A pesquisa consiste em um estudo comparativo das obras O beijo nÃo vem da boca (1985), de IgnÃcio de Loyola BrandÃo, e A rainha dos cÃrceres da GrÃcia (1977), de Osman Lins, estabelecendo-se a partir de seu cotejo uma relaÃÃo entre ausÃncia e criaÃÃo literÃria. Examinam-se os procedimentos narrativos no intuito de identificar a operaÃÃo de uma espÃcie de âpoÃtica da ausÃnciaâ em ambas as obras, cujos narradores-protagonistas, em suas trajetÃrias, tentam processar a perda de uma mulher amada. A pesquisa interessa-se especialmente pela figura desses narradores por serem eles, dentro da obra, escritores â ou seja, produtores de uma segunda narrativa no interior das narrativas em que se inserem â, dispondo dessa forma da palavra poÃtica no esforÃo de superar a ausÃncia das amigas perdidas. Os dois romances enriquecem-se mutuamente, conjugados em sua relaÃÃo de dupla-escrita, e cada um deles à considerado enquanto uma estrutura que se organiza justamente a partir das ausÃncias que enfrentam. O aporte teÃrico da pesquisa se faz com apontamentos de Giorgio Agamben, Roland Barthes, Maurice Blanchot, Jacques Derrida, dentre outros, bem como com o auxÃlio de estudos em geral sobre narratologia, aliando-os ainda a variados textos literÃrios, na tentativa de se refletir acerca da linguagem poÃtica e da forma do romance em suas mÃltiplas manifestaÃÃes. / This research is a comparative study of the Brazilian novels O beijo nÃo vem da boca (1985) by IgnÃcio de Loyola BrandÃo and A Rainha dos CÃrceres da GrÃcia (1977) by Osman Lins, establishing from them a relation between absence and literary creation. Here, the narrative procedures are examined in order to identi fy the operation of th e absenceâ s idea in both novels, whose narrators, who are also the protagonists, are in the grieving process and are trying to understand the loss of a beloved woman. The research is especially interested in the figure of these narrators because they are a lso writers â that is, producers of a second narrative within the narratives in which they are inserted â and so they use the poetic exercise in the effort to overcome the absence of their losses, therefore, the two novels are considered as a structure org anized precisely from the absences they both face. The theoretical research of this study i s made with contributions from Giorgio Agamben, Roland Barthes, Maurice Blanchot, Jacques Derrida, among others, as well as with the aid of general studies on narrat ology, combining them with a variety of literary texts in an attempt to reflect on the poetic lan guage and the novel form in its manifestations.
