The Diploma Work deals with the history and development of Milevsko pastoral region. The Work has two parts. The first part deals with the history of invidual parochial Communities. It covers the era from the Communities formation, paying slight attention to preformation time, up to the second world war. The second part covers the time period from the second world war up to the year 1989. It deals with Milevsko pastoral region as the whole, its development is put in time context and individual events are linked to individual localities of the region. There are following parishes in Milevsko pastoral region: Milevsko, Nadějkov, Sepekov, Hodušín, Opařany, Květov, Lašovice, Kostelec nad Vltavou, Bernartice, Veselíčko, Stádlec, Rataje, Kovářov, Předbořice, Chyšky, Jistebnice and Klučenice.

The Diploma Paper with topic of Carnival (project "Carnival") is outlined in order to show the reader one of the possible ways of how to familiarize children with the folk tradition of carnival celebrations. The first, theoretical part clarifies the historical development of carnival celebrations in the south of Bohemia and the events connected with them. The second, methodical part contains essey about the history of project method, ways and extent of its usage, controversary in these methods. It is mainly oriented to information which pedagogue perforce need in preparation and guidance of art project. The design of the Carnival project also belongs into this part, in which there are concrete motives for improvement of carnival and carnival processions in classes of art at lower primary schools brought up.

Historical data analysis are among the most fundamental methods of investigating the past in response to today, and comparing the results and planning for the future. Farming methods and crop composition structures are evolving according to the evolution of the state or country. Thanks to these findings, we can assess whether changes in how they influence management of negative or positive, and according to plan strategy for the next farming. This work was aimed at studying changes in the way of management in a historical context (since the 19th century to the present), and changes in crop structure. Size of area farmed varied depending on changes in the way management and the total revenues. During the world wars and after a general decline of crops. During collectivization and the emergence of new technologies has increased. After collectivization occurs decline and today yields are rising again. Increasing yields of grass land and pasture for the past few years, this research did not prove the contrary, it is apparent their decline and increase in other crops such as wheat, corn or potatoes.

Abstract The relation between nursing and medicine has been undergoing a number of changes in recent years. Optimization of synergy and competences between healthcare professions is one of the priorities of the healthcare system development. This research addresses the issue whether nursing and medical professions are partner professions in healthcare of clients. The objective of the thesis was to ascertain whether nursing and medical professions can be declared as partner professions in healthcare. This objective was fulfilled through a quantitative research using the method of a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire contained 17 questions for doctors and 18 questions for nurses. The respondents of this questionnaire survey were 132 nurses and 97 doctors. The data were processed by means of descriptive statistics using charts. It follows from the data analysis that nursing and medicine cannot be regarded as partner professions yet. According to nurses and doctors, the partner relation between these two professions is of crucial importance for client care. Higher education and professionalism of nurses contributes to improvement of mutual relations. The research has revealed that it is necessary to continue addressing this issue. Within the research we explored several areas that, as we believe, are closely connected with this issue, and we based the research on its theoretical part. This thesis is beneficial by exploring the opinions of nurses and doctors on the relations between nursing and medicine, and by ascertaining their opinions on the effect of the partnership between these two professions on quality improvement of client care. We also investigated whether nurses and doctors believe that higher education and professionalism of nurses contributed to improvement of the relation between nursing and medicine. It is apparent from the research that nurses and doctors realize that partnership between nursing and medicine is of fundamental significance for care of clients. If they endeavour to trust each other, communicate effectively and show mutual respect, nursing and medicine will become partner professions. The research may initiate drawing attention to problems in relations between nursing and medicine, and may provide guidance to finding the solution. It may also stimulate nurses, doctors, students of nursing and medical branches, and managements of healthcare facilities to think about the issue.

The goal of this work is to introduce a subject of computer physics to the general public and especially to the prospective university students in an intelligible and popular way. A comprehensive presentation accompanied by this explanatory text is a part of the thesis. The presentation is divided into these chapters: History and development of computer technology, History and development of the computer (programming) languages, Personalities of the computer physics, Computer graphics, Image processing and integral transformation.

Abstract The first part of the thesis would concentrate on the general characteristics of the state of Florida, namely on its geographical, social, cultural and economic features. In the second part she will analyze some historical aspects of the colonization of the American south-east and she would concentrate on contemporary politics of Cuban immigration. This chapter is supplemented with the results of the testimonies made by people living in Florida. Another part would be devoted to the Kennedy Space Center and its contemporary research. The final part of the thesis processes the data obtained in the survey which was made in some secondary schools in České Budějovice. The purpose of the survey is to verify how much the students of secondary schools know about Florida.

The work is purely desk study and its target is presented the historical development of the organisations working with the outdoor activities in the Czech Republic. It studies the basics of some organisations, for exemples Pionýr, Junák and the others, and its following development. A change of the political and social feedback to its organisations and its following development just to the present time.

Im Mittelpunkt der Arbeit stehen folgende Romane des Schriftstellers Daniel Kehlmann (1975): Beerholms Vorstellung (1997), Mahlers Zeit (1999) und Die Vermessung der Welt (2005). Diese werden in Hinsicht auf die Wissenschaft als Fremdreferenz untersucht, die z.T. thematisch, aber auch ganz besonders strukturell Einfluss auf die Gestaltung der Romane nimmt. Diese Bezugnahme macht, zusammen mit der literarischen Selbstreferenz, etwa in Hinblick auf die von Kehlmann selbst immer wieder zitierten Anregungen durch eine Reihe international bekannter Autoren, die Eigenart seiner Texte aus. In Beerholms Vorstellung dreht sich die Erzählung um die Porosität von Wirklichkeit, in Mahlers Zeit geht es um die Thermodynamik als ein Mittel zur Erforschung der Zeit und Die Vermessung der Welt konfrontiert die investigativ-empirische Methode eines Alexander von Humboldt mit den abstrahierend mathematischen Hypothesen von Carl Friedrich Gauss. Die Wissenschaft als Fremdreferenz und die reflektierte Einbeziehung der literarische Tradition als selbstreferentielle Kommunikation bilden in den Romanen Kehlamnns ein untrennbares Ganzes. Es geht daher in dieser Arbeit nicht in erster Linie um die wissenschaftlichen Daten oder Theorien in den genannten Romanen, sondern darum, aufzuzeigen, wie sich Selbstreferenz und Fremdreferenz in einer wechselseitigen und unteilbaren Spannung gegenseitig bedingen und entwickeln. / O foco desta dissertação é analisar os seguintes romances do escritor Daniel Kehlmann (1975): Beerholms Vorstellung (Espetáculo de Beerholm), de 1997, Mahlers Zeit (Tempo de Mahler), de 1999, e Die Vermessung der Welt (A medida do mundo), de 2005. Tais obras são examinadas sob a perspectiva da ciência como referência externa, que, parcialmente condizente com essa temática, também define de modo especial a influência estrutural da configuração artística desses textos. Em consonância com a autorreferência literária, e a respeito do próprio trabalho de Kehlmann, essa referencialidade valoriza a singularidade de seus textos, mencionados repetidas vezes como sugestões de leitura por uma lista internacional de renomados autores. Em Beerholms Vorstellung, a narrativa gira em torno da especulação da porosidade do real, em Mahlers Zeit, da termodinâmica como meio de investigar o tempo, e, em Die Vermessung der Welt, confronta-se o método empírico e investigativo de Alexander von Humboldt com as hipóteses matemáticas de Carl Friedrich Gauss. These days, the Supreme Court of the United States represents a very important and irreplaceable role in its home land: protection of constitutionality, explanation of federal laws, as well as appellate court of last resort within the framework of American courts. Today there is no doubt about its jurisdiction, but there were doubts. In the beginning of its existence no one was sure if the Court could overcome the initial obstacles which were in the way. This diploma thesis deals with the initial existence of the Supreme Court of the United States, its role within the framework of the US federal power system, and its progressive integration as equal with the legislative branch and executive power - The United States Congress and the President, respectively. The main objective of this thesis is to introduce the federal judiciary of the United States, show its differences from the continental system, and accentuate the importance of precedents. First, I focus on the history of the United States; colonization by British citizens, the American War for Independence, The Declaration of Independence, and the formation of American statehood in the 1780s, which resulted in the acceptance of one of the longest- lasting written constitutions in the world.
