This is not far from the reality of the tourism sector, since the hotel organizations need to differentiate themselves from their competitors in order to remain competitive. In this context, this research aims to analyze how occur innovations in hotel organizations in Recife/PE. To do this, it carries out a systematic review on the theme in order to identify the innovations in the literature. In the second moment the radar of innovation and the correlation of spearman were applied in order to observe the stage of the innovations and what the association between the variables. The results showed that hotels innovate and offer new services to solve customer problems and the correlations have confirmed significant correlations between the variable solutions for customers and offerings of new services. / A adoção de práticas inovadoras é uma oportunidade para as organizações se manterem no mercado. Isso não é distante da realidade do setor de turismo, uma vez que as organizações hoteleiras precisam se diferenciar de seus concorrentes a fim de manterem competitivas. Nesse contexto, a presente pesquisa analisa como ocorrem as inovações nas organizações hoteleiras na cidade de Recife/PE. Para isso, realiza uma revisão sistemática sobre a temática a fim de identificar as inovações realizadas na literatura. No segundo momento foi aplicado o radar de inovação e a correlação de spearman a fim de observar qual o estágio das inovações dos hotéis analisados e qual a associação entre as variáveis. Os resultados mostraram que os hotéis inovam e ofertam novos serviços para solucionar problemas dos clientes e as correlações confirmaram correlações significativas entre as variáveis soluções para os clientes e ofertas de novos serviços.

On the one hand, the internet facilitates communication and eliminates borders between countries and continents, and on the other, innovations and radical changes in market behavior due to the expansion of competition and competitiveness among organizations. In this context, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and technology solutions systems as Business Intelligence (BI) have emerged in order to meet the need for information in a timely manner and unifying several departments in order to reduce Competitive advantages, to increase the profits of partners or shareholders and to assist in the decision-making process. The present study has the purpose of analyzing some relevant aspects after the implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems with respect to the use, the innovation and the use of these systems as BI tools in Sugar and Ethanol Mills located in the State of Pernambuco. For this, semi-structured interviews were conducted with the IT managers of the sugar and ethanol mills, using as extraction method and tabulation of the interviews the analysis content with the purpose of coding and selecting the findings. According to these managers, ERPs provide advantages in the accuracy and speed of information, as well as the unification of data with the mobility of access to information in a secure way. As disadvantages they mentioned bureaucratization of the processes, among other aspects presented. With regard to innovations, the incremental innovations resulting from internal processes were identified resulting in a significant increase in performance. In relation to BI, being extension of the ERP system, its underutilization by some sectors, advantages, disadvantages and problems due to the use was verified. / A terceira fase da revolução industrial e a globalização foram marcos históricos que ainda vêm refletindo no mercado mundial até os dias atuais. De um lado, a internet facilitando a comunicação e eliminando as fronteiras entre os países e os continentes, e, do outro, as inovações e as mudanças radicais nos comportamentos dos mercados devido à expansão da concorrência e da competitividade entre as organizações. Nesse contexto, os sistemas Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) e as soluções tecnológicas de inteligência do negócio como o Business Intelligence (BI) surgiram, com o intuito de atender à necessidade de informação em tempo hábil e unificando diversos departamentos, com o objetivo de reduzir custos, obter vantagens competitivas, elevar os lucros dos sócios ou acionistas e auxiliar no processo decisório. O presente estudo tem a finalidade de analisar alguns aspectos relevantes após a implantação dos sistemas Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) no que se refere ao uso, à inovação e à utilização desses sistemas como ferramentas de BI em Usinas Sucroalcooleiras localizadas no Estado de Pernambuco. Para isso, foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com os gestores de TI das usinas sucroalcooleiras, utilizando como método de extração e tabulação das entrevistas a análise de conteúdo com o intuito de codificar e selecionar os achados. Segundo esses gestores, os ERP proporcionam vantagens na exatidão e rapidez da informação, como também na unificação dos dados com a mobilidade de acesso às informações de forma segura. Como desvantagens eles citaram burocratização dos processos, entre outros aspectos apresentados. No que se refere às inovações, identificaram-se as inovações incrementais decorrentes dos processos internos resultando no aumento significativo do desempenho. Em relação ao BI, sendo extensão do sistema ERP, foi verificado sua subutilização por alguns setores, vantagens, desvantagens e problemas devido ao uso.
