Provided generic sentence, it is arisen the necessity to determine the specific amount through “liquidação”, frequently individual. Verified the owned quantum and considering that there is no voluntary payment, the enforcement is carried on. The “liquidação” and enforcement, not being required for a significant number of rightholders, they can be promoted by some of the legitimate in art. 82 of Consumer Protection Code, and thus the received amount is addressed to a given Fund. Individual or collective “liquidação” and enforcement give rise to many law problems which are set out in the present paper and solved under the principle of process effectiveness. / Direitos individuais homogêneos podem ser tutelados por ação coletiva proposta por algum dos legitimados indicados no art. 82 do Código de Defesa do Consumidor (CDC). Proferida sentença genérica, surge a necessidade de se apurar o valor devido por meio de liquidação, via de regra individual. Apurado o quantum devido, não havendo adimplemento voluntário, prossegue-se com a execução da sentença. A liquidação e a execução, não sendo requeridas por número expressivo dos titulares dos direitos, podem ser promovidas por algum dos legitimados do art. 82 do CDC, destinando-se o valor recebido a um Fundo próprio. A liquidação e a execução individuais ou coletivas suscitam numerosos problemas jurídicos, expostos no presente trabalho e resolvidos à luz do princípio da efetividade do processo.
