Целью исследования является создание эффективного инструмента на платформе визуального программирования Dynamo в Autodesk Revit для автоматизации аэродинамического расчета систем воздуховодов в цифровой информационной модели. Задачи: исследовать возможности платформы визуального программирования Dynamo; разработать алгоритмы и скрипты для проведения аэродинамики в цифровой информационной модели. Гипотеза исследования предполагает, что автоматизация аэродинамического расчета позволит сократить время проектирования и уменьшить вероятность ошибок. Результаты исследования подтвердили эффективность использования разработанного скрипта для автоматизации расчета: он ускоряет процесс, обеспечивает более точные результаты и повышает качество проектных решений в области вентиляции. / The aim of the study is to create an effective tool on the Dynamo visual programming platform in Autodesk Revit for automating the aerodynamic calculation of duct systems in a digital information model. Tasks: to explore the possibilities of the Dynamo visual programming platform; to develop algorithms and scripts for conducting aerodynamics in a digital information model. The hypothesis of the study suggests that automation of aerodynamic calculation will reduce design time and reduce the likelihood of errors. The results of the study confirmed the effectiveness of using the developed script to automate the calculation: it speeds up the process, provides more accurate results and improves the quality of design solutions in the field of ventilation.

Целью исследования является создание библиотеки ТИМ-компонентов типовых блоков и разработка методических рекомендаций по её использованию. Анализ использования библиотеки ТИМ-компонентов при проектировании жилых зданий, используя возможности технологий информационного моделирования (ТИМ). / The aim of the study is to create a library of TIM components of typical blocks and develop guidelines for its use. В данной работе рассматриваются проблемы, связанные с моделированием навесных вентилируемых фасадов и оптимизацией работы с ними в среде Autodesk Revit. Данная работа проведена с целью предложения решения по сокращению трудовых и временных затрат проектирования модульных навесных фасадных систем. Результатом работы является написание инструкции по моделированию НФС по модульной схеме и оценка эффективности проектирования с учетом оптимизации процессов проектирования модульных НФС. / This paper discusses the problems associated with modeling hinged ventilated facades and optimizing work with them in the Autodesk Revit environment. This work was carried out in order to propose a solution to reduce the labor and time costs of designing modular hinged facade systems. The result of the work is the writing of instructions for modeling HFS according to a modular scheme and evaluating the effectiveness of design, taking into account the optimization of the design processes of modular HFS.

В данной работе рассматриваются проблемы, связанные с моделированием навесных вентилируемых фасадов и автоматизацией работы с ними в среде Autodesk Revit. Данная работа проведена с целью разработки скрипта для автоматизации расстановки фасонных элементов навесных вентилируемых фасадов. Для достижения цели были поставлены следующие задачи: рассмотреть степень изученности навесных фасадных систем в ТИМ, описать методику моделирования навесных фасадных систем по классической схеме, создать семейства откосов и отлива, написать скрипт и проверить его работоспособность. Результатом работы является Dynamo-скрипт, размещающий фасонные элементы, позволяющий уменьшить трудозатраты проектировщиков. / This paper discusses the problems associated with the modeling of hinged ventilated facades and automation of work with them in the Autodesk Revit environment. This work was carried out in order to develop a script for automating the placement of shaped elements of hinged ventilated facades. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: to consider the degree of knowledge of hinged facade systems in TIM, describe the methodology for modeling hinged facade systems according to the classical scheme, create families of slopes and low tide, write a script and check its operability. The result of the work is a Dynamo script that places shaped elements, which reduces the labor costs of designers.

В работе рассматривается динамика развития жилищного строительства города Екатеринбурга. Рассмотрено как количество ввода жилья, его стоимость за квадратный метр и иные показатели отражают удовлетворенность социальными условиями граждан. Проведен анализ динамики численности, рождаемости, миграции населения и анализ рынка недвижимости в сегменте жилищного строительства. Проведена оценка уровня внедрения ТИМ. / The paper examines the dynamics of the development of housing construction in the city of Yekaterinburg. Considered as the quantity of housing commissioned, its cost per square meter and other indicators reflect satisfaction with the social conditions of citizens. An analysis of population dynamics, birth rates, population migration and an analysis of the real estate market in the housing construction segment were carried out. The level of BIM implementation was assessed.
