В современных реалиях компании все чаще обращают внимание на лучшие мировые практики в области производственного менеджмента и ищут источники для организации наиболее эффективных производственных систем. Одной из таких практик является внедрение инструментов Теории ограничений. Целью диссертационной работы является развитие методических и прикладных основ управления производительностью труда на основе Теории ограничений. По результатам работы был адаптирован для целей управления производительностью труда на промышленном предприятии общий алгоритм решения производственных проблем Теории ограничений («алгоритм пяти шагов»). Адаптированный алгоритм включает в себя: 1) формулировку принципов (теоретической рамки) решения проблемы низкого уровня производительности труда; 2) выделение четырех фаз процесса устранения проблемы низкой производительности труда; 3) реализацию 13 шагов устранения проблемы. Предложенный алгоритм развивает методические основы управления производительностью труда на основе Теории ограничений и способствуют повышению эффективности производственной деятельности предприятия. / In modern realities, companies are increasingly paying attention to the best world practices in the field of production management and are looking for sources to organize the most efficient production systems. One such practice is the implementation of the Theory of Constraints tools. The purpose of the dissertation is to develop the methodological and applied foundations of labor productivity management based on the Theory of Constraints. Based on the results of the work, a general algorithm for solving production problems of the Theory of Constraints (“five-step algorithm”) was adapted for the purposes of managing labor productivity at an industrial enterprise. The adapted algorithm includes: 1) the formulation of principles (theoretical framework) for solving the problem of low labor productivity; 2) allocation of four phases of the process of eliminating the problem of low labor productivity; 3) implementation of 13 troubleshooting steps. The proposed algorithm develops the methodological foundations of labor productivity management based on the Theory of Constraints and contributes to improving the efficiency of the enterprise's production activities.

Атомная энергетика является одной из самых молодых и динамично развивающихся отраслей глобальной экономики. Высокий динамизм порождает необходимость повышения инвестиционной привлекательности разрабатываемых в сфере атомной энергетики проектов, что невозможно без эффективных механизмов управления формированием инвестиционного предложения. Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка и апробация механизма управления инвестиционной привлекательностью проекта в атомной энергетике. В работе рассматриваются теоретические и прикладные вопросы протекания инвестиционных процессов на предприятиях сферы атомной энергетики России. В качестве источников информации использовались нормативно-правовые акты, база публикаций Российского индекса научного цитирования, представленная на ресурсе Elibrary, данные корпоративной статистики по теме исследования, данные Федеральной службы государственной статистики и Министерства энергетики Российской Федерации и внутренние документы исследуемого предприятия. В ходе написания магистерской диссертации был разработан и апробирован механизм управления инвестиционной привлекательностью проекта в атомной энергетике, предполагающий идентификацию субъекта и объекта управления, цели управления, исходного состояния проекта, конечного результата, а также описание процесса управления, формализованного в виде алгоритма. Разработанный механизм позволяет повышать эффективность процесса формирования инвестиционной привлекательности проекта и, как следствие, повышает вероятность принятия положительного инвестиционного решения. В результате апробации разработанного механизма были предложены практические рекомендации для менеджмента предприятия, а также определены направления совершенствования разработанного механизма. / Nuclear power is one of the youngest and fastest growing sectors of the global economy. High dynamism creates the need to increase the investment attractiveness of the projects developed in the field of nuclear power, which is impossible without effective management mechanisms for the formation of the investment proposal. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop and test the mechanism of management of project investment attractiveness in nuclear power. This paper presents conceptual and practical questions of investment processes at the enterprises of nuclear power industry in Russia. The sources of information were regulatory legal acts, the database of publications of the Russian science citation index, presented on Elibrary resource, data of corporate statistics on the research topic, data of the Federal state statistics service and the Ministry of energy of the Russian Federation and internal documents of the enterprise under consideration. While preparing the master's thesis, the mechanism was developed and tested to manage the project investment attractiveness in nuclear power, involving the identification of the subject and object of management, management objectives, the initial state of the project, the final result, as well as a description of the management process, formalized as an algorithm. The developed mechanism allows increasing the efficiency of the process of formation of project investment attractiveness and, as a result, increases the likelihood of making a positive investment decision. As a result of testing of the developed mechanism, practical recommendations for management of the enterprise were offered, and the directions of improvement of the developed mechanism were also defined.

The author of the classified performance of the business process steps for the implementation of the business process that will allow time to exercise control over the course of a business process, and if necessary to carry out the adjustment elements included in the business process as a system. An author algorithm reengineering of key business processes, including the twelve stages of the implementation of innovative technologies, which determines the sequence of actions to prepare for the re-engineering of the problem of the business process model based on its improvement. / В диссертационной работе проведено исследование теории управления бизнес-процессами, которое позволило на основании полученных результатов дать авторское определение бизнес-процесса и дать расширенную трактовку реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов. Авторское определение реинжениринга бизнес-процессов позволяет более эффективно использовать имеющийся потенциал предприятия для внедрения инноваций в бизнес-процесс, используя предложенные автором показатели, характеризующие эффективность бизнес-процесса. Автором классифицированы показатели бизнес-процесса по этапам реализации бизнес-процесса, что позволит своевременно осуществлять контроль над ходом бизнес-процесса и при необходимости осуществлять корректировку элементов, входящих в бизнес-процесс как систему. Разработан авторский алгоритм реинжиниринга основного бизнес-процессов, включающий двенадцать этапов внедрения инновационной технологии, который определяет последовательность действий по подготовке к реинжинирингу проблемного бизнес-процесса на основе модели его совершенствования.

This master dissertation is devoted to the actual problem – the lack of a specific methodology for assessing the efficiency of foreign economic activity (FEA) of industrial enterprises in the financial crisis. Therefore was formulated the main goal – development methodological approaches and tools for assessing activation of foreign economic activity of enterprise. First chapter of this dissertation includes review of examines the concept of foreign economic activity, structure, types and other factors influencing on efficiency. Also was describes the main methods and approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of FEA which are also using by industry. In addition, considers such a phenomenon like the financial crisis, explores the main types and causes, in particular, special attention was paid to the events of 2014. As well was nominated the hypothesis about the positive effect of the financial crisis on the foreign trade export enterprises which is works in raw materials and steel direction. In second Chapter was highlighted and described the object of study (OAO NLMK), in his example was evaluated the efficiency of foreign economic activity by using previously identified metrics. Likewise we study the impact of currency volatility on performance indicator from trade deals in dynamics. In third Chapter was developed the algorithm, including step-by-step instructions for the assessment of the external economic activity of industrial enterprise taking into account influence of external factors. Also was offered options necessary responses to changes in the external environment, it will allow to effectively adapt the FEA under the changes, and to reveal reserves of increase of efficiency. This algorithm is a scientific novelty of this dissertation research. Dissertation research located on 107 pages, which has 18 tables and 19 figures, when writing was used 52 bibliographical sources. / Данная магистерская диссертация посвящена актуальной проблеме – отсутствию определенной методики оценки эффективности внешнеэкономической деятельности (ВЭД) промышленного предприятия в условиях финансового кризиса. В связи с чем сформулирована основная цель ¬– разработка методических подходов и инструментария к оценке активизации ВЭД предприятия. В первой главе данной работы рассмотрены понятия внешнеэкономической деятельности, ее структуры, видов и основных факторов, влияющих на ее эффективность. Так же рассмотрены основные методы и подходы к оценке эффективности ВЭД, так же проанализированы существующие показатели эффективности, которые применяются промышленными предприятиями. Кроме того, рассмотрен такой феномен, как финансовый кризис, исследованы основные виды и причины возникновения, в частности особое внимание уделялось событиям 2014 года. Выдвигается гипотеза о положительном эффекте финансового кризиса на ВЭД предприятий – экспортеров сырья и металлопродукции. Во второй главе выделяется и описывается объект исследования (ПАО НЛМК), на его примере производится оценка эффективности внешнеэкономической деятельности при помощи ранее выявленной системы показателей. Так же в динамике изучается влияние валютной волатильности на показатель эффективности от внешнеторговых сделок. В третей главе разрабатывается алгоритм, включающий пошаговую инструкцию по оценке внешнеэкономической деятельности промышленного предприятия, учитывающий влияние внешних факторов. Так же предложены варианты необходимых мер реагирования на изменения внешней среды, данный подход позволит эффективно адаптировать ВЭД под изменения, а так же выявлять резервы повышения эффективности. Алгоритм представляет собой научную новизну данного диссертационного исследования. Диссертационное исследование находится на 107 страницах, на которых размещены 18 таблиц и 19 рисунков, при написании было использовано 52 библиографических источника.

Тема магистерской диссертации: Применение искусственного интеллекта при обработке анкетных данных. Магистерская диссертация выполнена на 98 страницах, содержит 13 таблиц, 30 рисунков, 62 использованных источника. Актуальность темы обусловлена большими трудозатратами и нерелевантными результатами обработки анкетных данных. Целью работы является автоматизация процесса отбора анкетных данных в дистрибутиве Python Anaconda с использованием алгоритмов машинного обучения. Задачи работы:  изучить системы искусственного интеллекта;  рассмотреть программное обеспечение для систем искусственного интеллекта;  создать и обучить классификатор для сортировки анкетных данных;  оценить экономическую эффективность создания проекта. Объект исследования  система сбора и обработки анкетных данных отдела диспетчеризации ВШЭМ УрФУ. Предмет исследования  автоматизация процесса ранжирования анкетных данных по релевантности. В первой главе рассматривается обработка данных с использованием систем искусственного интеллекта. Вторая глава посвящена разработке методики использования систем искусственного интеллекта при обработке анкетных данных. В третьей главе представлены системы искусственного интеллекта при сборе и обработке анкетных данных Результаты работы: практическим результатом работы стал разработанный классификатор, который определяет для заполненной анкеты: будет ли она учтена для анализа эффективности учебного процесса. / Theme of the master's thesis: Application of artificial intelligence in the processing of personal data. The master's thesis is done on 98 pages, contains of 13 tables, 30 figures, 62 literature sources. The relevance of the topic is due to the high labor costs and irrelevant results of the personal data processing. The purpose of the work is to automate the process of selecting personal data in the Python Anaconda distribution using machine learning algorithms. Objectives of work:  to explore artificial intelligence systems;  to consider software for artificial intelligence systems;  to create and train a classifier for the personal data sorting;  to evaluate the economic effectiveness of the project. The object of the study is the system for personal data collecting and processing of the dispatch department of the Higher School of Economics of UrFU. The subject of the research is the automation of the process of ranking the questionnaire data by relevance. The first chapter deals with the processing of data using artificial intelligence systems. The second chapter is devoted to the development of methods for the use of artificial intelligence systems in the processing of personal data. The third chapter presents artificial intelligence systems for the collection and processing of personal data The results of the work: the practical result of the work was the developed classifier, which defines for the completed questionnaire: it would be taken into account for impact analysis of the educational process.

In a complex and dynamic market economy, for stability and maintaining a high level of competitiveness, its participants need constant work on all the main aspects of the formation, distribution and use of profits at the enterprise. Indeed, it is profit that is the main source of financing the activities of a business entity, satisfying the financial interests of the owners of the enterprise, its employees and the state. The aim of the master's thesis is to develop guidelines for managing the profit of small and medium-sized enterprises. The work examines the genesis of the concept of “profit” and the theoretical and methodological aspects of managing the profit of small and medium-sized enterprises. The sources used educational and methodological and research literature, the results of empirical research of the author and corporate reporting data. In the master's thesis, an algorithm for managing the profit of small and medium-sized enterprises was developed, which is based on the choice of a vector for managing profit taking into account the proposed classification, which allows an objective assessment of the financial results of the enterprise to determine scenarios of its development. / В условиях сложной и динамичной рыночной экономики для устойчивости и поддержания высокого уровня конкурентоспособности её участникам необходима постоянная работа по всем основным аспектам формирования, распределения и использования прибыли на предприятии. Ведь именно прибыль является основным источником финансирования деятельности субъекта хозяйствования, удовлетворения финансовых интересов собственников предприятия, его сотрудников и государства. Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка методических рекомендаций по управлению прибылью предприятий малого и среднего бизнеса. В работе рассматривается генезис понятия «прибыль» и теоретические и методические аспекты управления прибылью предприятий малого и среднего бизнеса. В качестве источников использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, результаты эмпирических исследований автора и данные корпоративной отчетности. В магистерской диссертации был разработан алгоритм управления прибылью предприятий малого и среднего бизнеса, в основу которого положен выбор вектора управления прибылью с учетом предложенной классификации, что позволяет получить объективную оценку финансовых результатов предприятия для определения сценариев его развития.

В диссертации рассматривается стратегическое преимущество электронного документооборота. На основании проведенного анализа предложено усовершенствование модуля СЭД (системы электронного документооборота) за счет автоматизации процессов. Применить методы по внедрению нового функционала возможно на предприятиях производственного сервисного профиля. / The paper discusses the strategic advantage of electronic document management. Based on the analysis carried out, the improvement of the EDMS module (electronic document management system) by automating processes is proposed. It is possible to apply methods for the introduction of new functionality at enterprises with a production service profile.

В диссертации были изучены особенности использования методов машинного обучения в сфере страхования. Рассмотрены возможности архитектурного подхода в разработке модели машинного обучения. Осуществлен анализ тенденций цифровой трансформации сферы страхования. Осуществлена оценка результативности использования машинного обучения в страховании. Построена полная модель архитектуры ПАО СК «Росгосстрах». Разработана аналитическая модель машинного обучения в сфере тарификации страховой компании. На основе процессного подхода детально рассмотрены все фазы проекта по внедрению модели машинного обучения в деятельность страховой компании. Разработана и реализована имитационная модель управления проектом разработки и внедрения модели машинного обучения в деятельность страховой компании на основе различных сценарием. / The dissertation studied the features of using machine learning methods in the field of insurance. The possibilities of the architectural approach in the development of a machine learning model are considered. The analysis of trends in the digital transformation of the insurance industry has been carried out. The effectiveness of the use of machine learning in insurance has been evaluated. A complete model of the architecture of PJSC IC Rosgosstrakh was built. An analytical model of machine learning in the field of tariffing of an insurance company has been developed. Based on the process approach, all phases of the project to introduce a machine learning model into the activities of an insurance company are considered in detail. A simulation model for project management for the development and implementation of a machine learning model in the activities of an insurance company has been developed and implemented based on various scenarios.
