This thesis focuses on the project and realization of the implementation of the algorithm A*. The created result is used in animated graphic and interactive demonstration of the qualities A*, The other algorithms and the comparison of their functioning, results and efficacy are also part of the thesis. In the end, the results are evaluated.

The goal of the thesis was to create an application for training security guards, containing a configurable artificial burglar. To fulfill these expectation, a 3D application was implemented, containing a 2D editor of security objects. In order to be able to implement the burglar, we analyzed his objectives and designed an algorithm capable of planning his actions and dealing with the multi- objective optimization. Finally, we compared the performance of our proposed solution to the state- of-the-art algorithm to prove that it solved the optimization more efficiently in our case.

This doctoral thesis is an outcome of research in the field of financial performance and credibility evaluation of enterprises and an artificial intelligence apparatus in decision making. Within the framework of a cognitive objective is a complex analysis in the field of financial credibility of enterprises and artificial intelligence, as this subject is currently perceived first of all in the Czech, but also in foreign literature. Within the framework of this objective a convenient instrument in the field of an evaluation of financial performance of enterprises was chosen. For an applied evaluation of financial credibility, a convenient instrument oriented at assessment of risk spread for a calculation of equity capital costs was chosen. An inventive objective is a proposition of a rating model, application of chosen artificial intelligence apparatus for assessment of risk spread for the calculation of equity capital costs on the basis of proposed rating model and compilation of algorithm for calculation of equity capital cost.

The intention of the dissertation is the applied research of the collective ( group ) ( swarm ) intelligence . To demonstrate the applicability of the collective intelligence, the Particle Swarm Optimization ( PSO ) algorithm has been studied in which the problem of the collective intelligence is transferred to mathematical optimization in which the particle swarm searches for a global optimum within the defined problem space, and the searching is controlled according to the pre-defined objective function which represents the solved problem. A new search strategy has been designed and experimentally tested in which the particles continuously adjust their behaviour according to the characteristics of the problem space, and it has been experimentally discovered how the impact of the objective function representing a solved problem manifests itself in the behaviour of the particles. The results of the experiments with the proposed search strategy have been compared to the results of the experiments with the reference version of the PSO algorithm. Experiments have shown that the classical reference solution, where the only condition is a stable trajectory along which the particle moves in the problem space, and where the influence of a control objective function is ultimately eliminated, may fail, and that the dynamic stability of the trajectory of the particle itself is not an indicator of the searching ability nor the convergence of the algorithm to the true global solution of the solved problem. A search strategy solution has been proposed in which the PSO algorithm regulates its stability by continuous adjustment of the particles behaviour to the characteristics of the problem space. The proposed algorithm influenced the evolution of the searching of the problem space, so that the probability of the successful problem solution increased.

This thesis deals with replacement of performative scale of Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (3rd revision) through Raven's standard progressive matrices. In the theoretical part introduces the concepts of intelligence, approaches to its exploration and intelligence tests. The theoretical part is also devoted to the description of the both used methods and presents an overview of the research on a similar theme as this work. In the empirical part of the thesis is processed data collected from 50 probands who underwent testing of the above tests. Data were processed by correlation and factor analysis. Conclusions of statistical processing are further developed in the empirical part. The combination of Cloud Computing and Business Intelligence (BI) gives many advantages, however the classic deployment model is still in many cases preferred. Both models differ in many aspects and are suitable for various organizations. The thesis looks at these aspects and analyzes the differences that cloud computing brings to the Business Intelligence. Aims of the thesis are to compare both models according the architectural, security, user and financial aspects, influencing of the cloud computing on the implementation of BI and presenting some practical examples of BI solution. To achieve the aims the author uses a literature review, electronic sources and own analysis. Based on the identified impact of the cloud factor the author extends the reference model Management of Business Informatics (MBI).

This work deals with swarm intelligence, strictly speaking particle swarm intelligence. It shortly describes questions of optimization and some optimization techniques. Part of this work is recherché of variants of particle swarm optimization algorithm. These algorithms are mathematically described. Their advantages or disadvantages in comparison with the basic PSO algorithm are mentioned. The second part of this work describes mQPSO algorithm and created modification mQPSOPC. Described algorithms are compared with each other and with another evolution algorithm on several tests.
