Тема магистерской диссертации: Организация системы сбора входящих потоков информации на производственном предприятии. Магистерская диссертация выполнена на 74 страницах, содержит 1 таблицу, 36 рисунка, 61 использованных источников. Актуальность темы обусловлена растущим количеством информации в организации, в том числе информации о клиентах, которую необходимо обрабатывать, систематизировать, и хранить, а обработка информации является очень трудоемким процессом для сотрудников, которые работают с клиентами. Целью работы является разработка архитектуры информации и методологии систематизации обработки клиентской информации на предприятии. Задачами работы являются:  изучение теоретических вопросов предмета работы;  сбор данных об объекте и разработка модели архитектуры информации;  написание методологии;  обоснование эффективности. Объектом написания выпускной квалификационной работы был выбран «Бобровский Экспериментальный Завод». Предметом выпускной квалификационной работы является система обработки входящей информации от клиента в организации. В первой главе освещается проблематика обработки информации на крупных предприятиях, имеющих автоматизации по отделам. Так же рассматривается теория архитектуры информации. Во второй главе проведана работа над выявлением узких мест в процессе обработки информации. Разработана концептуальная модель архитектуры информации, показаны возможности развития информационной системы на основе архитектуры информации. Третья глава посвящена изучению предприятия. В главе описана полная модель предприятия, показан основной процесс сбора информации. Создана модель информации, как она есть. Результаты работы: практическим результатом работы стала разработанная концепция модели архитектуры информации, интеграция двух систем, 1С и Битрикс24, а также частично внедрение полностью автоматической обработки клиентской информации из таких источников как сайт, и портал SuplBiz. / Theme of the master's thesis: The organization of the collection of incoming information flows at a manufacturing enterprise. The master's thesis is executed on 74 pages, contains 1 table, 36 figures, 61 sources used. The relevance of the topic is due to the growing amount of information in the organization, including information about customers, which needs to be processed, systematized, and stored, and information processing is a very laborious process for employees who work with clients. The aim of the work is to develop an information architecture and methodology for systematizing the processing of client information in the enterprise. The tasks of the work are:  study of the theoretical issues of the subject of work;  collection of data on the object and development of an information architecture model;  Writing a methodology;  Justification of effectiveness. The object of writing the final qualifying work was chosen "Bobrovsky Experimental Plant". The subject of final qualifying work is the system for processing incoming information from the client in the organization. The first chapter highlights the problem of processing information at large enterprises that have automation by department. The theory of information architecture is also considered. In the second chapter, work was done to identify bottlenecks in the processing of information. The conceptual model of the information architecture is developed, the possibilities of the information system development on the basis of the information architecture are shown. The third chapter is devoted to the study of the enterprise. The chapter describes the full model of the enterprise, shows the main process of collecting information. A model of information is created, as it is. The results of the work: the practical result of the work was the developed concept of the information architecture model, the integration of two systems, 1C and Bitrix24, as well as partly the implementation of completely automatic processing of client information from sources such as the site, and the SuplBiz portal.

Проблема формирования эффективной системы контроля качества является актуальной, т.к. высокий процент брака на производстве приводят к ухудшению производственных и финансово-экономических показателей деятельности организаций. Целью исследования является развитие контроля качества изготавливаемой продукции. Научная новизна исследования заключается в совершенствовании существующих методик контроля качества изготавливаемой продукции. Практическая значимость работы заключается в возможности применения ее результатов организациями для формирования системы контроля качества и управления ею. Экономический эффект от применения мероприятий по уменьшению доли брака за год – 420 000 рублей. Срок окупаемости проекта составляет 12 месяцев, что говорит об эффективности проекта. / The problem of creating an effective quality control system is relevant, because a high percentage of rejects in production leads to a deterioration in the production and financial and economic performance of organizations. The aim of the study is the development of quality control of manufactured products. The scientific novelty of the study is to improve existing methods of quality control of manufactured products. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of applying its results by organizations to form a quality control system and manage it. The economic effect of the application of measures to reduce the share of marriage per year is 420,000 rubles. The payback period of the project is 12 months, which indicates the effectiveness of the project.

В работе раскрыты основные подходы к определению понятия внешнеэкономическая деятельность предприятия, ее виды и принципы; рассмотрены формы выхода предприятий на внешние рынки и методические подходы к оценке эффективности внешнеэкономической деятельности. Проведен анализ деятельности ПАО «ТАГМЕТ» и обоснованы основные направления развития ВЭД. / The work reveals the main approaches to the definition of the concept of foreign economic activity of the enterprise, its types and principles; the forms of enterprises entering foreign markets and methodical approaches to assessing the effectiveness of foreign economic activity are considered. An analysis of TAGMET's activities has been carried out and the main areas of FEA development have been substantiated.

Развитие мировой экономики за последние время сопровождается стремительным развитием технологий. Инновации становятся важным инструментом в конкурентной борьбе. Дополнительным фактором развития инновационной деятельности в РФ выступает уход многих иностранных компаний и потеря доступа к современны технологиям. При этом, непрерывный поиск и внедрение новшеств, способствующих повышению конкурентоспособности невозможны без активного участия работников в инновационной деятельности. В этих условиях управление инновационной деятельностью становится одним из приоритетных направлений развития предприятий. Цель разработка методического подхода к управлению вовлеченностью персонала в инновационную деятельность промышленного предприятия. / The development of the world economy in recent years has been accompanied by the rapid development of technology. Innovation is becoming an important tool in the competitive struggle. An additional factor in the development of innovation activity in the Russian Federation is the departure of many foreign companies and the loss of access to modern technologies. At the same time, continuous search and implementation of innovations that contribute to improving competitiveness is impossible without the active participation of employees in innovation activities. In these conditions, innovation management becomes one of the priority directions of enterprise development. The purpose is to develop a methodological approach to managing the involvement of personnel in the innovative activities of an industrial enterprise.

Целью работы является развитие методических основ анализа и оценки инновационной активности промышленного предприятия. В качестве механизма оценки предложен усовершенствованный метод, состоящий из семи этапов. Разработанный метод оценки инновационной активности промышленного предприятия позволяет отслеживать его инновационное развитие и, используя полученные выводы и рекомендации, корректировать мероприятия, нацеленные на внедрение передовых инновационных стратегий развития с учетом текущего состоянии компании и ее финансового положения и деятельности в рамках рынка. / The aim of the work is to develop the methodological foundations for the analysis and evaluation of the innovative activity of an industrial enterprise. An improved method consisting of seven stages is proposed as an evaluation mechanism. The developed method for assessing the innovative activity of an industrial enterprise makes it possible to monitor its innovative development and, using the findings and recommendations obtained, adjust measures aimed at introducing advanced innovative development strategies, taking into account the current state of the company and its financial position and activities within the market.

This work deals with the elaboration of an action plan in the case of emergency (e.g., fire, explosion, leakage of hazardous chemicals, etc.) in the manufacturing Company VUES Brno. The Action plan, which is designed on the initiative of the Department of Civil Defence - District Brno – north, will become a part of the response plan within this district. The thesis applies particular requisites of the emergency plan in terms of the district Brno - north. The main requisites include the warning responsible authorities, the residents informing, the guidelines for sheltering and evacuation of residents, and the organization of a medical support. The action plan (Particulars requisites) is accompanied by corresponding legislation. The danger zone was determined by the model release of hazardous substances used in threatening object using software ALOHA and TerEx. These programs evaluate the possible consequences of the accident according to physical and chemical properties of the substances based on the conservative projections. Results correspond to the worst possible consequences of the situation. In the case of manufacturing Company VUES Brno the highest risk was evaluated as a fire of flammable liquids. The danger zone was set at 100m in the surroundings. Particular steps for population protection are therefore planned for the distance 100 m from the object. The work also contains the graphical part of the map marked with the radius threat map of evacuation routes and map roadblocks. In order to improve the awareness of potential emergency for the population living nearby, a leaflet containing necessary information in the case of emergency was designed.

Целью диссертационного исследования является разработка концептуальной платформы повышения конкурентоспособности производственного предприятия на основе совместного применения принципов Бережливого производства и стратегии концентрической диверсификации с использованием методологии проектного управления. Объектом исследования является рыночная деятельность промышленного предприятия ОАО «Северский гранитный карьер». Предметом исследования является система организационно-экономических отношений, возникающих в процессе перехода промышленного предприятия к стратегии концентрической диверсификации. Научная новизна диссертационного исследования заключается в разработке теоретико-методического обеспечения повышения конкурентоспособности промышленного предприятия, направленного на успешную и эффективную концентрическую диверсификацию деятельности хозяйствующего субъекта на основе интеграции концепции Бережливого производства с использованием методологии проектного управления. / The purpose of the dissertation research is the development of a conceptual platform for increasing the competitiveness of a production enterprise on the basis of the joint application of Lean Manufacturing Principles and the strategy of concentric diversification using the methodology of project management. The object of research is the market activity of an industrial enterprise. The subject of the study is the system of organizational and economic relations that arise during the transition of an industrial enterprise to the strategy of concentric diversification. The scientific novelty of the dissertation research is to develop a theoretical and methodological support for increasing the competitiveness of an industrial enterprise aimed at successful and effective concentric diversification of the business entity's activities based on the integration of the Lean Manufacturing concept using the project management methodology.

Данная работа состоит из трех глав. В первой главе исследуются современные методы и подходы к оценке экономической эффективности маркетинговой деятельности на промышленном предприятии. Вторая глава состоит из двух частей. Первая часть содержит общую характеристику предприятия и организационная структура. Во второй части производится оценка эффективности маркетинговой деятельности предприятия. В третьей главе представлен разработанный алгоритм внедрения маркетинговых инструментов на промышленном предприятии и оценки их экономической эффективности. Также в данной главе представлена апробация разработанного алгоритма. This work consists of three chapters. The first chapter explores modern methods and approaches to assess the economic viability of marketing activities in the industrial enterprise. The second Chapter consists of two parts. The first part contains the General characteristics of the enterprise and the organizational structure. The second part evaluates the effectiveness of the marketing activities of the enterprise. The third Chapter presents the developed methodological approach and algorithm for the implementation of marketing tools in the industrial enterprise and assesses their economic efficiency. Moreover the Chapter has the testing of the developed algorithm. The result of the work is an algorithm for the implementation and evaluation of the economic viability of marketing tools in the industrial enterprise.

В современных условиях значение налогового планирования всё больше возрастает, это определяется следующими моментами: для организаций является весьма тяжёлым бременем соблюдать и выполнять налоговые обязательства, а также оно сталкивается с такой сложностью, как налоговое законодательство, которое характеризуется неустойчивым положением. Необходимость налогового управления определяется в законодательстве по налогообложению, которое предусматривает разнообразные режимы в зависимости от ситуации, и допускает применять разные способы для определения такого элемента налоговой системы, как налоговая база, а также предполагает применение льгот. Помимо этого, у государства присутствует интерес в предоставлении бенефиций в целях стимулирования какого-либо сектора экономики, социального или экономического развития страны в части спланированной налоговой политики. В ходе написания магистерской диссертации был предложен новый принцип налогового планирования, заключающийся в дифференциации налога на прибыль в зависимости от видов экономической деятельности предприятий. А также предложена методика формирования налога на прибыль в зависимости от видов экономической деятельности предприятий согласно разработанному принципу. / In modern conditions, the importance of tax planning is increasing, it is determined by the following points: for organizations is a very heavy burden to comply with and fulfill tax obligations, and it is faced with such complexity as tax legislation, which is characterized by an unstable situation. The need for tax administration is defined in tax legislation, which provides for a variety of regimes depending on the situation, and allows for different ways to determine such an element of the tax system as the tax base, and also involves the use of benefits. In addition, the state has an interest in providing benefits in order to stimulate any sector of the economy, social or economic development of the country in terms of the planned tax policy. During the writing of the master's thesis was proposed a new principle of tax planning, which consists in the differentiation of income tax depending on the types of economic activity of enterprises. And also the technique of formation of the income tax depending on types of economic activity of the enterprises according to the developed principle is offered.
