We propose to assess the mobilization of knowledge, concerning the syllabus taught at High School Level in the *Normal *Course* *(the Brazilian course to prepare primary teachers) using a platform called AMEM (*Ambiente Multimídia para Educação Mediada por Computador *a "Multimedia Environment for Computer- Mediated Education"). As an investigative strategy we will use schoolar action research, focusing on professional autonomy and the problematization of knowledge in the educational practice, as well as the transition of common knowledge to scientific knowledge, as in the subject of General Didactics, articulating the theoretical and practical dimensions. In this process of spiral-shaped cycles, we will attempt to improve AMEM and the mobilization of knowledge in the syllabus of this teaching modality / Propomos avaliar a mobilização de saberes referente ao currículo ensinado em nível de Ensino Médio Curso Normal mediadas pelo AMEM Ambiente Multimídia para Educação Mediada por Computador . Como estratégia investigativa, será utilizada a Investigação-Ação Escolar, focalizando a autonomia profissional e a problematização dos saberes na prática pedagógica, bem como a transição do saber comum para o científico dos saberes da disciplina de Didática Geral, articulando as dimensões teóricas e práticas. It s imperious the Teachers Continuous Formation for keeping in pace with the technological advancements, the new knowledge and increased information available in every area in society. Distance Education thru the Internet starts to produce results in all teaching levels. Virtual Environment for Teaching-Learning (AVEA in Portuguese) have a wide range of information, availability and accessible, producing new learning-teaching opportunities. Then, the main objective in this dissertation is to investigate, thru action-research, AVEA potencialities in Teachers Continuing Formation. In order to do the research, we set up a course, Didactical Material Production thru Internet The Knowledge and the Teachable Knowledge , combining presence and distance modalities, with basic education teachers in Santa Maria public schools. The main subject was Didactic Transposition. The teachers searched the WEB for new information in their areas, and produced didactic material. The Santa Maria Federal University Computer Multimedia Environment (AMEN in Portuguese) was used as the main tool. Our proposal involved Dialog-Problematical Education, School Action-Research, Free Software and Problem Solving. The results show Virtual Environment for Teaching-Learning as a powerful formation tool, specially when combining presential and distance modalities, allowing teachers learning while developing their professional activities. Also show an increased computer use by teachers as needed to explore and investigate these resources potential in formation situations and in school work. / Considerando o aprender sempre, a investigação e a análise reflexiva das práticas pedagógicas rotineiras, os avanços tecnológicos, os conhecimentos e informações de todas as áreas que aumentam exponencialmente, a Formação Continuada para os Professores torna-se uma necessidade. A Educação a Distância, via Internet, começa a ocasionar mudanças em todos os níveis de ensino. Os Ambientes Virtuais de Ensino-Aprendizagem (AVEA) representam novas maneiras de ensinar e aprender. Assim, o objetivo principal deste trabalho é investigar, através da Investigação-Ação Escolar, as Potencialidades dos AVEA na Formação Continuada de Professores. Para realizar a pesquisa, montamos e implementamos um curso, Produção de Material Didático através da Internet O Saber e o Saber Ensinável , acoplando as Modalidades Presenciais e a Distância, tendo como público alvo professores da Rede Pública da cidade de Santa Maria, RS. O principal conteúdo trabalhado foi a Transposição Didática. Os professores pesquisaram na Rede saberes de sua área de atuação e produziram material didático. O ambiente mediador foi o AMEM Ambiente Multimídia para Computador. Como partimos do pressuposto de que os ambientes devem ter um suporte pedagógico, modelizamos uma proposta que envolveu Educação Dialógico-Problematizadora, Investigação-Ação Escolar, Software Livre e Resolução de Problemas. Os resultados apontam os AVEA como um recurso potencializador das situações de formação, principalmente quando acoplam as modalidades presenciais e a distância, pois possibilitam aos professores continuarem aprendendo sem afastar-se de suas atividades profissionais. Apontam, igualmente, a necessidade de um maior contato dos professores com computadores conectados para explorar e investigar o potencial desses recursos nas situações de formação e no trabalho escolar.
