rethinking their mutual concurrence. The work explores the philosophy of education as idiosyncratic ground of thought capable of receiving inspiration coming from thinking of chorismos. The author was inspired by interpretations of chorismos written with regard to Jan Patocka's thinking. The dissertation starts with an opening (the first chapter.) and with an introduction to problems (2nd ch.). The next chapter focuses on searching for the the meaning, essence and basic opportunities of philosophy of education (3rd ch.) that is followed by preliminary inquiry of hermeneutics of chorismos in relation to the philosophy of education (4th). There is a key section reflecting on the importance of hermeneutics of chorismos for philosophy of education (4.4) in the 4th chapter. Hermeneutics of chorismos is not perceived not only as an interpretation of chorismos, but foremostly as a philosophical inquiry of essential problems of philosophy and philosophy of education thought with regard to problem of chorismos. The...

Terezie od Ježíše: Hrad v nitru / Teresa of Jesus: Interior Castle

Kutarňová, Kateřina January 2011 (has links)
Teresa of Jesus: Interior Castle Kateřina Kutarňová Diploma thesis Abstract This thesis seeks to understand the most important text of Teresa of Jesus -'Interior Castle' which is considered one of the most important books of Spanish mysticism. This understanding should be achieved by using both theological and phenomenologico- hermenutical commentaries. The main topics of this thesis are religious and mystical experience, mystical transformation and intersubjectivity. Motivated by the possibility of gaining the understanding of the text as a whole, I firstly try to present the meaning of particular chapters. The Interior Castle leads from incorrect/false understanding (of one's self, reality and God) to the right or true one. This true understanding is made possible by reaching the mystical marriage between God and man based on full and conscious living of their mutual, intersubjective relationship. The reaching of mystical intersubjectivity provides the possibility of transgressing from knowing the reality as it appears to be to knowing the reality as it is. Keywords Teresa of Jesus; Teresa of Avila; Interior Castle; Christianity; Religious Experience; Mystical Experience; Mysticism; Mystical Transformation; Intersubjectivity; Frohlich Mary; Lonergan Bernard; Ahlgren Gillian; Steinbock Anthony

Quid iuris? (Deskriptivní teorie právní interpretace a argumentace) / Quid iuris? (Descriptive Theory of Legal Interpretation and Argumentation)

Žák Krzyžanková, Katarzyna January 2015 (has links)
The objective of the PhD-thesis is analytical and comparative description of the main theoretical and philosophical approaches to the issue of legal interpretation, focusing on practical application. Initially, attention is paid to explanation of the concept of legal interpretation itself, focusing also on the practical meaning of differentiation between each designatum of the concept of legal interpretation as well as the reflection thereof in the applicable law. Other parts of the thesis include an introduction to the general typology of the theories of legal interpretation followed by a more detailed analysis of the three basic contemporary theories (philosophies) of legal interpretation, namely analytical approach (both the so-called horse-shoe analysis and soft-shoe analysis), hermeneutic approach (attention is paid to the traditional as well as modern hermeneutics, both the phenomenological and methodological branch), and discursive approach (represented by the rhetorical-topical view of discourse as well as the procedural concept of discourse). The PhD-thesis results in the pronunciation of a syncretic opinion that the different theories of interpretation of law should be explained and taught in mutual context because this dialogic approach provides a guarantee that their conclusions and...

Reflexe "kanonického přístupu" Brevarda S. Childse / Reflexion of Child's "Canonical Approach"

Pavlík, Mikuláš January 2012 (has links)
Anotation This diploma thesis "Reflection of the Canonical Approach of Brevard S. Childs" deals with the charakteristic focuses and postulates of the canonical approach of Brevard S. Childs with focusing on his two important publications: Introduction to the Old Testament as Scripture (1979) and Biblical Theology of the Old and New Testaments (1993). It shows a short intersection of his longterm academic exploratory work and with respect to the interpretative emphasis describes a brief overview of history of the canon exploration from the Reformation to the so called New Biblical Theology. The content centre of the diploma thesis is to introduce the main methological foundations of Childs'canonical approach with regard to its central postulates - for example: canonical intentionality, final form of the text, etc. and to those hermeneutical elements which are applicable in practical pastoral work of the church. At the end of the diploma thesis there is a short practical guide to the theological exegesis based on the main hermeneutical principles of the Childs'canonical approach.

Interpretace Starého zákona v podmínkách postmoderny / Old Testament Interpretation and the Postmodern Conditions

Zatroch, Ondrej January 2012 (has links)
The task of diploma thesis "Old Testament Interpretation and the Postmodern Conditions" is to critically reflect the course and current issues of Old Testament research. This reflection is based on the analysis of research situation and chosen approaches to the Old Testament. The thesis shows, that the Old Testament interpretation must be based on lively dialogue. It doesn't mean just the dialogue with the biblical texts or the state of current research, but also with the situation of the world often called as "postmodern". The important assumption of this diploma thesis is that the authentic interpretation includes also the constant and deep self-examination of interpreter and his place in the society. It doesn't mean, that the interpretation ought to be the self-presentation of interpreter. On the contrary, it should remain critical and solid, but also enacted in deep solidarity with the neighbour and shared world. The results of this diploma thesis show the importance of keeping the critical grounds of Old Testament research and interpretation. Only the intensive and unappealing criticism could be a basis for the future quality and solidness of the research and upholding its matter in wider research community and society. Another important aspect is the solidarity with the world. It means that...
