The diploma thesis focuses on the ways of waste management in an industrial enterprise and the possibilities for its improvement in terms of the waste management hierarchy. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the sustainable development of the company, environmental management systems, as well as state environmental policy. The thesis also describes the legislative framework relating to waste management and defines the rights and obligations relating to the generation, management, manipulation and treatment, and disposal of waste. The own part of the thesis discusses the current situation in the field of waste management, which has been analysed for the purposes of work. Based on this information, a method of waste management is proposed in the last part.

Since the 21st century, with the further development of globalization, innovation resources came into an open innovation era. Innovation resources can flow freely in a global scale. In the process of flow, innovation resources agglomeration in some cities, makes these cities become the global science and technology innovation center. Innovation has become the most important source of competitive advantage, and building innovative capacity can provide a strong impetus for the comprehensive competitiveness and economic prosperity (Porter & Stern, 2001). Innovation resources agglomeration makes innovation happen continuously, thus makes the global science and technology innovation center becomes the new engine and important support of national comprehensive strength. After two major industrial structure shift, the traditional development advantages are vanishing. The current economic growth of Shanghai is below the national average; the traditional development advantage is gradually weakening. At the same time, China's economy is faced with an L-shaped recession (Lei, 2016). Therefore, to become the global science and technology innovation center is not only necessary for Shanghai’s own transformation and development, but also accordance with the national development strategy. The aim of the Chinese government is to preliminarily finishes the work of develop Shanghai into the global science and technology innovation center during the period of 13th Five-Year Development Plan1 (from 2016 to 2020). Improve the innovation resources agglomeration capacity of Shanghai, and maximum accumulate innovation resources is the key to success. The existing studies have shown that innovation resources agglomeration has the characteristic of self-organizing, and there is the Matthew effect in this process: the better the innovation foundation, the more obvious the agglomeration effect, and vice versa. This research will from the perspective of the innovation system theory, using DEA method to study the R&D resources utilization efficiency of Shanghai’s industrial enterprises above designated size, demonstrates the deficiencies of Shanghai’s innovation resources agglomeration foundation, and put forward suggestions for improvement.

One of the key problems of modern economic management systems is accelerating the obsolescence of knowledge, mainly provoked by the increase in the volume of information and generating a number of negative effects, including a mismatch of competencies of staff requirements of competition, confusion in decision making and response to external shocks, the inability to identify emerging opportunities. In such circumstances, the initial uncertainty are the most relevant issues of the definition of the status and effectiveness of the current knowledge of management, as a result will determine the appropriate way of building a corporate culture of knowledge management principles, structural reforms and the development of information infrastructure. The scientific novelty of the thesis is to develop a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of knowledge management in industrial plants, based on the analysis of the functioning of the environment, characterized in that it can take into account the specifics of the industrial enterprises and to evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management as a whole, as well as its constituent processes. / Одной из ключевых проблем управления современными экономическими системами является ускоряющееся устаревание знаний, главным образом провоцируемое увеличением объема информации и порождающее ряд негативных явлений, в числе которых несоответствие компетенций сотрудников требованиям конкуренции, заторможенность в принятии решений и реакции на внешние шоки, неумение распознать возникающие возможности. В подобных условиях первоначальной неопределенности наиболее актуальными являются вопросы определения состояния и эффективности текущего управления знаниями, что в результате позволит определить пути выстраивания соответствующей принципам менеджмента знаний корпоративной культуры, структурных преобразований и развития информационной инфраструктуры. Научная новизна диссертации заключается в разработке методики оценки эффективности управления знаниями на промышленных предприятиях, базирующейся на анализе среды функционирования, отличающейся тем, что может учитывать специфику промышленных предприятий и позволяющей оценить эффективность управления знаниями в целом, а также составляющих его процессов.

In this paper, the main approaches to cost management and the problems associated with their use are identified and summarized. The main stages and patterns of development of the theory and methods of cost management are considered. The emphasis is placed on the most appropriate methods of cost management with the possibility of their actualization and further application in industrial enterprises in today's economic and technological conditions. A number of measures were proposed to introduce a cost management system at an industrial enterprise, taking into account the specific features of the sphere of electrical engineering. / В данной работе определены и обобщены основные подходы к управлению затратами а также проблемы связанные с их применением. Рассмотрены основные этапы и закономерности развития теории и методов управления затратами. Расставлены акценты на наиболее подходящих методиках управления затратами с возможностью их актуализации и дальнейшего применения на промышленных предприятиях в сегодняшних экономических и технологических условиях. Предложен ряд мероприятий по внедрению системы управления затрат на промышленном предприятии с учетом особенностей сферы электротехнического машиностроения.

Currently, the fourth industrial revolution, better known as "industry 4.0", is becoming the trajectory of economic development of the countries. The conglomerate of large Industrialists and experts argues that in modern conditions, the industrial enterprise to improve competitiveness and progressive development must meet the trends of "Industry 4.0", because, according to them, the fourth industrial revolution captures the whole world. One of the signs of "Industry 4.0" is the high innovative activity of an economic entity (enterprise), in this regard, there is a need for an effective mechanism for managing innovation activity. Vladimir Putin stressed the importance of increasing the innovative activity of domestic enterprises in his speech at the enlarged meeting of the State Council "On the development strategy of Russia". The aim of the dissertation research is to develop a methodological approach to the management of innovative activity of industrial enterprises. The scientific novelty of the thesis is as follows: the methodical approach to management of innovative activity of the enterprise which basis the need of an assessment of influence of factors of external and internal environment, the structural and logical scheme of an assessment of the current state of innovative activity including separate quantitative and qualitative assessment of its indicators, formation on this basis of economic indicators of activity of the enterprise is offered, their monitoring in order to increase the validity of management decisions for the effective use of all types of enterprise resources and achieve the required level of innovation activi. / В настоящее время траекторией экономического развития стран становится четвертая промышленная революция, более известная как «Индустрия 4.0». Конгломерат крупных промышленников и экспертов утверждает, что в современных условиях промышленному предприятию для повышения конкурентоспособности и поступательного развития необходимо соответствовать трендам «Индустрии 4.0», поскольку, по их словам, четвертая промышленная революция захватывает весь мир. Одним из признаков «Индустрии 4.0» является высокая инновационная активность хозяйствующего субъекта (предприятия), в связи с этим возникает потребность в эффективном механизме управления инновационной активностью. Важность повышения инновационной активности отечественных предприятий в своем выступлении подчеркнул В.В. Путин на расширенном заседании Государственного совета «О стратегии развития России». Целью диссертационного исследования является разработка методического подхода к управлению инновационной активностью промышленного предприятия. Научная новизна диссертации заключается в следующем: предложен методический поход к управлению инновационной активностью предприятия, в основу которого заложена необходимость оценки влияния факторов внешней и внутренней среды, структурно-логическая схема оценки текущего состояния инновационной активности, включающая раздельную количественную и качественную оценку её показателей, формирование на этой основе экономических показателей деятельности предприятия, их мониторинг с целью повышения обоснованности принимаемых управленческих решений для эффективного использования всех видов ресурсов предприятия и достижения необходимого уровня инновационной активности.

Отечественные промышленные предприятия столкнулись с серьезными ограничениями в своей деятельности, связанными с введением санкций зарубежными экономиками. С одной стороны, это безусловно ведет к снижению текущих финансово-экономических показателей компаний. Однако, с другой стороны, подобные внешние вызовы представляют собой стимул не только для освоения новых рынков, но и эффективной интеграции современных цифровых инструментов в бизнес-процессы промышленных предприятий. Достигнутый мировой опыт развития сегмента e-commerce показывает, что подобные цифровые инструменты положительно влияют на результативность деятельности промышленных предприятий, способствуя упрощению производственных процессов, сокращению операционных затрат, а также росту объемов продаж. Цель - разработка проекта маркетплейса, позволяющего повысить эффективность деятельности промышленного предприятия. Объект - АО «Сталепромышленная компания», занимающаяся торговлей черного металлопроката. Научная новизна: разработка теоретических основ проекта внедрения маркетплейса для промышленного предприятия, учитывающего отраслевые особенности металлоторгующей отрасли, потребности контрагентов и клиентов компаний сектора, что позволяет повысить экономическую эффективность деятельности компании. Практическая значимость: возможность применения разработанного проекта маркетплейса в практике других промышленных предприятий для расширения рынка сбыта товаров и повышения рентабельности бизнеса. / Domestic industrial enterprises have faced serious restrictions in their activities related to the imposition of sanctions by foreign economies. On the one hand, this certainly leads to a decrease in the current financial and economic indicators of companies. However, on the other hand, such external challenges are an incentive not only for the development of new markets, but also for the effective integration of modern digital tools into the business processes of industrial enterprises. The achieved global experience in the development of the e-commerce segment shows that such digital tools have a positive impact on the performance of industrial enterprises, contributing to the simplification of production processes, reduction of operating costs, as well as sales growth. The aim is to develop a marketplace project that will improve the efficiency of an industrial enterprise. The object is JSC “Stalepromyshlennaya kompaniya” engaged in the trade of ferrous metal products. Scientific novelty: development of the theoretical foundations of the project for the introduction of a marketplace for an industrial enterprise, taking into account the industry features of the metal trading industry, the needs of contractors and customers of companies in the sector, which allows to increase the economic efficiency of the company. Practical significance: the possibility of using the developed marketplace project in the practice of other industrial enterprises to expand the market for goods and increase business profitability.

The relevance of stimulating innovation, the importance of relying on innovation today is obvious, because the stream of innovation has become a real “fuel” in the accelerators of the modern post-industrial society, where there has been a transition from an extensive to an intensive way of developing society and the scientific and technological complex. The aim of the master's thesis is to develop a methodological approach to the effective implementation of the concept of "Kaizen" in industrial enterprises. The paper discusses the essence of the Kaizen concept and issues of increasing efficiency at an industrial enterprise. The sources used educational and methodological and research literature, the results of empirical research of the author and data taken from enterprises. In the master's thesis, a methodology for the effective implementation of the Kaizen concept was developed, which is based on the proposed concept tools that contribute to increasing the efficiency of production areas of an industrial enterprise, which in turn contributes to the growth of the company's economic indicators. / Актуальность стимулирования инноваций, важность опоры на инновации сегодня очевидна, поскольку поток инноваций стал настоящим «топливом» в ускорителях современного постиндустриального общества, где произошел переход от экстенсивного к интенсивному способу развития общества и научно-технического комплекса. Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка методического подхода к эффективному внедрению концепции «Кайдзен» на промышленных предприятиях. В работе рассматривается суть концепции «Кайдзен» и вопросы повышения эффективности на промышленном предприятии. В качестве источников использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, результаты эмпирических исследований автора и данные взятые с предприятий. В магистерской диссертации разработана методика эффективного внедрения концепции «Кайдзен», в основу которой положены предложенные инструменты концепции, которые способствуют повышению эффективности производственных участков промышленного предприятия, что в свою очередь способствует росту экономических показателей компании.

Abstrat: The aim of this thesis is to reconstruct the everyday life of employees of Elektropřístroj Písek, by using the methods of oral history and other archival sources. Every single period of time was affected by building a socialist society and its consolidation. Helping the farmers by patronage of JZD was later replaced by a companionship with a soviet enterprise. Also work and social conditions were changing during particular periods of the comunist regime. A democratisation process and a more free society that culminated in the year of Prague Spring, which was reflected both in employees' initiative and in the company organization and its economy, was characteristic of the sixties of the last century. The August invasion ment a sudden change and the following period of condition consolidation completely suppressed liberal tendencies of previous development. The whole period is completed by stagnation in the eighties, atempts of ecomonic revival after M. Gorbačov's appointment, the revolution in 1989 and denationalization of the company during main privatization. Thus, in modern industrial production the problem of managing the system of remuneration of members of the Board of directors is quite acute. The aim of the research was the development improvement of the system of remuneration of the members of the Board of directors at the industrial enterprise. / Совет директоров промышленного предприятия – это важнейший орган, осуществляющий достижение равновесия интересов между акционерами и руководителями. Управление системой вознаграждения членов совета директоров на промышленном предприятии формируется из привлечения в совет директоров специалистов высочайшей квалификации. Однако данный аспект не свидетельствует о получении высокого результата и качественного решения стоящих перед ним задач. Таким образом, в условиях современного промышленного производства проблема управления системой вознаграждения членов совета директоров стоит достаточно остро. Целью исследования стала разработка усовершенствования системы вознаграждения членов совета директоров на промышленном предприятии.

Актуальность темы исследования: на сегодняшний день для укрепления положения предприятия в рыночной экономике необходимо осуществлять управление бизнес процессами предприятия. В настоящее время вопрос управления бизнес процессами предприятий является большой проблемой.
