Para atingirmos nosso objetivo, nos orientamos por três grandes metas: descrição densa da trajetória religiosa do sujeito; Construção de biografias de pessoas com práticas homossexuais (Trajetória Sexual); e Análise da interlocução entre as duas dimensões (Sexual/Religiosa). Para realizar as metas, utilizamos dois tipos de entrevistas: a entrevista temática e a entrevista com enfoque biográfico. Como instrumento de análise dos dados, utilizamos da Análise temática e do Método da Dupla Hermenêutica. Assim, fundamentados pelo estudo das Narrativas, enquanto instrumento de acesso à ligação entre o universo cultural e as idiossincrasias do sujeito, buscamos compreender que sentidos são produzidos por homossexuais Católicos para permanecerem na religião apesar de seus dogmas. Nesta perspectiva, o estudo aponta que os sujeitos realizam negociações de modo a compatibilizar suas vivências sexuais, consideradas dissidentes; com o exercício da religiosidade. Estas negociações permitem desregulações religiosas, que possibilitam aos sujeitos redescreverem sua posição no mundo, num constante processo de dar sentido a suas experiências. Neste sentido, os sujeitos encontraram estratégias para manejar seus conflitos, sendo uma delas, a vivência de sua sexualidade dentro de uma relação de conjugalidade. / This study aims to understand the meanings produced by Catholic men with homosexual practices, different gender positions and at different stages of life (youth, adulthood and old age) to deal with the stigmatization legitimated by religious device. To achieve our goal, we guide the three major goals: dense description of the religious history of the subject; Construction of biographies of people with homosexual practices (Sexual Trajectory); and analysis of dialogue between the two dimensions (Sexual / Religious). To achieve the goals, we use two types of interviews: the theme interview and the interview with biographical approach. As the data analysis tool, we used thematic analysis and the Double Hermeneutics method. Thus, based the study of Narratives, while connection to access instrument between the cultural universe and the idiosyncrasies of the subject, we try to understand that meaning is produced by gay Catholics to remain in religion despite their dogmas. In this perspective, the study shows that subjects hold negotiations to reconcile their sexual experiences, considered dissidents; with the exercise of religion. These negotiations allow religious deregulations, which enable subject redescribing its position in the world, in a constant process of making sense of their experiences. In this sense, the subjects found strategies to manage their conflicts, one of them, the experience of their sexuality in a conjugal relationship.
