In this paper, the main approaches to cost management and the problems associated with their use are identified and summarized. The main stages and patterns of development of the theory and methods of cost management are considered. The emphasis is placed on the most appropriate methods of cost management with the possibility of their actualization and further application in industrial enterprises in today's economic and technological conditions. A number of measures were proposed to introduce a cost management system at an industrial enterprise, taking into account the specific features of the sphere of electrical engineering. / В данной работе определены и обобщены основные подходы к управлению затратами а также проблемы связанные с их применением. Рассмотрены основные этапы и закономерности развития теории и методов управления затратами. Расставлены акценты на наиболее подходящих методиках управления затратами с возможностью их актуализации и дальнейшего применения на промышленных предприятиях в сегодняшних экономических и технологических условиях. Предложен ряд мероприятий по внедрению системы управления затрат на промышленном предприятии с учетом особенностей сферы электротехнического машиностроения.

В сфере государственного управления и экономики эти вопросы крайне важны, в силу относительной абстрактности и отдаленности конечного результата, и перманентной роли государства, как наёмного управленца, средствами, взятыми у населения. При этом большое значение имеет роль отдельных институтов, на практике осуществляющих контроль за системой управления профессиональными рисками. Так деятельность Федеральной службы в сфере защиты прав потребителей и благополучия человека (Роспотребнадзор), являющейся приемником системы санитарно-эпидемиологического надзора СССР, в данном направлении, в условиях продолжающейся административной реформы, может использоваться, как объект изучения экономических аспектов эффективности принимаемых решений и выбора дальнейшего направления действий в формировании новой парадигмы национальной системы управления профессиональными рисками.

Цель диссертации заключается в разработке системы, имитирующей работу сети снабжения строительных магазинов г.Екатеринбург и Свердловской области. Для достижения поставленной цели была исследована предметная область, в частности проведен сравнительный анализ средств имитационного моделирования, который выявил преимущество AnyLogic над другими системами. Согласно постановке задачи проектирования, были смоделированы процессы принятия заказа на базе поставщика, его обработки, этапа погрузки и транспортировки. Проведен ряд экспериментов над моделью, с целью нахождения наиболее эффективных условий работы системы, в частности количество времени и ресурсов, затрачиваемых на выполнение заказов, в последствии чего предложены дальнейшие пути ее изменения и развития. Созданная модель может быть интегрирована в работу не только компании г. Екатеринбурга и Свердловской области, но и любой транспортно-логистической и торговой компании в любой точке страны и мира, специализирующуюся на любых товарах. / The purpose of the dissertation is to develop a system that simulates the operation of the supply chain of construction stores in Yekaterinburg and the Sverdlovsk region. В данной работе на тему «Разработка симулятора виртуальной реальности», произведена разработка и сборка прототипа автосимулятора грузового автомобиля, за основу программы для персонального компьютера использовалось приложение Euro track Simulator 2. В результате проделанной работы, получился симулятор, не уступающий по своему функционалу аналогам на рынке, но с более низкой стоимостью. В настоящее время отмечается высокий интерес к построению эффективной системы управления, представляющей собой основу для обеспечения успешного функционирования предприятия.
