This diploma thesis analyses project of investment apartment building and aims to study feasibility of business intent. At the opening of theoretical part there are investment projects characterized and further defined single parts of feasibility study, which is extended by description of possible ways of financing. Content of practical part is already design of the investment project which includes its location and technical solution, following in further chapters are market analysis and related key outputs of marketing strategy, included is also financial analysis and assessment of economical effectiveness. At the ending of thesis the risk analysis is made and preventive measures explained.

This diploma thesis deals with a cost-benefit analysis of investments in road infrastructure. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part includes a description of the cost-benefit analysis procedure and a deeper description of evaluating investments in road and highway constructions. The practical part deals with the specific investment for the construction of highway. This involves applying information from the theoretical part to this specific investment and evaluating the economic efficiency, including risk analysis. The main indicator of the economic efficiency is the net present value.

The diploma thesis describes the financing and management of the investor's investment plan from his point of view. It deals with possible ways of financing an investment project. It analyzes the financial situation of a particular investor. The aim of the work is to evaluate the management of a specific investment project, its financing and analysis of other possible ways.

The subject of the diploma thesis is to acquaint the reader with the issue of a public investment project and then apply the information found to the case study in the form of a financial and economic evaluation of the selected investment plan. The evaluated investment project is the reconstruction of a cinema in the village of Hustopeče in the South Moravian Region, while the identified outputs were achieved using the cost method of cost-benefit analysis using the eCBA application. Part of the evaluation also includes a risk analysis in the form of a sensitivity and qualitative analysis.

The Master thesis contents a propsal and evaluation of an investment project. The master thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the investment project together with an investment plan. The investment plan is further developed in more details and deals with a market analysis, a marketing plan, a size and a location of a company, its human resources, an operating plan, a financial plan, a financial analysis and above all with methods of assessment of investment projects. The practical part focues on a specific investment project proposal and its subsequent evaluation. The proposal offers a marketing research with a financial plan and financial analysis. The assessment of the project is carried out by using different methods of assessment of investment projects.

The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of economic risks of a public investment project. The theoretical part contains indicators showing the economic efficiency of the investment and risk analysis. The practical part is focused on the economic evaluation of efficiency and risk analysis of a public investment project.

The topic of this diploma thesis is cross-border cooperation of the Moravian-Silesian region. It contains a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on regional development and regional policy, including the financing of development strategies. Furthermore, it covers the topic of cross-border cooperation and the characteristics of the Moravian-Silesian region. The practical part is focused on the investment project Hraniční vrch Lookout Tower located in the town of Albrechtice. This project was created in the framework of cross-border cooperation with Poland. Using the knowledge from the theoretical part, the outcome is processed as the evaluation of the impact of cross-border cooperation project on the development of the region in relation to tourism.

В работе рассматриваются проблемы размещения и обработки образующегося осадка на предприятиях водоподготовки. Проведен анализ деятельности предприятий водоподготовки как объекта негативного воздействия на окружающую среду в России и Свердловской области. В настоящее время на большинстве водопроводных станций не организовано повторное использование промывных вод и применение технологий обезвоживания осадка. Сброс таких вод приводит к загрязнению источников водоснабжения. Проблема обработки водопроводного осадка справедливо считается одной из наименее разработанных, наиболее технически сложной и дорогостоящей. В работе проведено сравнение существующих технологий обезвоживания осадка. Предложен инвестиционный проект по разработке и внедрению эффективной системы обезвоживания осадка в условиях уменьшения экологической нагрузки путем исключения сброса промывных вод в окружающую среду. Приводится технико-экономическое обоснование проекта и рассчитана его эколого-экономическая эффективность. / The paper deals with the problems of placing and processing the formed sludge at water treatment plants. The analysis of water treatment enterprises as an object of negative impact on the environment in Russia and the Sverdlovsk region has been carried out. Currently, most waterworks do not organize reuse of washing water and the use of sludge dewatering technologies. Discharge of such water leads to contamination of water supply sources. The problem of treatment of a water sediment is rightly considered one of the least developed, the most technically complex and costly. The paper compares existing sludge dewatering technologies. An investment project is proposed to develop and implement an effective sludge dewatering system in conditions of decreasing the ecological load by eliminating the discharge of wash water into the environment. The feasibility study of the project is given and its ecological and economic efficiency is calculated.

This qualification work consist of 123 pages, 30 pictures, 13 tables, 61 references and 2 appendixes. Object – Additive manufacturing in metallurgy. Subject – Organizational, technical and economic relations arising in the manufacturing processes of products based on additive technologies. The main purpose is developing of recommendations for involving the additive technologies taken into account business processes’ changes and production activities’ reflections of economic models. Research objectives: 1 Studying the influence of additive technologies on economic development in Russia and abroad. Identifying the main application branches of manufacturing. 2 Determination the current trends in additive technologies’ progress. Characterization the main processes and specifications. 3 Creating strategic elements for implementing the additive technologies, making aspects of business processes and functional economic models. Scientific novelty lies in the forming the upgraded supply chain at the areas of internal and external environment, and working-out universal business model of companies’ activities in the case of involving the additive technologies. Investment projects were calculating for comparison between the SLM and EBM technologies. Indicators of investment attractiveness of these technologies are presented. Целью диссертационной работы является разработка рекомендаций по внедрению аддитивных технологий в металлургическое производство с учетом изменений в бизнес-процессах и экономических моделях, отражающих производственную деятельность предприятий. Цель обусловила ряд следующих задач: 1 Изучить влияние аддитивных технологий на экономическое развитие в России и за рубежом, обозначить основные перспективы их применения в различных отраслях экономики. 2 Определить современные тенденции развития аддитивных технологий в металлургии, охарактеризовать основные технологические процессы и их параметры. 3 Разработать элементы стратегии внедрения аддитивных технологий с учетом изменения в бизнес-процессах и экономических моделях функционирования организаций. Дано описание процессов аддитивного производства. За основу были взяты наиболее изученные технологии – процессы SLM и EBM, применительно к производству изделий из сплава Ti-6Al-4V и его отечественного аналога, сплава ВТ6. Приведены аспекты влияния аддитивных технологий на изменения в цепочках поставок и бизнес-моделях функционирования организации. Произведены расчеты инвестиционных проектов представленных технологий аддитивного производства. Представлен механизм оценки возможности организации к внедрению аддитивных технологий, имеющий рекомендательный характер.

Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка литературы и приложений. В работе рассмотрены теоретико-прикладные аспекты создания тепличных комплексов в России. Проанализирован район расположения планируемого тепличного комплекса, рассмотрены основные представленные тепличные комплексы по выращиванию овощной продукции в защищенном грунте. Определены источники финансирования, сформирован бюджет проекта, рассчитаны показатели экономической эффективности проекта. В заключении сформулированы основные выводы и обобщены результаты исследования. / The master's thesis consists of three chapters, conclusion, list of references and applications. The paper considers the theoretical and applied aspects of creating greenhouse complexes in Russia. The location area of the proposed greenhouse complex is analyzed, the main heat-producing complexes represented by heat for growing vegetables in sheltered soil are considered. Sources of financing have been identified, a project budget has been formed, and indicators of the project's economic efficiency have been calculated. In conclusion, the main conclusions are formulated and the research results are summarized.
