Valuation of immovable cultural monuments is the current topic when cultural heritage is being restored. With its individual character based on the nature of cultural monuments, it is not easy to put forward a uniform award procedure for all cultural monuments. This work aims to create a basic overview of concepts and definitions dealing with issues related to cultural monument, to define the procedure of proclaiming the object as a cultural monument and to focus on valuation procedures with an emphasis on the contribution method.

Assessing the impact of insulation on the price of immovable assets and return on such an investment. The work is based price of the thermal insulation on the specific model of the object and the subsequent conversion of prices on selected housing unit. Housing unit is also measured using current valuation rules, as well as by market valuation. Create Database insulated and non-insulated housing units and the difference between their prices is determined by the value of work compared with the cost model chosen insulation unit. Subsequently, the price is compared to the insulation housing units with insulation effect on the market price of the apartment. The paper assessed the state of energy consumption before and after the insulation work. The work is conceived as a breakdown of theoretical information, which are then practically applied to the object model. Calculations are therefore linked with the text part of the thesis.

The aim of my master´s thesis is the explanation of the terms which are in the connection with cultural monuments, the examples of the valuation of immovable cultural monuments according the valuation regulations, the description of the cultural monuments influence on the valuation methods. In my master´s thesis there are mentioned the valuation regulations since 1987 till present. The clear overview of declarations of cultural monuments was started in 1994. The first mention about the valuation of the immovable cultural monuments was written down in 1994. Before it all cultural monuments were valuated the same process as the buildings.

Title: Administration of an immovable thing in enforcement procedure conducted by a court enforcement officer and by a licensed enforcement agent The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the administration of an immovable thing in enforcement procedure conducted by a court enforcement officer and by a licensed enforcement agent. The administration of an immovable thing is a new way of enforcement procedure, implemented to Czech legislation by amendment of the Civil Procedure Code that came into effect on 1st January. 2013. This thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first one contains just the brief overview of the main problems. Second chapter describes the enforcement procedure conducted by a court enforcement officer and by a licensed enforcement agent in general. The Diploma thesis called "The development of rights to the immovable property in the selected area" is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The focus of the theoretical part is a short literary research. The basic terms connected to the given topic are specified in the introduction of the theoretical part. Then there follows a description of the historical development of the Czech land registry from its beginnings to the present. There are also the main factors influencing the development of the rights to the immovable property in this thesis. The factors are primarily related to the political and socioeconomical sectors. At the beginning of the practical part there is a more detailed specification of the selected area where the analysis of the elementary characteristics is done. The main section of the practical part is focused on the analysis of relations of the property rights in the selected area. The analysis of the land tenure is done in three periods - the stable land registry, the land registry and the contemporary land registry. The periods are compared and evaluated. The end of the practical part is focused on the brief summary of the analysis and short reflection and discussion on this topic.

Founded by individuals for religious and charity purposes, the Vakif institution was the main institution in the construction and conservation of the built environment in the Ottoman period. Religious, charitable, municipal, educational, social and health services were provided by spaces such as k&uuml / lliyes, mosques, medreses, hans, baths, shops, etc. which were built through the Vakif Institution. As the underlying concept of the vakif institution was serving forever, the repair of these spaces &ndash / the vakif buildings &ndash / was accepted as a fundamental issue for ensuring the functionality and continuity of the vakif. With this aim, vakif institution set the legal, administrative, technical and financial bases for the continuity of the system within its autonomous and local structure in the classical Ottoman period. With the westernization movements in the Tanzimat era, vakifs were gathered under a central institution called Evkaf Nezareti, which had a central budget and administrative structure. In the Republican period, the General Directorate of Pious Foundations (GDPF) took this centralized institutional structure as it was and since then GDPF has been the heir of the vakif institution and vakif heritage in Turkey. However, GDPF has still not adopted an effective conservation policy. GDPF&rsquo / s attitudes towards the conservation of the vakif cultural properties are far from the understandings of the classical vakif system. Briefly, the change of the main concept of the vakif system after the classical Ottoman period can be considered as the main reason for the increased number of vakif buildings in ruinous state. From this perspective, this thesis aims at forming a model mainly based on adapting the positive aspects of the classical vakif system into the GDPF&rsquo / s conservation mechanism of vakif-based immovable cultural properties. The focus is given on the examination and comparison of the vakif system&rsquo / s past and present attitudes towards sustainable conservation. In this line, it is aimed to adapt the vakif systems&rsquo / applicable legal, administrative and financial approaches towards the conservation to GDPF within the limits of the current administrative and legal system. At another level, the functionality of the proposed model forming of the necessary administrative and legal arrangements is given importance.

Protection of immovable cultural monuments Abstract There have been preserved many cultural monuments in the Czech Republic to the present day, and this thesis named "Protection of immovable cultural monuments" deals with their legal protection. The aim of this thesis is to describe and evaluate current legislation on this topic, and afterwards point out problematic areas and legislative gaps. The thesis works mainly with Act on State Monument Care, its commentary literature and case law related to it. The thesis is composed of an introduction, five parts and a conclusion. The first part of the thesis introduces the topic by describing historical development of monument care. It begins from the oldest medieval period and continues over Habsburg Empire after 1848 until the 1950s when a first law on monument care was enacted in the Czech territory. The folowing part focuses on sources of law. A new Act on State Monument Care, which has been being prepared for a long period of time, was briefly mentioned here too. Dilapidated immovable cultural monuments, care for them, their salvation and any other use or conservation for future generations is the last time hot topic. Despite the xpensive maintenance and often significantly (whether awaited or already paid) investments in these objects we are more and more aware that these monuments are an integral part of the cultural heritage which uniquely demonstrates creative work, effort, attempt, way of thinking and craftsmanship of previous generations, making it an indispensable and irreplaceable source of knowledge of national history and it is our moral responsibility for the cultural heritage of the past to properly take care of. More and more it is true that the level of preservation of the monuments reflects the maturity of the social system, the public sentiment and democracy in the country. In this doctoral thesis the issue of cultural immovable monuments, definitions of basic concepts in terms of valid and prepared legislation and a general description of conservation including points of view on the value of historically valuable objects and the determination of this value, is introduced. Furthermore, the basic methods usable precisely for the quantification of value including examples of their use, description of the suitability for specific needs or drawbacks of each method, are processed. The proposed methodology for quantifying the value by using multipliers is carefully documented and then presented on a specific investment objective of reconstruction and further use of the dilapidated cultural immovable monument. The aim of the doctoral thesis is to prove or disprove that the use of the multiplier of production of the national economy can build the appropriate method for quantifying the value of investments in immovable cultural monument.
