En hållbar planering i ett förändrat klimat : en undersökning om medborgardeltagande vid klimatanpassning / A sustainable urban planning in the changing Climate : a survey of citizen participation for Climate Adaptation

Ohshima, Yuka January 2017 (has links)
There are many studies about citizen participation in urban planning, but there are almost no studies about citizen participation in relation to climate change adaptation. This study was conducted in order to understand how Swedish municipalities work with citizen participation in this area. To fulfill this purpose, a caste study was built on the Swedish municipality Norrköping. Specifically, the study seeked the answers to the following four questions: How does the municipality work with citizen participation in their planning process? Does the work with citizen participation in any way touch upon issues regarding climate adaptation in the municipality? Are there any challenges with integrating citizens in the planning process when it comes to climate adaptation? What can the municipality do in order to overcome these challenges? These questions were answered using data from semi-structured interviews with municipality officers and two focus groups consisting of citizens from a residential area in Norrköping. The results indicate that no concrete work is made on citizen participation in relation to climate change adaptation in Norrköping. However, the municipality showed large potential for developing both effective and meaningful citizen participation in this area, for instance by using visualization technology and their exhibition arena. To make a good use of these tools, the municipality should define how citizen opinions are to be used and what they would like to achieve by integrating citizens in planning related to climate change adaptation.

Veřejná podpora a její vliv na obchod mezi členskými státy EU / Public support and its influence upon the trade among EU Member States

Bulušek, Martin January 2013 (has links)
This thesis focuses on state aid law as a specific part of EU competition law. State aid is therefore primarily set in the context of protection of competition in the EU internal market. Furthermore, the thesis provides an interpretation of Article 107, paragraph 1 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, which contains four attributes of state aid: state resources, favoring certain undertaking or the production of certain goods, distortion of competition and effect on trade between EU Member States. Analysis of the attribute "effect on trade between Member States" is made in a separate part of the work. In this section, the work seeks to explore how European Commission and the Court of Justice of the European Union approach and interpret this attribute. Attention is paid especially to decision-making activities of the European Commission in recent years. Decisions of the Commission, as a body authoritatively determining whether a measure constitutes state aid, as well as the compatibility of state aid with the internal market, could also indicate the direction in which the state aid law will develop in the future. The analysis of the Commission's decisions found that not even potentially affects trade between Member States a measure with purely local impact. Such measure will...

Kriminologické aspekty drogové kriminality / Criminological Aspects of the Drug-related Crime

Kuľhová, Lívia January 2015 (has links)
The subject of this thesis is the issue of criminological aspects of drug-related crime. This topic is considerably wide, therefore this thesis focuses on two specific aspects of this particular crime: the relationship between drug use and crime and the criminal careers of drug-addicted offenders. Since these two aspects are still being overlooked in the Czech Republic, the aim of this thesis is to introduce this issue using foreign literature and to complement it with my own research carried out within the Capital City of Prague. The first part of the thesis (Chapters 1 and 2) represents an introduction into the issue of drug-related crime. First, it explains basic notions that are essential to know for easy orientation within the thesis. Then, it discusses the history of drug abuse in the Czech Republic from 1918 until nowadays, and also complements current situation with an actual drug policy strategy. The second part of this thesis (Chapters 3 and 4) focuses on acquainting with the issue of the relationship between drug use and crime and the criminal careers. Using mostly foreign literature, it looks at these specific problems from two different perspectives: describing both the most famous theories and models and the most recent or well-known empirical researches. The last part of the thesis...

Výživné mezi rodiči a dětmi / Support and maintenance between parents and children

Dlouhá, Markéta January 2011 (has links)

Fonctionnements et trajectoires des réseaux en ligne d'enseignants / Functionings and trajectories of teachers' online networks

Quentin, Isabelle 03 December 2012 (has links)
In France, many teachers are involved in professional online networks to design, discus or share educational resources. This PHD aims to provide a better understanding of these networks internal functioning. Because they are complex organizations in constant changing, we decided to study them over a long period of time (6 to 36 month). We also conducted analyzes focused on specific aspects such as construction of members digital identities (1495 profiles analyzed) or active members conversational strategies (3324 exchanges). This PHD does not confirm the idea of a systematic collaboration in online teachers networks. Our results show that the nature of the operating rules is essential to explain what and how teachers produce resources in their networks. In some networks, working with very flexible rules, teachers mutualize collections of individual resources. Their development depends on members’ personal strategies and they are often not sustainable. In others type of networks, teachers agree to comply with binding rules for collectively produce resources in accordance with values they share and they want to broadcast. This PHD offers perspectives on designing and sharing professional resources and can provide help to create and develop teachers’ networks. On a prospective way, This PHD also offers matter of discussion about the place teachers online networks could take in the educational landscape.

ICT: moderní zbraň proti vyučujícím v rukou studentů a studentek? / ICT: A Modern Weapon Againts Teachers in the hands of Students?

Flekácsová, Katarína January 2012 (has links)
My thesis focuses on electronic communication between adolescents and teachers and the aspects of communication among adolescents with regards to their teachers. I used all the resources mentioned below, as well as my realised research. This theme has not yet been completely processed. As a result, I have aimed to create a comprehensive view on the function of electronic communication within the teacher - student relationship. This essay consists of two parts; a theoretical view and a practical view. The theoretical view consists of four chapters. The first two chapters deal with the specificity of the virtual world and its place within the lives of adolescents and how they communicate. The last two chapters of the theoretical view are focused on the school environment. The third chapter talks about relations of adolescents with teachers and relations among adolescents themselves. The final chapter within the theoretical view covers issues of virtual communication in relation to the school and education. In the practical view, I present quantitative public opinion surveys carried out in the 3rd class of high schools. The research focuses on the neutral, positive or negative ways in which adolescents use Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to communicate with teachers and how they...
