Целью работы являлась разработка научно-методического подхода к оценке конкурентоспособности производственных комплексов и его практическая реализация для крупных металлургических комплексов. Задачи исследования включают: - анализ отечественных и зарубежных подходов к исследованию конкуренции и конкурентоспособности, выбор методики; - формирование методического подхода к оценке конкурентоспособности производственных комплексов; - оценку и анализ конкурентоспособности объекта исследования по выбранной методике для выявления сильных сторон и «узких мест» в его развитии; - разработку алгоритма прогнозирования конкурентоспособности производственного комплекса при различных сценарных прогнозах, влияющих на нее макрофакторов. Объектом исследования является Уральская горно-металлургическая компания (далее УГМК). Предметом исследования являются организационные, производственные и экономические отношения между предприятиями производственного комплекса, результат их совместной деятельности в условиях интеграции и его анализ в сравнении с отечественными и зарубежными конкурентами. / Master's thesis contains: 13 drawings, 29 tables, 94 bibliographic sources. The relevance of the work is due to the increasing role of solving problems related to the assessment and management of the competitiveness of production complexes to identify strengths and bottlenecks in its development. Objectives of the study: - the analysis of domestic and foreign approaches to the study of competition and competitiveness, the choice of methodology; - formation of a methodical approach to assessing the competitiveness of production complexes; - evaluation and analysis of the competitiveness of the research object using the chosen methodology to identify strengths and bottlenecks in its development; - Development of an algorithm for forecasting the competitiveness of the production complex under various scenario forecasts that affect macrofactors. Scientific novelty of the research: a method for forecasting the competitiveness of production complexes based on a scenario approach to determining the strategic positioning coefficient is proposed, which makes it possible to increase the accuracy of calculations of the level of competitiveness of industrial enterprises and to choose the vector of their strategic development Practical significance lies in the possibility of applying the developed scientific and methodological approach to assessing the competitiveness of production complexes at large metallurgical complexes.

In the modern world, with its unstable external environment, turbulent changes, there are more and more factors and risks that the organization must take into account. These changes make improvement of the organizational and economic enterprise management mechanism crucial. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop and test methodology of to assessing the organizational and economic mechanism for managing an industrial enterprise, as a method capable to increase efficiency and strengthening competitiveness, determining the direction of enterprise development and testing the methodology in the enterprise. As sources of information, there were used normative legal acts, papers in the Russian Science Citation Index, presented on the Elibrary resource, statistical data on the subject of research, data management reports and internal documents of the enterprise. During the work there were developed and tested the research methodology of organizational and economic enterprise management mechanism in order to improve it. The use of the developed tools is aimed at revealing the shortcomings of the organizational and economic mechanism of the enterprise and identification of ways to improve it. As a result of testing the developed methodology, practical recommendations for the enterprise were proposed. / В современном мире, при его нестабильной внешней среде, турбулентных изменениях, появляется все больше факторов и рисков, которые организация должна учитывать. Эти изменения побуждают перенести внимание на совершенствование организационно-экономического механизма предприятия. Цель магистерской диссертации заключалась в разработке методического подхода по оценке организационно-экономического механизма управления промышленным предприятием, как метода способного обеспечить повышение эффективности и укрепления конкурентоспособности, определить направление развития предприятия и апробация методики исследования на предприятии. В качестве источников информации использовались нормативно-правовые акты, база публикаций Российского индекса научного цитирования, представленная на ресурсе Elibrary, данные статистики по тематике исследования, данные управленческой отчетности и внутренние документы исследуемого предприятия. В ходе написания магистерской диссертации была разработана и апробирована методика оценки эффективности организационно-экономического механизма управления предприятием в целях его совершенствования. Использование разработанного инструментария нацелено на выявление недостатков организационно-экономического механизма предприятия и определение путей его совершенствования. В результате апробации разработанной методики были предложены практические рекомендации для предприятия.

Реальные условия функционирования предприятия определяют необходимость проведения анализа уровня экономического потенциала предприятия и его оценки. Результаты анализа уровня экономического потенциала предприятия позволяют выявить уязвимые места, требующие разработки мероприятий по их ликвидации. Использование различных составляющих, входящих в понятие экономического потенциала, позволяет оценить уровень комплексного развития объекта исследования. Проведение анализа экономического потенциала мероприятия позволяет выявить сильные и слабые стороны объекта исследования, а также пути достижения целей, направленных на увеличение степени клиентоориентированности. Цель диссертационного исследования заключается в развитии методических положений по анализу прогнозирования и управления экономическим потенциалом промышленного предприятия, способствующих принятию эффективных управленческих решений и направленных на повышение конкурентоспособности. В ходе написания магистерской диссертации была разработана и апробирована методика оценки уровня экономического потенциала предприятия, в основу которой положено деление на субпотенциалы, что позволит обосновать уровень каждого субпотенциала и оценить, какие показатели оказывают наибольшее влияние на тот или иной субпотенциал, для обеспечения оперативного принятия управленческих решений по корректировке бизнес-процессов промышленного предприятия и его экономического развития. / The real conditions of the enterprise functioning determine the necessity of analyzing the level of the economic potential of the enterprise and its assessment. The results of the analysis of the level of economic potential of the enterprise allow to identify vulnerabilities that require the development of measures to eliminate them. An analysis of the economic potential of the event reveals the strengths and weaknesses of the object of study, as well as ways to achieve goals aimed at increasing the degree of customer focus. The purpose of the dissertation research is the development of methodological guidelines for analyzing the forecasting and management of the economic potential of an industrial enterprise, facilitating the adoption of effective management decisions and aimed at improving competitiveness. In the course of writing the master's thesis, a methodology for assessing the level of economic potential of an enterprise was developed and tested, based on dividing into subpotentials, which will justify the level of each subpotential and assess which indicators have the greatest impact on a particular subpotential to ensure rapid management decisions on adjusting the business processes of an industrial enterprise and its economic development.

Отчётность организации – это один из основных помощников в повышении эффективности деятельности, так как с помощью неё можно провести все основные виды экономического анализа. В данном случае мы имеем дело с усовершенствованной методикой анализа, а именно применений комбинации двух видов экономического анализа и метода стратегического анализа, а именно финансового анализа, экспресс­анализа и SWOT­анализа. Актуальность темы заключается в том, что необходимо грамотно подходить ко всем основным процессам производства, бизнес­процессам, эффективно использовать имеющиеся ресурсы. Для обеспечения устойчивости на рынке, конкурентоспособности организации необходимо понимать с какими финансово­экономическими рисками придется столкнуться. Для обнаружения этих опасностей важно обратиться к бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчётности, которая будет способствовать обнаружению сильных и слабых сторон предприятия. / The reporting of the organization is one of the main assistants in increasing the efficiency of activities, since it can be used to carry out all the main types of economic analysis. In this case, we are dealing with an improved analysis methodology, namely the application of a combination of two types of economic analysis and the strategic analysis method, namely financial analysis, express analysis and SWOT analysis. The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that it is necessary to competently approach all the main production processes, business processes, and effectively use the available resources. To ensure stability in the market, the competitiveness of the organization, it is necessary to understand what financial and economic risks will have to face. To detect these dangers, it is important to refer to accounting (financial) reporting, which will help to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise.

Цель диссертационного исследования заключается в разработке предложений по повышению эффективности процессов цифровой трансформации промышленного предприятия. Научная новизна диссертационного исследования состоит в разработке алгоритма проведения цифровой трансформации промышленного предприятия с учетом его стратегических ориентиров, который позволяет повысить всестороннюю эффективность его деятельности, а также оценить степень влияния цифровизации на улучшение финансовых показателей компании в период санкций и импортозамещения. Modern economic reality associated with the introduction of anti-Russian economic sanctions gives particular relevance to the development of a competitive economy in the state, import substitution and modernization of domestic industrial production. The purpose of the dissertation research is to develop proposals for increasing the efficiency of digital transformation processes of an industrial enterprise. The scientific novelty of the dissertation research lies in the development of an algorithm for carrying out the digital transformation of an industrial enterprise, considering its strategic guidelines, which makes it possible to increase the comprehensive efficiency of its activities, as well as to assess the degree of influence of digitalization on improving the financial performance of the company during the period of sanctions and import substitution. The practical significance of the dissertation research lies in the possibility of using the developed algorithm and action plan for digitalization at a specific enterprise, as well as in the activities of municipal and regional governments within the framework of public-private partnerships.

Целью работы является разработка методического подхода для повышения производительности труда на промышленном предприятии. Особенностью данного подхода является двухэтапная оценка факторов производительности труда – проведение качественного анализа трудноизмеримых факторов через опрос сотрудников и корреляционно-регрессионного анализа, что позволяет выработать эффективные предложения по повышению производительности труда на предприятии. / The purpose of the work is to develop a methodical approach to increasing labor productivity at an industrial enterprise. A special feature of this approach is a two-stage assessment of labor productivity factors – conducting a qualitative analysis of hard-to-measure factors through a survey of employees and correlation and regression analysis, which allows us to develop effective proposals for increasing labor productivity at the enterprise.

In the final master work is analysing the industrial project management, its system and practical issues. Therefore is made analysis of theoretical aspects of fundamental project management methods. Questionnaire of manufacturing sector was made. Collected data about projects and its implementation from 42 enterprises of Lithuania industrial enterprises. Analysis is made by statistical data and empirical research results to evaluate parameters and successfulness of project management in industrial enterprises. Regression relationships are defined between organizational parameters and project implementation success. According to analysis of scientific literature, statistics and results of empirical research formed an improvement model of project management system in industrial organization. / Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama pramonės įmonių projektų vadyba, jos metodai ir praktinės problemos.ŠŠiam tikslui atliekamas bedrosios projektų vadybos metodologijos teorinių teiginių analizė. Atlikta empirinių duomenų anlizė, kurios tikslas remiantis tyrimo ir statistiniais duomenimis įvertinti gamybos įmonių projektų parametrus bei jų įgyvendinamumą. Nustatytos regresinės priklauomybes tarp parinktų kriterijų ir projetų įgyvendinimo sėkmingumo įmonėse. Remiantis mokslinės literaturos analize, statistiniais duomenimis ir empiriniais tyrimo rezultatais suformuotas projektų vadybos sistemos tobulinimo pramonės įmonėms modelis.

Одним из наиболее эффективных экономико-правовых институтов, ориентированных на решение этой проблемы, является система привилегий на результаты интеллектуальной деятельности - институт интеллектуальной собственности (ИС). Объект исследования - процессы воспроизводства и использования интеллектуальных ресурсов развития промышленности. Предмет исследования - совокупность правовых и социально- экономических отношений, оказывающих влияние на процессы формирования и коммерциализации ИС, направленные на повышение эффективности воспроизводства и использования интеллектуальных ресурсов развития промышленного предприятия. Цель и задачи исследования. Целью настоящего исследования является разработка корпоративных систем управления ИС, основанных на оптимальном сочетании интересов всех участников рынка объектов ИС и обеспечивающих эффективное воспроизводство и использование интеллектуальных ресурсов развития промышленности. Реализация этой цели основана на решении следующих задач: - выявить и обосновать влияние института ИС на воспроизводство и использование интеллектуальных ресурсов развития промышленного предприятия; - провести анализ экономической сущности и противоречий института ИС, а также сравнительную оценку систем государственного регулирования рынка объектов ИС в РФ и за рубежом; - выявить наиболее эффективные стратегии и механизмы использования института ИС для промышленного предприятия; Научная новизна результатов исследования: 1. Работа содержит теоретический анализ отечественной и зарубежной литературы по вопросам молодежной политики на промышленных предприятиях, а также результаты анализа социально-экономического положения Свердловской области, эффективности реализации молодежной политики в ООО «Уральские локомотивы», ПАО «Синарский трубный завод», ФГУП «Уральский электромеханический завод» и АО НПК «Уралвагонзавод». Автор выявил проблемы и разработал адресные предложения по оптимизации молодежной политики на исследуемых предприятиях. Диссертация содержит программы мониторингов эффективности программ адаптации вновь принятых молодых работников и реализации программы «Молодежь» на промышленном предприятии. / The work contains theoretical analysis of Soviet and foreign literature on questions of youth policy at the industrial enterprises, as well as the results of the analysis of the socio-economic situation in the Sverdlovsk region, the efficiency of realization of youth policy at enterprises of Ural locomotives, Sinara tube plant, Urals electro-mechanical plant and Uralvagonzavod. Автор выявил проблемы адаптации и доказал, что система адаптации молодых работников на предприятии будет более эффективна (оптимальна) при усовершенствовании работы в сфере наставничества.
