With the support of the theory developed by the Marxist João Bernardo, we seek in the dialogue with those authors to comprehend the ideological and conceptual plan of what we call Integrated Capitalism, which introduce a new class of the main and organizational role in the productive processes that distinct it from the bourgeoisie and also from the proletariat: the manager. With a introductory mark, we intend to comprehend from which perspective this type of capitalism’s organization the ideological plan develops, even in distinct countries with cultural aspects also distinct. / O presente trabalho tem como proposta analisar as obras dos intelectuais Walther Rathenau e Adolf Augustus Berle Junior, que no início do século XX foram responsáveis por sistematizar uma nova racionalidade na forma organizativa do capitalismo na Alemanha e Estados Unidos, respectivamente. Com a ajuda da teoria desenvolvida pelo marxista João Bernardo, procuramos no diálogo com estes autores, compreender o plano ideológico e conceitual do que denominamos como Capitalismo Integrado, que apresenta uma nova classe no papel central e organizativo dos processos produtivos e que se distingue tanto da burguesia quanto do proletariado: os Gestores. Com um caráter introdutório, pretende-se compreender a partir de que perspectivas esse tipo de organização do capitalismo se desenvolve no plano ideológico mesmo em países distintos e de configurações culturais igualmente distintas.
