XVI Congreso Argentino y VIII del Cono Sur de Soporte Nutricional y Metabolismo. IV Congreso Argentino de Soporte Nutricional y Metabolismo en Pediatría. Evento desarrollado en Rosario, Argentina del 27 al 29 de Octubre del 2013. / Objetivo: Determinar estado nutricional de los pacientes atendidos en el programa de Rehabilitación Cardiaca del Instituto Nacional Cardiovascular, durante el periodo abril a junio de 2013. Método: Descriptivo. Se aplicó la prueba DETERMINE y revisión de historia clínica. Resultados: n=81 pacientes; 53 varones y 28 mujeres. La edad promedio varones fue 65.9 años y 58.9 años en mujeres. La distribución etárea muestra 64% son adultos mayores y varones.Se muestra la presencia de patologías diferentes a la coronaria, 72% y 89% en varones y mujeres respectivamente. El diagnóstico nutricional utilizando Índice de Masa Corporal (IMC) muestra que el 43% normopeso, el restante 57% presenta malnutrición, siendo la principal entre las mujeres la obesidad tipo 1 y en los hombres el sobrepeso. Según la prueba DETERMINE, se muestra que el 64% presenta Riesgo Alto. Según la relación entre el diagnóstico nutricional según IMC y DETERMINE de las mujeres, el 53.6% presenta algún tipo de malnutrición, dentro de las cuales el 50% presenta riesgo nutricional alto. Así mismo, con el género masculino, 56.6% presenta alguna tipo de malnutrición dentro de las cuales el 60% presenta riesgo nutricional alto. Conclusiones: Es útil la participación de la nutricionista como parte del equipo interdisciplinario del Programa de Rehabilitación Cardiaca.

In today's world, where globalisation and internationalization becomes part of our daily life, international entrepreneurship turns into a more actual and important issue. The role of law in this system is to set borders and give directions, which reflect the current state of global society. The aim of the diploma thesis Personal status of legal entities in private international law is both to clarify the actual legal situation of determining the personal status of legal entities and to find out the current grade of global legal integration in these aspects, that either encourages or prevents legal entities from international activities. In order to achieve that, firstly, a theoretical definition of the historically evolved theories for determination of personal status of legal entities is given. Subsequently, their main be- nefits and drawbacks are analysed. The first part is concluded with a definition of the scope of the conflict between the two main theories - incorporation theory and real seat theory. Additionally possible ways, how to solve this conflict together with their potential impact, are sought. Further parts of the thesis deal with such terms as recognition of foreign legal entities and cross-border transfer of seat.
