This diploma thesis deals with occupational safety standards in Foxconn company. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate current state of company management on the basis of existing standard and to compare both standards in order to make the new standard valid, better condition of occupational health and safety should be a result.

El presente trabajo de investigación propone un plan de mejora de seguridad y salud ocupacional, luego de una evaluación de la gestión correspondiente en la empresa Meridian Proyectos, utilizando los lineamientos de la norma internacional correspondiente ISO 45001. La investigación realizada es de carácter descriptivo, transaccional y cuantitativo, a partir de la información obtenida en la empresa referida y siguiendo el procedimiento de auditorías para diagnosticar el cumplimiento de la norma. Para ello, de la revisión de literatura efectuada se determinó trabajar con la referida ISO, para evaluar la gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo en dicha empresa. Los resultados encontrados, la revisión de la literatura y los planteamientos en estudios similares sobre Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo sirvieron de base al desarrollo de un Plan de Mejora de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud ocupacional. En función de los resultados obtenidos, se presenta el Plan para mejorar los estándares de seguridad para beneficio de la empresa y sus trabajadores, en cumplimiento de la norma ISO 45001 y la Ley 29783. / The present research work seeks to propose an occupational health and safety improvement plan, after an evaluation of the corresponding management in the company “Meridian Proyectos". Using for this the guidelines of the corresponding international standard ISO 45001. The research carried out is descriptive, transactional and quantitative, based on the information obtained in the company “Meridian Proyectos” and following the audit procedure to diagnose compliance with the standard. For this, from the review of the literature carried out, it was determined to work with the aforementioned ISO, to evaluate the occupational health and safety management in the cited company. The results found, the review of the literature and the approaches in similar studies on Occupational Safety and Health served as the basis for the development of an Occupational Health and Safety Management Improvement Plan. Based on the results obtained, the Plan is presented to improve its safety standards for its own benefit, the one of its workers, as well as compliance with ISO 45001 and Law 29783. / Trabajo de investigación

Bakgrund: Sverige har bidragit med produkter, varor och tjänster på världsmarknaden under flera decennier och är en industrination som tillgodoser många arbetstillfällen i globalt och nationellt verksamma företag. Svenska koncerner omfattas av flera utmaningar som hanteras inom organisationen, det kan till exempel handla om vilka ledningssystem som används. Koncerner som har en hög förändringstakt och växer genom förvärv hamnar ofrånkomligt i strategiska frågor som vilka system och arbetssätt som de förvärvade bolagen ska använda, de koncerngemensamma eller sina egna. Syfte: Studiens syfte är att utforska och analysera ledningssystem i koncerner och deras dotterbolag men även belysa vilka utmaningar som finns med gemensamma eller egna ledningssystem. Metod: En fallstudie har utförts på en koncern inom svensk industri med teknik- och underhållstjänster i Sverige. För att besvara syfte och frågeställningar har en abduktiv ansats använts i studien. En litteraturstudie har genomförts och teori har inhämtats parallellt med datainsamlingen (empiri) från fallföretaget. Benchmarking har använts för att få en inblick i hur andra företag förhåller sig till samma typ av problematik. Datainsamlingen av det empiriska materialet har samlats in genom semistrukturerade intervjuer tillsammans med observationer. Som analysmetod av det empiriska materialet har en GAP-analys samt tematisering använts. Resultat: Utifrån litteraturstudier, intervjuer och observationer visar studien flera likheter och skillnader mellan koncerngemensamma ledningssystem, integrerade ledningssystem och egna ledningssystem. Fallföretaget är en koncern som är uppbyggd av moderbolagets koncerngemensamma ledningssystem och några dotterbolag som har helt eller delvis egna ledningssystem. De utmaningar som är kopplade till koncerner och deras dotterbolag resulterar i sex större utmaningar och möjligheter som har identifierats av studien. Dessa innefattar kommunikationskanaler, medarbetarnas kunskap, medarbetarnas digitala mognad, samordningsvinster, arbetssätt och efterlevnad av krav i standarderna. Bidrag: Studien bidrar teoretiskt genom att belysa det nationella perspektivet för användandet av ett eller flera ledningssystem hos stora och lokala/eller regionala koncerner. Studien stärker befintlig forskning om vikten av engagemang och kommunikation från högsta ledningen. Det praktiska bidraget för studien ger underlag för koncerner med liknande problematik.

Объект исследования – система менеджмента безопасности труда и охраны здоровья АО «ИРМ». Цель данной работы является актуализация документации интегрированной системы менеджмента в соответствие с требованиями международного стандарта ISO 45001:2018. Методология проведения исследования – в работе использованы такие методы, как: изучение СМИ и литературы, анализ данных от предприятия, сравнение. Полученные результаты и их новизна – в работе раскрыта актуальная на сегодняшний день тема перехода предприятия на стандарт ISO 45001:2018. Новая версия стандарта была опубликована не так давно и вопрос перехода на новый стандарт является насущным для многих предприятий. В дипломной работе произведен сравнительный анализ прошлой и настоящей версии стандартов ISO 45001 и OHSAS 18001, что позволяет оценить предприятию возможные изменения в системе менеджмента безопасности труда и охраны здоровья. Область применения – при сертификации или ресертификации на стандарт ISO 45001:2018. Значимость работы – теоретическое и практические вопросы, исследуемые в работе, являются значимыми, так как затрагивают актуальную тему перехода на ISO 45001:2018. / The object of study is the management system for labor safety and health protection of JSC INM. The purpose of this work is to update the documentation of the integrated management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 45001:2018. The methodology of the study – the methods used are: the study of the media and literature, analysis of data from the enterprise, comparison. The results obtained and their novelty – the topic of the enterprise’s transition to the ISO 45001: 2018 standard is disclosed in the current work. A new version of the standard was published not so long ago and the issue of transition to a new standard is urgent for many enterprises. In the thesis, a comparative analysis of the past and present versions of the ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001 standards is made, which allows the company to evaluate possible changes in the system of labor safety management and health protection. Scope – in the certification or recertification to the standard ISO 45001: 2018. Significance of the work – theoretical and practical issues studied in the work are significant, as they touch on the current topic of the transition to ISO 45001: 2018.
