Автором диссертации был проведен анализ требований ГАУ СО «Управление государственной экспертизы» к трехмерным моделям архитектурных и объемно-планировочных, конструктивных решений необходимых для прохождения экспертизы при использовании технологий информационного моделирования. Создана модель жилого здания раздела архитектурных и объемно-планировочных решений, конструктивных решений, описана технология информационного наполнения модели. Разработаны методические рекомендаций по подготовке цифровой информационной модели к проверке в ГАУ СО «Управление государственной экспертизы». / The author of the dissertation analyzed the requirements of the State Autonomous Institution of the Sverdlovsk Region «Office of State Expertise» for three-dimensional models of architectural and spatial planning, constructive solutions necessary for passing an examination using information modeling technologies. A model of a residential building has been created for the section of architectural and spatial planning solutions, constructive solutions, and the technology of information filling of the model is described. Methodological recommendations have been developed for the preparation of a digital information model for verification in the State Autonomous Institution of the Sverdlovsk Region «Office of State Expertise».

Целью работы является моделирование процесса создания и поддержания в актуальном состоянии регламента создания раздела проектной строительной документации с использованием технологий информационного моделирования. Обсуждение ведется на примере процесса создания регламента для проектирования раздела «Архитектурные интерьеры», который был реализован в ГК «Страна Девелопмент». Использование регламента позволяет значительно сократить время, затрачиваемое на создание разделов рабочей строительной документации и уменьшить количество ошибок, возникающих за счет использование нестандартных решений. В ходе создания регламента были сформулированы общие правила для этого процесса, следуя которым, можно получать не формальные, а применяемые в практической деятельности документы. На основе созданного регламенты был разработан шаблон в ПО «Revit» и эталонный комплект по объекту ПЛХ ГП-15 секция 1. / The purpose of the work is to model the process of creating and maintaining up to date regulations for creating a section of design construction documentation using information modeling technologies. The discussion is based on the example of the process of creating regulations for the design of the “Architectural Interiors” section, which was implemented in the Strana Development Group of Companies. The use of regulations can significantly reduce the time spent on creating sections of working construction documentation and reduce the number of errors that arise through the use of non-standard solutions. During the creation of the regulations, general rules for this process were formulated, following which you can obtain not formal, but documents used in practical activities. Based on the created regulations, a template was developed in Revit software and a reference set for the PLH GP-15 section 1 object.

This paper discusses the problems associated with modeling hinged ventilated facades and optimizing work with them in the Autodesk Revit environment. This work was carried out in order to propose a solution to reduce the labor and time costs of designing modular hinged facade systems. The result of the work is the writing of instructions for modeling HFS according to a modular scheme and evaluating the effectiveness of design, taking into account the optimization of the design processes of modular HFS. / В данной работе рассматриваются проблемы, связанные с моделированием навесных вентилируемых фасадов и оптимизацией работы с ними в среде Autodesk Revit. Данная работа проведена с целью предложения решения по сокращению трудовых и временных затрат проектирования модульных навесных фасадных систем. Результатом работы является написание инструкции по моделированию НФС по модульной схеме и оценка эффективности проектирования с учетом оптимизации процессов проектирования модульных НФС.

В данной работе рассматриваются проблемы, связанные с моделированием навесных вентилируемых фасадов и автоматизацией работы с ними в среде Autodesk Revit. Данная работа проведена с целью разработки скрипта для автоматизации расстановки фасонных элементов навесных вентилируемых фасадов. Для достижения цели были поставлены следующие задачи: рассмотреть степень изученности навесных фасадных систем в ТИМ, описать методику моделирования навесных фасадных систем по классической схеме, создать семейства откосов и отлива, написать скрипт и проверить его работоспособность. Результатом работы является Dynamo-скрипт, размещающий фасонные элементы, позволяющий уменьшить трудозатраты проектировщиков. / This paper discusses the problems associated with the modeling of hinged ventilated facades and automation of work with them in the Autodesk Revit environment. This work was carried out in order to develop a script for automating the placement of shaped elements of hinged ventilated facades. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: to consider the degree of knowledge of hinged facade systems in TIM, describe the methodology for modeling hinged facade systems according to the classical scheme, create families of slopes and low tide, write a script and check its operability. The result of the work is a Dynamo script that places shaped elements, which reduces the labor costs of designers.

Диссертационное исследование посвящено разработке рекомендаций для улучшения рабочего процесса проектирования инженерных сетей ОВ. В работе рассматриваются: этапы разработки цифровой модели здания, основы технологии проектирования, рекомендации по разработке систем отопления и вентиляции средствами программы Autodesk Revit и Linear, а также методика по разработке и реализация алгоритма, автоматизирующего процесс формирования документации. / The dissertation research is devoted to the development of recommendations for improving the workflow of designing engineering networks of the OB. The paper discusses: the stages of developing a digital building model, the basics of design technology, recommendations for the development of heating and ventilation systems using the Autodesk Revit and Linear programs, as well as a methodology for developing and implementing an algorithm that automates the process of generating documentation.

Цель работы − разработка методических рекомендаций по проведению проверки цифровой информационной модели раздела АР, КР и ПБ формата ifc для ГАУ СО «Управление государственной экспертизы». Для достижения поставленной цели были поставлены следующие задачи: построить модель и наполнить ее требуемой информацией, используя возможности ПО Revit; выделить основные принципы подготовки ЦИМ к экспертизе; проверить информацию из модели в формате IFC с помощью ПО Tangl Control. Сформировать проверки валидации и верификации; сформировать методические рекомендации, описывающие проведение проверки ЦИМ АР и КР в ПО Tangl Control экспертизой. / The purpose of the work is to develop methodological recommendations for checking the digital information model of the section AR, KR and PB in the ifc format for the State Autonomous Institution SO “Office of State Expertise”. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: build a model and fill it with the required information using the capabilities of Revit software; highlight the basic principles of preparing CIM for examination; check the information from the model in IFC format using Tangl Control software. Create validation and verification checks; create methodological recommendations describing the verification of CIM AR and KR in Tangl Control software by expert examination.
