This thesis is devoted to risk analysis of the investment construction project. The theoretical part is deals with definition of risk, types of risks as well as risk management methods. Various risk analysis in investment projects is included in the description. The practical part is focused on the evaluation of economic efficiency including the risk assessment of investment project called „Building construction of nursery school in Svatobořice-Mistřín.

This master’s thesis is aimed to evaluate the effectivity of an investment project while respecting economic risks. These are the basic elements of the thesis: analysis and effectivity performance and evaluation of economic risks of an investment project. The goal as well as the outcome of the thesis is using these principles above for conducting a case study based on a real data.

The thesis deals with the determination of evaluating the economic efficiency of a development project for the construction of apartment complex. The theoretical part explains the concepts of investment, project development, economic efficiency and putting their indicators. The thesis also describes the business plan development activities and cash flows. The thesis also addressed the risks of investment projects, as well as an analysis of the current situation in the current area of investment. In the practical part of the description is made of the entire completed project, determining the cash flows of the project and its subsequent evaluation and assessment of economic efficiency.

This thesis focuses on the comprehensive evaluation of the investment project for housing construction in Brno. In the paper I will first focus on the economic evaluation of the project and will define the conditions of the project for its acceptability and feasibility. Next, I will focus on the possibilities of the project sale and the associated risk analysis. The last section focuses on a separate proposal of promotional ways and a way of financing for the end customer.

Нефтегазовые компании осуществляют инвестиционную деятельность, которая направлена на удовлетворение имеющегося спроса на углеводородное сырье и вместе с тем, заинтересованы в повышении степени эффективности их извлечения и разработке новых технологий по их переработке, Инвестиционные проекты, которые осуществляются в нефтегазовом секторе, чаще всего характеризуются большими объемами вложений денежных средств, длительными сроками реализации и окупаемости. Существует необходимость в совершенствовании методов оценки инвестиционных проектов в нефтегазовой промышленности, которые будут включать в себя анализ и оценку прочих факторов влияющих на экономическую эффективность проекта в целом, в рамках исследования упор сделан на экологические факторы. Целью магистерской диссертации является совершенствование методики оценки эффективности инвестиционных проектов нефтегазовых предприятий с учетом экологического фактора. Анализ основывался на изучении научно-периодической литературы изучении существующих показателей оценки эффективности инвестиционных проектов, а также на основе данных об экологической и финансовой деятельности компании ПАО «ЛУКОЙЛ». В качестве источников информации использовались нормативно-правовые акты, база публикаций Российского индекса научного цитирования, представленная на ресурсе Flibrary, данные корпоративной статистики по тематике исследования, данные финансовой отчетности и внутренние документы исследуемого предприятия. В ходе написания магистерской диссертации была разработана и апробирована схема оценки эффективности инвестиционных проектов в нефтегазовой отрасли, позволяющая учитывать экологическую составляющую, дополненная этапами соответствия инвестиционных предложений направлениям развития нефтегазовой отрасли, проведением экологического мониторинга и постинвестиционного анализа. / Oil and gas companies carry out investment activities that are aimed at meeting the existing demand for hydrocarbon raw materials and at the same time, are interested in improving the efficiency of their extraction and development of new technologies for their processing, Investment projects that are carried out in the oil and gas sector are most often characterized by large amounts of investments, long The effectiveness of the implementation of investment projects depends on a large number of external and internal factors, the study of which will help to avoid serious monetary losses and contribute to a more rapid achievement of the planned economic indicators determined by investors. There is a need to improve the methods of evaluation of investment projects in the oil and gas industry, which will include the analysis and evaluation of other factors affecting the economic efficiency of the project as a whole, the study focuses on environmental factors. The purpose of the master's thesis is to improve the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of investment projects of oil and gas enterprises, taking into account the environmental factor. The analysis was based on the study of scientific and periodical literature on the study of existing indicators for assessing the effectiveness of investment projects, as well as on data on the environmental and financial activities of PJSC LUKOIL. As sources of information we used legal acts, the database of publications of the Russian science citation index, presented on the resource Flibrary, data of corporate statistics on the subject of research, financial statements and internal documents of the enterprise. During the writing of the master's thesis was developed and tested a scheme for assessing the effectiveness of investment projects in the oil and gas industry, allowing to take into account the environmental component, supplemented by stages of compliance of investment proposals areas of development of the oil and gas industry, environmental monitoring and post-investment analysis.

Цель – разработка мероприятий по совершенствованию управления послегарантийным обслуживанием сложной техники. Задачи: изучить современное состояние послепродажного обслуживания сложной техники, рассмотреть правовое обеспечение послепродажного обслуживания сложной техники, изучить организацию работы договорного отдела на предприятии, рассмотреть процесс осуществления закупок на предприятии, изучить организацию договорно-правовой работы на предприятии, разработать рекомендации по совершенствованию управления послегарантийным обслуживанием. Научная новизна выпускной квалификационной работы заключается в определении требований для выбора системы автоматизации предприятия сельскохозяйственного производственного кооператива; определении этапов схемы автоматизации бизнес-процессов организации при ее присоединении к экосистеме; разработке методологии автоматизации внешних бизнес-процессов организации при ее присоединении к экосистеме; составлении бизнес-плана инвестиционного проекта, отвечающего всем заданным параметрам автоматизации бизнес-процессов предприятия. Эффективность исследовательской работы состоит в оптимизации маркетинговой деятельности СПК «Птицесовхоз «Скатинский»» в следствие использования предоставляемых бизнес-экосистемой современных методов работы сельскохозяйственных предприятий, а именно расширение рынка сбыта продукции, продвижение услуг в условиях ограниченного спроса и возможность цифрового управления сельскохозяйственным предприятием. / The purpose of the study is to develop an investment project for the automation of business processes at an agricultural enterprise. The scientific novelty of the final qualification work consists in determining the requirements for choosing an automation system for an agricultural production cooperative enterprise; determining the stages of an organization's business process automation scheme when it joins the ecosystem; developing a methodology for automating the organization's external business processes when it joins the ecosystem; drawing up a business plan for an investment project that meets all the specified parameters of automation of business processes of the enterprise. The effectiveness of the research work consists in optimizing the marketing activities of the SEC "Poultry Farm "Skatinsky"" as a result of the use of modern methods of work of agricultural enterprises provided by the business ecosystem, namely, the expansion of the market for products, the promotion of services in conditions of limited demand and the possibility of digital management of an agricultural enterprise.
