Kiekvienoje bendrovėje ar organizacijoje veikia vienokia ar kitokia valdymo (vadybos) sistema, apimanti svarbiausius tvarkomos srities aspektus. Tokios sistemos suteikia pasitikėjimo įmonės sugebėjimais patenkinti verslo partnerių, vartotojų reikalavimus ir pasiekti norimų rezultatų, mažina problemų atsiradimo riziką. Darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti, ar turi ir kokios įtakos turi kokybės vadybos sistema produkto (paslaugos) bei įmonės valdymo kokybės pokyčiams. Uždaviniai: 1. apibūdinti kokybės vadybos sistemos diegimą organizacijoje; įvertinti KVS privalumus ir trūkumus; ištirti pagrindines problemas, su kuriomis susiduriama diegiant kokybės vadybos sistemą; 2. apžvelgti KVS diegimą bei sertifikavimą Lietuvoje; 3. išanalizuoti dviejų įmonių KVS įtaką produkto ir valdymo kokybės pokyčiams. Darbo objektas – organizacijos kokybės vadybos sistema. Hipotezė – KVS įdiegimas garantuoja tik valdymo kokybę. Tyrimo metodai: mokslinės literatūros nagrinėjimas, pirminių duomenų rinkimas ir lyginamoji analizė, interviu. Darbo struktūra. Iš viso darbe yra trys skyriai, kurie turi savo poskyrius. Darbas susideda iš 71 puslapio. Pirmajame darbo skyriuje apžvelgiama tarptautinėje verslo praktikoje naudojama kokybės vadybos sistema, svarbiausi jos įdiegimo aspektai, kokybės vadybos sistemos standartų reikalavimai ir kokybės vadybos sistemos sertifikavimas, problemos bei sunkumai diegiant KVS bei jos nauda organizacijai. Antrajame skyriuje aptariamas KVS diegimas bei sertifikavimas Lietuvoje... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The target of my work – Quality Management System of organization The structure of this work. There are three chapters, which has their own sections. The work contains 71 pages. There are 17 pictures and 9 tables. Certified Quality Management System (QMS) secure management quality, but many Lithuanian companies, which obtain ISO 9001 certificate, treat it as proof of product (service) quality. This problem was a stimulus why I decided to write this work in which will be researched: if QMS directly connected with the product (service) quality. Using qualitative research method and organizations’ in-side and out-side information I have done QMS functional analysis in two Lithuanian organizations. Basic results of this work shows, that hypothesis has been proved out. Organization by implementing QMS proves management quality, increase competitive ability in the market, but the quality of product (service) prove technical specification. The quality of product can be reached only by implementing together two kinds of standards: standards of products (technical specification) and quality management system (management system). The main conclusions are these: QMS only can help organization to propose it’s product or service, which will satisfy customers, but not to ensure it. Certified QMS can ensure management quality of organization, but not the quality of product or service.
