M.A. (Psychology) / The lack of research relating to the influence of self assertive behaviour on the general functioning of children can be seen as one of the most important reasons for the initiation of this study. Consequently, the goal of this investigation was mainly to evaluate the influence of a Transactional Analysis programme, 'TA for Tots' on the self assertive behaviour of a group of children. The development of social skills during childhood provides the theoretical background to the current study. The social development of the child during middle childhood with specific reference to the influence of parents and the peer group, is emphasised. In addition, relevant l.iterature is discussed relating to the therapeutic management of deficient social skills. The theoretical. orientation of Transactional. Analysis and its relation to the development of the individual personality is also discussed. The sample consisted of 32 children, who live at a children's home, and whose ages range from seven to eleven years. Subjects were selected according to specific criteria on the Children's Personali ty auestionaire. They were then randomly assigned to four groups, consisting of three experimental groups and one control. group. Two of the experimental groups were exposed to the Transactional Analysis Programme. The SUbjects in the third experimental group were only exposed to group discussions and activities, while the control group received no experimental attention. Self assertive behaviour was observed by three independent observers. The content of the programme focused on the identification of any negative thoughts, emotions and behaviour within an interpersonal context and the communicatIon thereof, which resembles the definition of self assertive behaviour

The purpose of mission of project is finish job quality by limit budget. Nowadays, Engineering or building project by cooperation to under take a large scale public engineering to resolve problems of plan, design and work. The combinations of project members are provisional, maybe they are work for the different departments for the same company or they work for different companies, maybe they are short-tern workers for project, so the employee source of project is complicated. And there are many important works for building projects, including control budget, plan, and resources distribution properly, so project management is difficult, and project manager¡¦s role is very important. Manager has to share information, trend participated leadership with team and discuss openly to solve problem to complete project. Manager also needs to encourage team members to work together in the project management. This case refers to several references, project manger behaviors defines the following: concern for people, information provide, job goals, external relations and performance rewords.Therefore, project manager behaviors for project organization of members have certain inflation and also has indirectly effect ion. This is a case of KMRT and studies between project manager behavior and employees of job performance including employees of job satisfied, employees of individual personality and job enrichment, etc. It also studies in some circumstances between project manager behavior and employees of job performance. These evidences show as followings¡G 1. Project manager emphasizes information provide and it obviously affect with employees of job performance. 2. Yes / This paper systematically examines (i) how individual personality can influence on cultural acculturation which can impact on the higher level of perceived value in LGBTs, and (ii) how the higher level of perceived value towards social media can result in being more satisfied, (iii) consequently having a better working life at workplace and performance proficiency. The generated framework was validated through a survey from multinational corporations in multi-industries such as higher education (with more than two campuses around the world), global fashion, global retailing, tourism, hospitality, food, and electronics and information technology. Key results, implications for managers and researchers are highlighted.

Spolupráce žáků I. a II. stupně v procesu učení / Cooperation of First and Second Graders in the Learning Process

The work deals with the cooperation of pupils among first and second grade pupils in a primary school. It analyzes to which extent are second grade pupils able to give their knowledge to pupils of the first grade. Then it shows how the learning style and the personality affects the cooperation of an individual within the group. The practical part proofs the long-term investigation in one class that was systematically prepared for the cooperation among older and younger pupils. The results of this research in the observed class evaluate higher level of cooperative and communication skills of individual pupils than those, who previously did not deal with cooperation. Teaching pupils how to cooperate gradually developed their relationship not only to younger classmates, but to the willingness to help each other, to respect the opinions of others and it also strengthened the relationships in the observed classroom.
