This diploma thesis deals with the reconstruction and rehabilitation of a real cultural monument in Fulnek. It is a four-winged object with almost rectangular atrium. The main subject of the diploma thesis is the change in the use of the building and the proposals for remediation of damp walls. Knurr's palace has three above-ground floors and is non-decked, covered by a classic shell with fiber cement. The use of the object is mainly designed as a civic amenities, now the building is not used. The building is located in close proximity to the slope and the building is adjacent to the building. The project is solved at the level of the documentation for construction.

The diploma thesis is focuses on monitoring the effectiveness of marketing resources and increasing the brand value of the company. The theoretical part deals with the findings about the company issues, brand and its value. The thesis subsequently presents a list of elements that relate to increasing of the brand value. The final topic of the theoretical part aims at methods of evaluation of brand value and interviewing methodology. In the practical part, the thesis deals with the analysis of the selected construction company, evaluation of its brand in comparison with another company of similar character and hypothesis testing. Finally, on the basis of the findings, marketing tools are proposed to effectively increase brand value of the company.

The thesis deals with value of an immovable cultural monument with different purposes of use. With help of analysis of the highest and the best use of property (HABU) are individual suggestions of use of the object examined. The theoretical part defines basic concepts, indivual methods of appraisement and explains analysis HABU. The first half of the practical part is about acquaintance with territory solution and property and the second part is about HABU method application. The aim of the work is based on analysis’ results that defines what use is the most appropriate. Value comparison of property with current purpose of use and property that appears as the best shows what effect has the change of purpose of use on property’s value.

This master`s thesis is dealing with parallel existence of two evaluating regulations. The first is the implementing regulation to evaluating property. Second of them is executive regulation to legal Senate arrangement of taxes on the acquisition of immovable property and the purpose of which is evaluating in Tax Offices. Thesis mainly occupies with methods of evaluation according to each of the regulations and their comparing. An essential part of this thesis is model examples, on which is demonstrated, what differences can be reached according to the regulations. The result of this thesis is a decision-making schema. This schema describes which of the regulations is more profitable during evaluating of lands and what the conditions of it are.

The thesis is mapping changes in the real estate business as a follow-up to the passing ot the new cadastral act. Focus is also put on new definitions of some terms related to the real estate branch, as the new Civil code stipulates. The thesis studies present level of education of real estate brokers and possibilities of further education in this branch. Within the scope of the diploma thesis a questionnaire has been elaborated, which mapps fundamental issues of the real estate business. The questionnaire is also focused on prepared bill about providing of services of the real estate brokers.

This thesis compares the selected type of property valuation methods in the garage area of the Prostějov. Due to instructions of the work, the methods of valuation were chosen: cost method, comparison according to law and comparison based on databases. The thesis consists of a theoretical part, where is the introduction of basic concepts, market analysis and valuation of real estate. This is followed by a practical part, where is the description of the site and the actual value of selected garages with their descriptions and photographs. Differences of ways of valuation and their causes, which are based on obtained data, are discussed at the end of work.

This thesis focuses on analysis of the taxation progress of selected immovable property in years 2013 to 2015 and also on description of changes, that have occured - mainly due to the introduction of the new Civil Code. The reader finds a detailed comparison of selectedimmovable property and its supply according to the new Civil Code, the VAT Act and the Council Directive 2006/112/EC. The emphasis is placed on factual application of the theoretical findings (on the selected set of transactions) and the quantification of the impacts on the amount of the output tax in each year in the practical part of the thesis.
